Lovely apartment with pool view and terrace. Very clean. Fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views, clean pool. Has everything you need. Great location - Cavtat & Dubrovnik old town only 10/15 mins drive. Small supermarket opposite and a couple of restaurants within walking distance (one also opposite). Lidl and a small shopping centre just 10 mins drive away. Buses stop just outside if you don’t drive or owner will happily provide a taxi service which is slightly cheaper than booking one elsewhere.
Owner great with our little girl and made us feel so welcome.

Such a cute little apartment with a wonderful balcony that overlooks the water. Outside of the bigger city so it's quiet. We did not use the pool, but it looked very clean and would probably be a nice pool to relax by and enjoy. Owner is so great, he was there ready to welcome us and show us around, nice guy. Recommend this stay!

Great place to stay, excellent pool with beautiful views,apartment really clean with all utensils that you need if you want to cook, a short taxi ride to cavtat, mlini and Dubrovnik or bus passes directly past apartments. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

We loved the fact that a mini mart and a wonderful restaurant were directly up the stairs from the apartment. Zoran and his son, Danko, were very nice and provided fantastic recommendations! The beach was gorgeous and a walk from the apartment as well.

Friendly hosts, super clean and comfortable. Easy commute to Dubrovnik but if you don’t want to take a car to town the host also runs a car service. Beautiful views of the water from your own private balcony. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Stunning view from terrace, good pool area, handy for local transport, supermarket across the road, restaurants in walking distance.
Definitely not suitable for people with mobility problems. Some rooms very small only suitable for short stays, choose with care.

Beautiful property, although quiet is a nice escape if you want a beach holiday! Easy to get into the city if you fancy it! Danko and his lovely wife went above and beyond to make sure I had a charger as when I arrived it was Sunday and I couldn’t get one!
Definitely worth a stay :)

Amazing view, apartment was spotless and the host very friendly. Highly recommend.
The apartment is below street level so not very visible when driving on the street. We stopped by the restaurant called Zupcica and the gentleman helped me called the owner. It turns out the apartment parking is directly across from this restaurant. We later had dinner there and it was delicious.

Had a lovely relaxing stay-rooms are as the pictures-beautifully clean and well appointed. They call it Villa Sunset for a reason-the view from our balcony was gorgeous and we were treated to some spectacular sunsets. Zoran and family were the perfect hosts-they gave us great advice for restaurants and trips. Would highly recommend.

This property is wonderful. The owner was very nice, personable, and gave us a warm welcome. Villa Sunset is in a central area that is close to a shopping center and there were many dining options close by. The view was amazing. When we are back in Croatia, we will be coming back. :). We definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in a quiet town. Very clean, modern, spacious balcony overlooking the sea and view of the small pebbley beach and fantastic pool. The owner, Zoran, was lovely and offers a taxi service to anywhere you wanted to go. There is also a local bus No. 10 which goes to Dubrovnik and Cavtat and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the property.

We had a wonderful stay -- and the host was so kind to offer airport pick-up and transfer to the ferry port the next morning for very affordable, convenient option.

The pool was lovely, gorgeous views. Was a bit buggy in the evening but we found that to be the case all over Croatia. Just bring your bug spray.

Restaurant across the street had great pizza.

I would certainly stay again as it was clean, with great views and a nice mini kitchen to prepare breakfast. I enjoyed swimming at the beach (many steps down the hill) as well as the clean and nice swimming pool. A grocery store is very near and I walked to the beautiful town of Mlini. Surely recommend it.

We had a great experience at Villa Sunset in Dubrovnik.
The view was epic.
The room and the balcony was well maintained and clean.
Across the street we had a convenience store and a restaurant which was so convenient for getting food and supply.

