We stayed at Maistra for our first abroad holiday with our 3 year old daughter and I could not speak more highly of our experience!

The location, hotel and amenities are all fabulous but what really makes it are the INCREDIBLE staff. They went above and beyond and were so attentive, kind and playful with our daughter.

It was the perfect holiday and we feel very fortunate to have stayed there, they even bought out a cake and prosseco for my husband on his birthday.

If you’re thinking of booking, you must! We hope to go back again :)

Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the suite in the chateau across from the main hotel. Looking out over the water from our little Juliet window was very special. Tight drive in along the waterfront made it interesting, couldn't imagine getting to the hotel on a busy day. We were there in the beginning of June. Didn't use the nearby pool but the facility looked very nice. Recommend the small family restaurant Konoba nearby, homemade pasta and black risotto were excellent.

This is one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Everything seemed brand new because it was absolutely spotless. The staff is incredible. They're all friendly, courteous and helpful. They really helped to make this a pleasant experience. The location is also perfect. Directly across from a beautiful beach, surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to a mall and numerous other bars and restaurants as well as tour options and water activities. We would absolutely stay here again.

A small hotel with a great location and secluded pool. No uber on island but hotel offered complimentary pickup and drive back to town (non-car catamaran ferry port) for check in and checkout (contact the hotel to arrange times, you cannot walk there). Do the suggested walk to the abandoned village and the local beaches (one for nudists). After touring cities this laidback experience (note I was there end of May) was welcome. Loved hanging out on balcony. Handy restaurant on site. Staff friendly and breakfast great. Excellent a/c. Elevator.

Everything was top rated. Rooms were clean and very modern. Loved the water kettle for tea. Staff was great, very friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was great also, definitely worth starting your day with the breakfast. Pools were shared with other hotels, a little crowded but nice.

We had a beautiful stay at Mlini, can't recommend it highly enough! The hotel was lovely, clean, modern but comfortable and we had the balcony with a sea view so we loved watching the world go by. The location is great... A short walk to a beach and restaurant for lunch and afternoon drinks and Mlini port also has a few bars and restaurants. Our favorite was Basilico...right opposite the hotel on the water front and a great selection of pizza and pasta plus lovely wines. Srebrebo was a 15-20 minute stroll too so we had plenty of choice and places to watch the beautiful blue water from. A 30 minute boat trip from Dubrovnik old Town too if you wanted to venture out beyond the immediate area. The best bit was the lovely staff though - all were helpful and friendly and made our stay one to remember so thank you to them all.

Our stay at this seaside resort with a private beach was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views and calm coastal breeze established a perfect vacation mood. The property beautifully blends luxury with a laid-back atmosphere. Every corner of the resort was beautifully designed, and welcoming. Our room was spectacular, featuring a private balcony that overlooked the turquoise water. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves was pure bliss. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room styling was bright and modern. There are many bars and restaurants serving delicious meals within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and made genuine effort to make our stay enjoyable. We will most certainly return to this resort!!

We’ve had a lovely stay here. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very kind and helpful. My husband has been excited to wake up every morning for the gorgeous breakfast. I’m writing this review as I enjoy a cup of tea on the balcony taking in the sweet ocean breeze and listening to the cheerful birds.

Amazing sea view, quiet, and very convenient to Dubrovnik. Maistra Select is a hidden gem! Breakfast was delicious, walk right out to beach and a short water taxi or uber to Old Town!! All the staff members were very courteous and helpful. Only one to two konobas/restaurants but good! Pirates Social Club right on the beach for drinks was fun, but cash only. We would highly recommend and definitely will return someday! FALA!!

A very nice hotel, not far from Dubrovnik with beautiful beach access and views from the rooms. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet in the area at night. Only slight drawback is that the parking was a bit odd to find-maps initially tried to take us to a different hotel, so make sure you put in the exact right location!

