This hotel is set right on the beach, in the centre of Mlini. Guests will find the nearest links to the public transport network just about 200 m away.

It is some 8 km to restaurants, bars, shops and clubs and the UNESCO site of Old Town Dubrovnik and the tourist centre of Cavtat. Lokrum Island is about 8 km, Elafite Island is roughly 10 km and the city of Dubrovnik is about 12 km away.

This beach hotel was built in 1936 and comprises a total of 70 rooms. It is spacious and offers attractive views and a variety of options for relaxation and enjoyment.

This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool. The pet fee was really expensive in comparison to other places but otherwise great, I’d recommend and stay again.

We stayed in a beautiful sea view suite for my sisters 40th. We had a small lounge area, huge bathroom and bedroom and a lovely quiet balcony. Plenty space for us!

the hotel is in the heart of Mlini. Only 15min from airport. I loved everything about this hotel. It is beachfront and there are several restaurants where you can walk to. Also 2 bars down the block if you plan to stay up late to have drinks. we felt safe all the time. book it you wont regret it

Really nice village/area with lovely restaurant and bar options a short walk away and on the sea front. Staff really friendly, hotel really well kept. Convenient water taxis for Dubrovnik or Cavtat a minute or two walk from the hotel. Slightly longer walk along the sea front is the Srebreno resort/promenade area with more bars, restaurants etc. plenty of choice for a short break

The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded part of Mlini, which in itself is a lovely quiet, quaint and clean area. The beach is rocky but the view is quite breathtaking with the aqua blue sea enticing you in to cool down. The staff of the hotel are excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is of a good quality with plenty of options available. We visited the beach and pizza restaurant; and had fantastic meals. The pool in the neighbouring hotel is clean, with plenty of sunbeds available for everyone needing one. We would seriously consider returning to Hotel Mlini the next time we visit the Dubrovnik area.

Lovely hotel, worthy of its 4 stars, my deluxe double room was excellent with a fabulous view. A couple of minor housekeeping issues which is why I gave 4 stars on that rating, however, these may not be an issue in other rooms. Housekeeping staff were helpful, polite and friendly as were all other staff in the hotel. Breakfast was good. The area is gorgeous and the walk along the waterside to Srebreno was fab, I did the walk every morning for exercise and what a view all the way! Also very easy to take water taxi to Dubrovnik which leaves from the small harbour outside the hotel. The water taxi ride is like a boat trip in itself as its goes along the coast. No noise at hotel from traffic, boats or anything else. Mlini is a good location with plenty of bars, restaurants all along the bay. The hotel and area are very clean and well maintained and its so picturesque. Would definitely recommend.

A gem of a hotel where everything worked....except the breakfast coffee machine! Clean pleasant environment and very friendly helpful staff in all parts of the hotel.
Great location.... whether for beach or visiting Dubrovnik or Cavtat etc. Ref. Beach . Water shoes are essential! Stoney beach and waterline. Maybe one day it might be remodelled with golden sand to give a unique proposition!!

My friend and I stayed at the Maestra Molini hotel for four nights. It was a beautiful hotel. The dining options around the hotel were plentiful and excellent. The pool was very well-maintained with more than enough pool lounge chairs. The beach was stunning. The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. We particularly thought Roberto had a wonderful sense of humour and was an excellent employee. Also, the breakfast buffet was unlike any breakfast I’ve had at a hotel before. It had everything one could want.

Fabulous hotel with beautiful sea views. Excellent helpful staff. Good breakfast included in price. Great value for money when you stay there off season but consequently this affects what you can do and the bars and restaurants that are mainly closed in the area. The only other issue was we had a car hire and found it difficult finding the hotel, and when we did it was very tricky to get to the parking area. I would, however, recommend this hotel as it was just fab! Photo of view from our balcony. Very picturesque.

This was an absolutely amazing hotel!
We opted for the breakfast which was an had an excellent assortment of fresh everything.
The hotel even left a birthday cake and Champaign in my room to celebrate a milestone birthday.
We didn’t like to pay 20euros for a sun chair… as they did not previously charge for these chairs on the beach. But, oh well.
The room was also excellent.

Swimming pool is at sister hotel but still convenient and few mins walk doesn’t feel like it’s at a different property (open from 8am-8pm) - really nice and big but freezing cold even though it was 32 degrees weather it never got even slightly warm in the pool. Everything with with hotel was lovely however, even though there’s an ironing service for a fee I wish there was an iron & ironing board in the room for more convenience! Breakfast was nice at the hotel (homemade baked beans were so good), there’s also 2 restaurants nearby - the “simple pasta” at the restaurant opposite the hotel is the best I’ve ever had!

We made a reservation here and travelled 3 hours to get to the hotel and they didn’t have our rooms and we had to part ways with our travel group to go to their sister hotel. It looked nice but we didn’t get to stay. We wish they would have alerted us before.

