The hotel is under-staffed and under-managed. The staff are kind and work hard but the rooms are dirty and very dated. Our hotel room had a balcony with a wonderful view. The hotel is perfectly located at the bay with amazing views of the water and sunset. Food was plenty but average, the staff are warm and helpful as most of Croatians are. It is a pity that a hotel with such amazing location and wonderful views is poorly manged and dirty. This hotel is in need of serious investment and updating. They need more staff to clean the rooms. We had a mosquito issue which limited our use of the balcony. There were uncleaned remnants of dead mosquitos all over the walls and even ceiling in the room. The carpets were not vacuumed and old with cobwebs at the corners of the room.

Very kind staff but the place is sort of shabby, like it’s seen better days. No elevators to some of the floors and random half staircases so very inconvenient for the elderly, disabled, strollers and luggage. Breakfast was just ok, coffee nearly undrinkable. Poolside was nice. Overall ok for one night near the airport but would not recommend a longer stay.

The beach club played music until 11pm which kept us all awake. Also my toddler woke up with almost 2 dozen mosquito bites the next morning! We only flew in and went straight to the room so it absolutely came from there. We killed 3 mosquitoes the next morning.

Really lovely hotel, excellent location, staff extremely helpful and friendly, super wellness centre and indoor and outdoor pools, food very good for an all inclusive, only let down was the coffee, but that was all. Would definitely recommend the hotel for all the above reasons, loved it.

So we arrived at 12 and waited till 3 to get a room, however, when checked in, the phone didn’t work. Phone, remote control, door handles, light switches all really dirty. I walked down to reception and asked for phone to work - we stayed there (room 433) 3 nights… no one came to fix it. The cleaner came up but literally used a dirty cloth to clean the remote, remained filthy… overall if you’re looking for a tiny shower (just like Ibis) then this is suitable. It’s not really a 3 star. But it is in good location from airport (10 mins drive) and a 30 mins drive Into old town. Best to rent a car, roads are great. Otherwise, staff are polite, service is good.

Lots of food choices, we mainly had lunch and evening meals, cuts of meat were cheap cuts, fish was generally overcooked & dried out, best bit was the ice cream, drinks were dyer, how u get a pina colda & a mojito out of a the same soda gun is beyond me, but the taste was true testament to that, they were awful and un drinkable, as were spirits, the only thing that was just about palatable was the white wine!! They advertise a “gym” which was a joke, 2 mats on the floor, ripped up pieces of resistance bands, the heaviest weight was 2.5kg, and the stair stepper didn’t even have any power to it, on the whole this hotel didn’t cost a lot, so I guess u get what you paid for!!

I was not happy that there is no elevator to access the higher floors. The elevator only goes to the second floor. So we had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor

Amazing area with beautiful views, close to the center (40m distance from Dubrovnik city), great breakfast, very nice room with balcony with sea view, good shower, toiletries and fridge.
The staff was very friendly and professional especially Tom in reception.

On the other hand the coffee wasn't great, on our balcony there wasn't much privacy duo to the lack of a barrier on one side and the bed could be a bit more comfortable.
But overall a great experience.

Due to travel changes we had two nights. The first was un planned but all was great. The second night was planned and upgraded to a sea side room. The only problem, but a big one to us, was that the room was heavily smoked in. I reported this to the hotel and they promised to spray the room with freshener. And air it out. Hours later we returned to nothing happening, still smokey. It has been decades since i have endured smoke in a room, as we are nonsmokers.

Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite tired in appearance. The pools are small and dated. The pool bar and kids club area is also unattractive and needs serious updating. The outside of blocks D and E especially at ground floor level is empty and unloved. However the worst part of the hotel is the dining experience. The restaurant actually looks ok but the quality of food is markedly poor and the variety of food is also disappointing. Long queues form for the one or two appetising choices at each sitting (pancakes at breakfast or pizza at lunch and dinner). Other options look congealed, soggy and overcooked. Pasta is particularly inspiring and vegetables are shirvelled and lifeless. Drinks are also poor. Juices and colas are frankly foul mixes with carbonated water. Beer and wine are undrinkable as is the coffee. The lounge bar has zero atmosphere and nothing yo offer to keep people in the hotel in the evening. It's such a shame as the area is beautiful and it's a great location. We ended up going out to eat a couple of times at least as Cavtat and the bars and restaurants there were far more appealing. We'll be back to Cavtat but will give this hotel a miss.

There is always room for improvement

We are an older couple and having room on 4th floor (actually level 5 above ground) with no elevator was not fun at all.
Breakfast open buffet was included but the cook has no clue how to make scrambled eggs. They were actualy burned and lacked fluffness. Terrible. Orange juice didn’t tast like it originated from fresh oranges. Reminded me of tasting Soviet style juices made of coloring, sugar and water.