The property is beautifully located at the beach, with rooms overlooking the beach. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is good. Dubrovnik city center and the airport are both conveniently located, only 15 minutes by car. There is also the possibility to take a scenic water taxi to the city. The hotel provides the perfect balance between beach and city. To note that we were there in low season, so crowds were manageable and the beach not overcrowded. I can really recommend Maistra Select Mlini Hotel

The hotel is in the perfect location for travelling to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by boat taxi.
There are various bars/restaurants around the hotel.
Right by the beach.
Beautiful rooms.
Only let down was the food which was always on the cool side and very repetitive.

We were in the annexe with a sea view. The room was a bit dark and needed a bit of repair and attention here and there, particularly in the bathroom where the shower screen leaked, the shower head was set too low and the tile grout needed a good clean. The tables needed a good clean too. Otherwise the room was comfortable. Breakfast was in the main hotel which was a short walk across the car park/courtyard. Great selection and good quality. Dinner buffet also very good, but the fish had lots of bones and some things were a bit overcooked. Lots of choice. Free water available in the reception area and lobby was welcoming and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately we were misadvised about transport and were told there was a bus from the top of the hill but when we had walked up the many steps, we found they didn’t run on Sundays. We were also told there was no boat to Dubrovnik at this time of year but later found that there was.
Pool and games in the neighbouring larger hotel which is more child friendly with playpark etc. Pool was large and clean with sunbeds and free towels.
The setting was wonderful with a little pebble beach and a seafront road with various restaurants and bars and a little harbour. We would stay again, but would say it’s more three stars than four.

In my humble opinion, the Mlini Hotel is a sweet gem on the Adriatic. Just returned from spending a lovely week in Croatia.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. My room was on the second floor overlooking the water. I loved the rain shower and hand held in the shower. Also appreciated the small refrigerator in the room.

One item I just absolutely loved was keeping my balcony door open in the evening and hearing the crashing of the waves. ❤️. It made for such a relaxing bedtime.

The beach is a two minute walk from the hotel’s front door. It’s tiny and precious. I did not feel the uncomfort
of having to deal with a hoard of people. It felt like my own private island. The nearby restaurant made for a great place to enjoy a beer and watch the picturesque sunsets.

Breakfast at the hotel was serviceable and had a nice variety. But I do not recommend the dinner buffet. It just felt like a hodgepodge of food with no real focus.

At the restaurant, I do have to give a shout out to Mladen. I believe he supervises food services. He was so charming. I enjoyed speaking to him each day I was there.

Another good feature of the hotel is its location. It only cost 15-17 US dollars using Uber to reach the hotel. And it only cost 10-12 US dollars, once again using Uber, to get to Old Town Dubrovnik.

If I have a chance to make it back to Croatia, I will definitely consider staying at the Mlini Hotel once again.

Some views are slightly obstructed but still have sea views.
Staff are extremely attentive but unfortunately the food was constantly quite cold and so reparative.
The rooms are very nice and we had a bath as well as a shower.
Plenty of storage space.
Nice size balcony.
A few restaurants surround the hotel but some were still shut until 1st May.
Easy to travel to Dubrovnik and Cavtat either by sea taxi or bus.
Other boat trips available too from just outside the hotel.
Beautiful little walk to a gorgeous beach with extra bars/restaurants.
Small shop next to hotel but very limited stock.
Shopping mall approx 15/20 mins walk.
Supermarket it there as well as pharmacy and other shops.
Would definitely return.

The hotel is in a great location for the water Taxi’s which run between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, Mlini is right in the middle so water taxi either way regularly. It was still out of season during our stay so not everything in the local area was open or had full menus. Little shopping Mall 20 minutes walk and bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk. Lovely area scenery is stunning. I think all rooms in the hotel have a sea view from balcony, rooms very clean and house service everyday. Buffet breakfast was good something for everyone. All in all a fantastic break had and would return.

This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool. The pet fee was really expensive in comparison to other places but otherwise great, I’d recommend and stay again.

