The property is part of the Sheraton so it’s very elegant! It was difficult to find out where check in was because there were no instructions or any hint that this property would be located in the same property as Sheraton. The place is beautiful, safe, clear and very comfortable but I have ONE complaint ! They said amenities were NOT included, in other words, you get s room that’s right by the pool and they say you can’t use it but must get a day pass — Maistra customer are not allowed to use Sheraton amenities even though it’s inside the same property!

Property was really nice with fantastic views of the mountains and river. Walkable from the Sheraton about 5 mins just behind the hotel. Hotel are great as you can use the indoor pool and tennis facilities which you pay. Only issue from making it a 5 was we had to call each time to ask someone to clean our room. The bedrooms were nice size and loved the living area and kitchen.

Perfect location, 1 block away from shopping mall & grocery store, 1 block away from beach and 10 min walk to beautiful Kupari beach. Bus stops right in front of building to Dubrovnik. The apartment was super clean, we were able to cook in the well supplied kitchen( which even has a dishwasher) very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, several restaurants around.

Lovely, spacious appartment that was cleaned every day. Well equipped kitchen (4 hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with small freezer inside, crockery and cutlery etc provided) and bathrooms (toilet roll, towels, soap, shampoo conditioner all provided and replenished as needed, pkus a hairdryer). No washing machine but there is a payable laundry service.
We paid extra to have breakfast at the Sheraton every day and it was so worth it. Probably the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen, with lots of options and a beautiful terrace.

Fantastic breakfast (if purchased) at the Sheraton (100m away) with wide variety of fresh foods and lots of choice. Secure underground parking. 5 min walk to bus stop for 10 minute ride to old city for 2.9 euros pp. Can also take the less freq bus right outside. Bus schedule posted at the Sheraton.

Really enjoyed these apartments, contemporary design, very clean, great service and excellent location. We had access to the Sheraton facilities however the spa, indoor pool & tennis courts cost extra. Srebreno is about half way between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, both easily accessible by bus. There’s a bakery, pizza restaurant and supermarket all very close by with other restaurants nearby also. Very close to the beach and if you can get the apartments looking towards the front and the hotel the view is quite good too. Would definitely recommend them.

It was really bad experience in my life, it took over 18 hours to be there, but when I arrived there, it was totally not expected one. Because the apartment is not like Review and Pictures. This apartment does NOT locate in front of Beach and there is no swimming pool. And even does not have reception, ground floor, There was a restaurant, and asked a staff how I check in. And the staff informed me that I should check in at the Sheraton Hotel. Anyway the room condition was Ok, but the View from the balcony was garbage and really bad everything. So I canceled it 2nd day, and I even paid much higher than when I booked the hotel, but I should do, because I never want to stay like this apartment with the cost and view.

I hate to say how good this place was, I'd rather save it for ourselves! Golf buggy from Sheraton, 100 meters, cleaned daily, bed made etc, beach towels, concierge included. Public/ private beach with loungers etc, or hotel pool.Bigger rooms than in hotel , as this is an apartment. Lounge, dining area, decent kitchen, large wrapped around balcony, bathroom and extra second toilet, spacious accommodation.
Area abs beautiful, Srebreno super, beach 100 m, MLINi, ancient and wonderful, 3/400m walk. Many ferry boats from harbour; Dubrovnic 15 mins, 60Kuna single, 100 ret. Cavtat a good trip.

Totally out of expectation. I should have booked this apartment for the first leg of my stay at Dubrovnik (I went to Montenegro for a few days in between). The apartment is super value for money. It was run by the Sheraton Hotel next door and the free buffet breakfast was served at the hotel. The apartment was in very good condition, with a bedroom, 2 toilets, a living room and a kitchen. If the apartment is equipped with an electric kettle, it will be a perfect 5 for me.

Easy 5 min walk to beach. Bus stop right across 16A bus. But comes about only every hR and a half. Took Us 30 minutes to get into Dubrovnik. It did give us a nice drive thru the local towns though.
Property itself is fine. Only issue was the shower. You have to turn the hot water button on at least 20 minutes before your anticipated Shower. Also, you are essentially on your own. It was so close to all the amenities, the location was perfect. I really loved the fact that. It was connected with Sheraton and we could just use all the facilities at the hotel. The staffs we came in contact with were all helpful and friendly.

The apartments were generally clean although the floor was a bit sticky. House keeping was efficient. The access to use Sheraton's facilities was a great plus point and the location of the apartment is brilliant with a residential touch. The mall nearby is great for buying daily amenities and there is a good cafe down the road serving good coffee.