Hard to find parking. In room safe did not work which we reported with no response. Breakfast was just okay. NO black tea was available. Had no access to a computer to check in for our flight home!!

Location by the Beach great.
The bartender at the reception bare very good and friendly.
The cleanness it terrible, table full of cops and glasses underneath and around the beach chair and tables chewing gum cigarette butts ect.
The food overall horrible. Will I book again never.

Very meh, especially for the price. The room was oppressively small, and cigarette smoke smell leaked into it from the corridor. The air-con does not go below 70°--we asked for them to fix this and they said this was hotel-wide. The hallway smelled like fish, and there were constantly used dishes from other rooms just sitting on a table in the hallway. Part of the hallway ceiling had developed a leak and huge chunks of paint had fallen. They put an old blanket on the floor to catch pieces, and a caution sign next to it, and just left it like that. Also, there were screaming children everywhere, and both pools were constantly full of them. Plus, there is some \"teen club\" on the property that played dance musice really loudly until about 11 each night. Super obnoxious.
Nice shower, good wifi, and comfy bed, though.

The view was good. The room was very small and depressing looking. Only had 1 towel for 2 people. The beach had big peebles, tough on the feet. The worst beach in the Dubrovnik area. The best beaches in the Dubrovnik area are at the Sheraton hotel or on Lopud island

Great hotel for the price. The only downside is the food, I wouldn’t do all inclusive again. The food was repetitive, under/over cooked and bland. The drinks were also quite basic and only non branded alcohol which tasted very different.
The staff were great and my room was a good size though some might argue it is quite dated.
They could invest more into the pool area as well.
The local area is fine the town is a 20 minute walk and the hotel is surrounded by other hotels and restaurants by the water.

I would stay here again.

2nd time in Cavtat

This was our second holiday in Cavtat, a wonderful location for a relaxed stay. The food and facilities at the hotel was excellent and all the staff were friendly and courteous. We will definitely be coming back.

A Disappointing Experience.

The grounds of the hotel were shabby and unkempt. There was also grubby outdoor furniture and broken decking around one of the pools.
The meals in the restaurant, all buffet, were of a poor standard with some food not kept warm, badly cooked meat and a lack of fresh fruit.
The hotel is right on the beach and has large grounds and gardens. All of this could be magnificent if the place were well maintained. The photos on the website are not a true indication of what it looks like in reality.

Overall fantastic holiday. Hotel just needs a few pointers. They need to play or provide music at night in the reception area where everyone gathers. In the restaurant they need to place the baskets of bread rolls in a better position as you could not get to them if people were waiting in the queue to slice the bread. They need to get better soft drinks? Other than that excellent.

When arrived we were told that there was a technical problem with some of their rooms and they they could not allocate us a room. We suspect they were over booked. Transferred us to the Hotel next door. Staff were not interested in our protestations and said that we could use their facilities including eating there and using their bar- we were fully inclusive. Tried testing this out later in the week by trying to use the bar. Staff were very rude and refused to serve us.
Cannot comment on their rooms as we did not manage to stay at Epidaurus.
Based on our experience we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Yes nice hotel but unfortunately I had a room way down the back next to generators which made a lot of noise. Some things in bathroom were not working. I was very dissapointed as I had 5 nights withoit air con as well. The French have top priortity there.

Pour une nuit de dépannage. Car proche de l’aéroport et jolie vue mais couloir d’atterrissage de l’aéroport…donc…beaucoup de All Inclusive donc personnel harassé et mal aimable. Au bar, en particulier. Le petit déjeuner privilégie quantité sur qualité. La chambre, en particulier la literie, est très bien mais si vous faites 1,80m et 100 kg, vous ne pourrez jamais tenir dans la douche. La salle de bains est microscopique! Poubelle, douche, lavabo et wc tiennent à peine! Le parking est saturé. Bref, du low cost.

Très bel hôtel, mais extrêmement bruyant à cause des groupes présents et la nuit les gens parlent très fort dans les couloirs même à des heures tardives de la nuit. Le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine.

We had a very positive overall experience at this hotel. The room was well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job with daily cleaning. We appreciated the provided amenities, including a hairdryer, shower cap, soaps, and fresh towels.The hotel also offers Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout our stay. While the mini-fridge was a bit hidden inside the cabinetry, it wasn't a major issue once we located it.

There were two minor setbacks: some mold in the corners behind the curtains and an AC system that was seasonally locked, making it unavailable despite the heat. However, the staff was incredibly proactive—they immediately provided a fan and resolved the AC issue for everyone two days later.

Speaking of the staff, the reception team was lovely and helpful, constantly ensuring our well-being. Since we had very early starts for our activities, the kitchen staff prepared \"breakfast boxes to go\" for us. While simple, this gesture was much appreciated and very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel for the quality of its service!