The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded part of Mlini, which in itself is a lovely quiet, quaint and clean area. The beach is rocky but the view is quite breathtaking with the aqua blue sea enticing you in to cool down. The staff of the hotel are excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is of a good quality with plenty of options available. We visited the beach and pizza restaurant; and had fantastic meals. The pool in the neighbouring hotel is clean, with plenty of sunbeds available for everyone needing one. We would seriously consider returning to Hotel Mlini the next time we visit the Dubrovnik area.

Lovely hotel, worthy of its 4 stars, my deluxe double room was excellent with a fabulous view. A couple of minor housekeeping issues which is why I gave 4 stars on that rating, however, these may not be an issue in other rooms. Housekeeping staff were helpful, polite and friendly as were all other staff in the hotel. Breakfast was good. The area is gorgeous and the walk along the waterside to Srebreno was fab, I did the walk every morning for exercise and what a view all the way! Also very easy to take water taxi to Dubrovnik which leaves from the small harbour outside the hotel. The water taxi ride is like a boat trip in itself as its goes along the coast. No noise at hotel from traffic, boats or anything else. Mlini is a good location with plenty of bars, restaurants all along the bay. The hotel and area are very clean and well maintained and its so picturesque. Would definitely recommend.

A gem of a hotel where everything worked....except the breakfast coffee machine! Clean pleasant environment and very friendly helpful staff in all parts of the hotel.
Great location.... whether for beach or visiting Dubrovnik or Cavtat etc. Ref. Beach . Water shoes are essential! Stoney beach and waterline. Maybe one day it might be remodelled with golden sand to give a unique proposition!!

My friend and I stayed at the Maestra Molini hotel for four nights. It was a beautiful hotel. The dining options around the hotel were plentiful and excellent. The pool was very well-maintained with more than enough pool lounge chairs. The beach was stunning. The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. We particularly thought Roberto had a wonderful sense of humour and was an excellent employee. Also, the breakfast buffet was unlike any breakfast I’ve had at a hotel before. It had everything one could want.

Fabulous hotel with beautiful sea views. Excellent helpful staff. Good breakfast included in price. Great value for money when you stay there off season but consequently this affects what you can do and the bars and restaurants that are mainly closed in the area. The only other issue was we had a car hire and found it difficult finding the hotel, and when we did it was very tricky to get to the parking area. I would, however, recommend this hotel as it was just fab! Photo of view from our balcony. Very picturesque.

We opted for the breakfast which was an had an excellent assortment of fresh everything.
The hotel even left a birthday cake and Champaign in my room to celebrate a milestone birthday.
We didn’t like to pay 20euros for a sun chair… as they did not previously charge for these chairs on the beach. But, oh well.
The room was also excellent.

First time in Croatia really glad we decided to stay at the Mlini Hotel, great location with the beach only a few footsteps away.The staff were extremely helpful and polite.We had a fantastic room on the 4th floor with a full sea view, The hotel and surrounding area was so clean,tidy and well majntained.I am sure we will be back.

Great property, great location. Beautiful views. Swimming pool is at sister hotel but still convenient and few mins walk doesn’t feel like it’s at a different property (open from 8am-8pm) - really nice and big but freezing cold even though it was 32 degrees weather it never got even slightly warm in the pool. Everything with with hotel was lovely however, even though there’s an ironing service for a fee I wish there was an iron & ironing board in the room for more convenience! Breakfast was nice at the hotel (homemade baked beans were so good), there’s also 2 restaurants nearby - the “simple pasta” at the restaurant opposite the hotel is the best I’ve ever had!

Incredible location just outside Dubrovnik. Water taxi or Uber just 20 mins away and cheap. Modern hotel, great food and great service! Definitely recommend

We made a reservation here and travelled 3 hours to get to the hotel and they didn’t have our rooms and we had to part ways with our travel group to go to their sister hotel. It looked nice but we didn’t get to stay. We wish they would have alerted us before.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. The hotel did offer a limited choice of gluten free food for my daughter. Beaches close to the hotel are great and only a short walk to local restaurants.

The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean and lovely. We had a huge veranda with a sea view. We really enjoyed our stay