Amazing apartment in a good location
Overall we were very impressed with these apartments. We had a one bedroom apartment at the front of the building with nice views overlooking the near by Sheraton hotel with the mountains in the distance. The apartments are a few minutes walk to the beach and to the harbour where you can get water Taxis to Dubrovnik and Lokrum. There is also a good selection of resturants and cafes/bars within a 15 minute walk of the apartment.
Our apartment was cleaned almost daily to a high standard and the only issue we had during it entire stay was that on a few days the house keeping work us up as they came too early (around 8-9am). Other than that, we can’t fault our stay at the apartments and we had a very nice stay in the amazing Dalmatia region of Croatia.
Our apartment was cleaned almost daily to a high standard and the only issue we had during it entire stay was that on a few days the house keeping work us up as they came too early (around 8-9am). Other than that, we can’t fault our stay at the apartments and we had a very nice stay in the amazing Dalmatia region of Croatia.

The apartment was part of the Sheraton hotel across the street. You check in at the Sheraton. You have access to the Sheraton amenities such as pool, spa and gym. The beach is behind the Sheraton.I was there in September and the water was cold and the beach is rocky so bring water shoes. Very nice boardwalk with lots of restaurants and pubs. Wonderful location. Across from the apartment is the bus stop to get to Dubrovnik. You can take bus 10, 16 or 16a. Cost is 18k and it will take about 30 minutes because the bus does it’s regular route through the mountain. Enjoy

Fabulous apartments, all very clean & new. Very spacious & lots of wardrobe & storage space. Our two bed apartment had 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets!! Couldn’t fault it!! Lots of great amenities on the doorstep (shops/supermarket) as well as great bars & restaurants.

These apartments are well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a daily maid service which makes it feel more like a hotel room but with the benefit of a lounge and kitchen. The apartments are across the road from the Sheraton Hotel and you get full use of their facilities. We used the pool and the gym, even though we were there in the height of August but we coul always get sun loungers at the pool and the pool never had lots of people in. Pool towels are provided just like hotel guests. Because the apartments are linked to the Sheraton you get a 10% discount art the resort restaurants so make sure you ask for that and just show your room key.
The apartments are ideally located 5 mins from a supermarket, across the road from a bakery and the Sheraton and 5 mins from the beach. The beach is like all of them in Croatia and stony so you need shoes to get into the sea but the sea is beautifully clean and clear. If you want a water taxi to Dubrovnik then these leave from the end of the harbour and cost 100 kuna per person return and takes about 20 mins. There are also a number of excursions direct from Srebreno.
I would happily come back to these excellent apartments.

Spacious, clean & modern apartment run by Sheraton Hotel. We stayed as a family of 5 for a week and had a great time. You can use the facilities at the Sheraton Hotel and just a short walk away is a pier where you can get water taxi's to Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay in the Sheraton apartments, which are across the road from the Sheraton hotel. We checked in at the hotel reception and the bell boy took us over in the buggy, seamless service. We were able to park under the apartments using our room key, so all safe and secure. The apartment was amazing. So spacious, modern and clean and serviced every day. We had a corner apartment which gave us a large balcony catching the sun in the morning and late afternoon.This was a quiet resort with small shingle beach and ferry to Dubrovnik or Cavat for about £1 each way. Bus short walk away, likewise supermarket in a small shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby if we didn’t want to self cater. We relaxed by and swam in the Sheraton pool most days. Great sun loungers and fluffy towels. Staff attentive and helpful at all times, serving poolside drinks, snacks or simply helping with the parasol! Also a poolside bar with shaded shaded seating and sea views. Spa and indoor pool a bonus. However, we did not enjoy the one evening meal we had in the Sheraton restaurant. We chose the buffet to find limited choices, tired presentation and lack lustre attention to detail. Not 5*. We didn’t return. Overall our stay in the apartments was relaxing with all facilities close at hand if required. We would definitely return.

Please tell your customers they need to check in at the Shearaton across the street! We had no idea as nothing was mentioned on our printed reservation and wasted a lot of time driving around and asking people how to get in. Very frustrating! The clean and large apartments are new and spacious though they have an industrial feel. We had 2 bathrooms and a well equipped and modern kitchen, living room and bedroom (both had TV.) Never saw anyone else staying on our floor. It takes about 12 minutes to get into Dubrovnik Old Town by taxi and costs 15 euro. The bus is cheaper but not all that frequent. Other option is a boat taxi which is located down the street which cost about 11 euro.

However it would have been nice to know that you had to go to the Sheraton to check in as this information was not provided to us and we had to call up the apartments owners to find that out. Other than this the place was great just what we needed only a short drive or uber into dubrovnik!

The apartment is new and some of the facilities were incomplete, I.e. The cafe. We were allowed to use the outdoor pool at the Sheraton Hotel but not their other facilities. The rooms have daily cleaning, we're spacious, modern and very comfortable. As many of the restaurants in and around Dubrovnik have almost identical offerings, we were glad we opted for an apartment with cooking facilities. Overall this would be our first choice if we return to Dubrovnik.