I guess based on the other reviews I was expecting a bit more. Yes, the host is welcoming, yes the place is brand new and clean, yes the view is nice . But without a car there isn’t much to do around. The old town of Dubrovnik is about a 20 minutes drive. Cavtat is a 15 minutes drive. There is a mini mart and a restaurant across the road which is convenient. I had to buy shampoo, soap and coffee since none were provided in the room. There was construction noise starting at 7.30am. I wake up early so it’s ok, but when I once went to the pool, the noise was so loud that it wasn’t super relaxing. I would have preferred to stay closer to the old town…but overall ok

It was a lovely Villa. Host went out of his way to be helpful. TV did not work, but not real issue. Hot water was limited to a small water heater, so long hot showers are not possible. Still not a deal breaker. Sheets were the freshest smelling sheets I have slept on in ages- total plus! Host is available to taxi you to and from locations at any time. His prices are reasonable (at or below a taxi cab). Small store across the street for snacks and such. Excellent Steak House Zupacho is a 5 min walk down the road (avoid restaurant across the street). Bring insect repellent if mosquitos devour you (I’m still covered in itchy scabs).

The host was very nice and available at all hours. There is parking on the premise which is useful. Then, he or his son will drive you anywhere, which is great to avoid limited and pricy Dubrovnik parking. Our unit was recently renovated, and with AC.

One night - close to airport

We stayed here one night on our way to the airport the next morning. Perfect for our needs. Danko gave good tips on finding the place at night, met us in the parking area, and put us up in a bigger room than we had booked. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Arriving in Dubrovnik, Danko kindly picked us up from the airport and took us to the apartment. On entering, the room was spotless, and very quaint and beautiful. The view from the balcony was incredible and was amazing to watch the sunset from there every evening. He offered us drinks because our flight was delayed and shops were closed. He gave us the bus timetable and a few recommendations! There was clean sheets and towels (on request) as we were there for 11 nights. The only disappointment was that there was no toaster as we love toast in the mornings but heading to the local shop in the mornings for fresh sausage rolls wasn’t too bad! The apartment was in the middle of both Dubrovnik old city and Cavtat with a quick and cheap bus journey to both. It meant that you were out of the craziness of the city and we found that food and drink where much more inexpensive in Plat and surrounding towns. Also Plat is home to two beautiful restaurants which offered a variety of foods which never disappointed! One was called Zupcica and the other Kings. Both with excellent customer service. If we were to ever go back to Dubrovnik we would definitely stay here again and also, would highly recommend the apartment to our friends and family. The family were really nice and approachable for any of our needs!

My daughter and I stayed for a few days while we visited Dubrovnik . Villa sunset is approximately a 25 minute drive from Dubrovnik . A car would be an advantage , although parking in Dubrovnik appeared impossible . The apartment was spotlessly clean with facilities sufficient for a short stay . There is also a good restaurant directly over the road . The pool is clean and looked very inviting although we did not get the opportunity to use it during our stay . The apartments are run by father and son , both of whom are extremely friendly ,hard working, professional and helpful. They provided a shuttle service to and from the airport and also a taxi Service In and out of Dubrovnik . we found dubrovnik to be a fabulous city steeped in history, as well as the location for Game of Thrones. We took one of the many game of thrones walking tours and which included a visit to the near by island of Lokrum. What a beautiful place ! All in all a very satisfying trip . I would like to return with my husband and would not hesitate in staying at villa sunset again.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and very helpful, very warm and welcoming people. The view is stunning and the location was a perfect convenient base with a restaurant opposite. Very peaceful location. Very clean and tidy villa with all we needed for our stay. Could do with a microwave as the kitchen amenities were very limited. We also didn't know, until our arrival that the 3 bedroom villa was actually a two bedroom one with the 3rd bedroom seperate, next door.

Lovely romantic place to stay with beautiful views

Lovely romantic place to stay. Very easy to communicate with the hosts, cosy and clean little flat with gorgeous views, wonderful swimming pool and comfy bed with a great view of the sea through the balcony door. Very friendly hosts, offered a decent price taxi into town. Good restaurant across the road. Very close drive to the airport. Only comment is that it is not convenient for bus travel to the old town of Dubrovnik, but great if you have your own car or are going to the airport. Recommended.
