I enjoyed my stay at the Oakwood Hotel. The staff was very professional and courteous. There is a free breakfast included but it was limited to the same 3 items everyday. The Hotel is walking distance to 2 diffrent train lines and a lot of restaurants. The Tokyo Tower is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

This is a clean and convenient hotel. Rooms are small, but that’s Japan. The reason I gave it 3 stars is that the street noise is very loud. It comes in spurts as the traffic goes by, so it is not constant, but if you are a light sleeper beware.

I had an amazing time in Tokyo staying at the Oakwood Hotel and Apartments. The hotel was clean and modern. It had a gym and a small cafe at the ground floor. It was right across Nissin Grocery Store, Lawsons and Smile Everyday drug store. It was a 2-3 min walk away from the train station. I will definitely book again in the future. I love this place and the view of Tokyo Tower was amazing at night.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a full kitchen, fridge and washer and dryer. We had a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower from our balcony. The gym was a great addition to get more workout done. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. It was an amazing experience. Also, the hotel was walking distance from the train station and konbini.

Having a washer / dryer in the suite was a huge bonus. Facilities were clean, well-appointed and we appreciated the breakfast and coffee downstairs. With only 2 Nespresso pods and 2 empty slots and being told that we couldn't get any until the next day (without an extra charge) was a disappointment. A small thing, but a customer service miss that reduced a 5-star to a 4-star rating.

Hotel was lovely. We liked the fact that we had our own washer/dryer as well as our room look into the Tokyo tower which is 5-10 min walk from the hotel. These a lovely small restaurant bistro chick opposite the road which we recommend to try. Hotel has his own cafe where you can have breakfast. My own negative comment is that breakfast finishes 9.30 am which it would open until 10 am. Staff speaks good English. Shibuya crossing is about 20 min taxi ride.

The main problem is the air conditioner is directly above the bed and aimed at the bed. There is a smell and it’s just uncomfortable for the AC to be so close to the bed. Got sore throat from leaving AC on. Location is not that convenient since its far from all the tourist spots.

Love the location of this property! It has a deli nearby as well as a Lawson's. The unit is very clean and modern. We had full kitchen which was amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the cleaning staff kept our unit super clean! We also loved the washer/dryer which we used to wash our clothes before heading home. Pillow dilemma

Nothing wrong with hotel, typical Japanese business hotel with a kitchenette. Great location, truly a fine hotel. But their pillow selection is atrocious! Two pillows for a queen bed? Thin, soft, the worst, no support. So, if pillows are important, be forewarned, call ahead get some extra, ask for firm pillows.

My third time staying at Oakwood. Unbeatable location in Azabu Juban. Residential feel, less tourist crowds, and many restaurants in walking distance including Roppongi Hills/Tokyo Midtown (1st train stop away). Rooms are compact but offer kitchen and washer/dryer which is a huge bonus. Checkin wasn’t available until 3 exactly even though I got there at 9am. It would have been great if Oakwood could have offered flexibility without quoting me a full night charge to access my room early. I understand if the hotel was sold out (which I don’t believe it was), however, it’s small things like this that will make travelers more inclined to return again.

Brilliant Aparthotel. Big for Japanese standards. Azabujuban is my favourite part of Tokyo. Like a little village in the centre of Tokyo. Great food, walks, etc.

A very pleasant experience for my family and I. First time staying at an Oakwood property. I found the check-in easy, the agent checking us in polite and professional. And the room itself excellent for our needs. Nice touches like actual glassware (including wine glasses) along with every basic utensil needed with which to cook. It took a little while to figure out how to use the clothes washer, and the ever-so-important \"dryer\" feature, which is certainly not as familiar to those of us accustomed to a separate clothes dryer.

Stayed here twice now. If you are staying with two people in a room, I’d recommend you take the room with the wider bed. Essentially, you are trading off bed width for a table and a chair if you take the narrower bed. Not worth it, in my view.

Very nice and well maintained hotel. Hotel room is spotless and the kitchenette is excellent. Walking distance to the Tokyo Tower and you can see it as well from the balcony. They helped store the luggages when we made a trip to Osaka. When we came back they had already sent the luggages to our room ahead of time. Complimentary breakfast is a plus, because most restaurants don’t serve breakfast so they don’t open until 10 or 11 am. Hotel staffs are all friendly. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Train station is less than 5 minutes walking distance.