Hotel Mlini was a fantastic place to stay! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony overlooked the courtyard and had a partial view of the beach and sea.

The breakfast was great - something for everyone - and there was the option to request off the menu if the buffet didn’t suit.

The staff were always welcoming and friendly.

The hotel was in a beautiful location and there were many options for walks.

The only issue we found was being unable to get around the pool as it was full from very early on. However, you can sit around a pool anywhere whereas beaches like this are special.

We would recommend the hotel and Mlini as a location without hesitation. We definitely want to return!

Outstanding location with a boat ride to the old city just a stone throw away (15€ per person for the return trip). Loved the swims in the sea and pool. Plenty of restaurants nearby and they are much cheaper than the old city.

Our holiday to Mlini was the best holiday we have ever had. The location of this hotel is perfect. We loved being able to get the water taxi on days we wanted to go exploring. There are lots of fantastic places to eat out but the food at the hotels restaurants was a 10/10. There is access to water sports and plenty of other things to do like explore the little beaches along the coast. There are play parks dotted around as well so our daughter had lots to keep her occupied. There was always room around the immaculately kept pool.

The staff are very friendly and our whole experience was perfect from start to finish.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. It was large enough to relax in and there was a fabulous view from the large balcony. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, were superb and the buffet breakfast was both generous and varied to cater for all tastes. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and even though the weather was wet, windy and cold we had a really lovely time.Shame we did not get the chance to use the excellent pool especially as we got free beach towels. The 2 restaurants serve great food and there is a small and inexpensive shop on site for anything you have forgotten. All round a 5* experience

Fantastic hotel

There is housekeeping every day with clean, fresh and fluffy towels replaced daily. The bed and pillows are comfy and there is bottled water and a personalised welcoming note upon arrival.

The bedroom is aquamarine decor with a full length mirror, fridge, blackout curtains and the bathroom has twin wash basin sinks and a massive walk-in shower. The carpet in the bedroom and throughout the hotel is immaculate.

The hotel seems fairly new despite it being built several years ago but this is because of the daily routined cleanliness.

Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. There is full English breakfast plus the usual cereals, cakes, croissants and pancakes.

The staff are welcoming in an unhurried way which offers calmness and tranquility.

I loved my stay at the hotel.

It's located literally on the Adriatic Sea, beautiful setting, away from crowds.
We made the reservation some 10 months ahead and we selected the biggest apartment they had that was advertised to have a big terrace overlooking the sea that was supposed to be big enough to house our friends (2 couples) and us for soirees. With all tat happened interim e were given the worst apartment they had - much smaller and on the third level with no elevator. No balcony or terrace. The reception was very unfriendly when we complain - pointed to the fact that the prices are now higher and the fact that we rented through Expedia.
At the room the lock had to be fixed - we could not lock the room and the shower mount in the bathroom was waubly on the wall...

My partner and I have just got back from 10 lovely nights at the hotel. Very modern and comfortable with very nice decor. Rooms spacious with very large and comfy bed with magnificent view from the balcony over the sea.
General area of Mlini is relaxing and pleasant. Not busy but enough bars and nice restaurants nearby.
Beach is pebbly but very nice.
Restaurant by pool for lunch is very nice with good selection of food. Ala Carte is nice enough but not amazing. Better restaurants nearby though buffet is nice enough and very good value for money. Breakfast selection is vast and very nice.
All staff very helpful.
Dubrovnik is great and easy to visit by 30 minute water taxi.
If I had one small gripe it is that the shared pool in the sister hotel is too crowded and tricky to get a sunbed. The real problem is people reserving sunbeds by putting towel on bed at 8am and then not turning up until midday or not at all. The hotel should enforce some rules to prevent this as I have seen at other hotels. Though beach is better anyway.
Other than this the hotel and holiday was amazing.

I couldn't have picked a perfect hotel and location in picking Hotel Mlini. The hotel staff were amazing. The location was perfect to hit old town Dubrovnik, but far enough from the chaos. The harbor outside the hotel was perfect to book island tours and take water taxi to different places. I highly recommend Hotel Mlini.

Building feels modern, nice finishes and attention to detail, but not too stuffy – has a relaxed feel. Staff is very welcoming and helpful and seemed to work well with each other which added to the relaxed vibe.

Nicely situated against hills and looking out to the sea with cliffside and small islands on the horizon. A really beautiful view from what seemed like any room, and definitely from the outdoor dining deck.

Mlini has a slower, somewhat secluded feel, about a half-hour boat ride from Old Town. Easy walking in either direction along the sea and under pine trees. We explored some ruins at the bottom of a trail in one direction and the town with a small mall in the other direction, which had the most well-organized, orderly shelves I've ever seen in a store, and what looked like a lot of nice produce, cheeses and meat selection. Past that area is a nice trail along the water to the ruins of some hotels/buildings that were bombed in the conflict in the 90s. Many stands for boat rides and excursions, rentals for water activities, small outdoor shops, some restaurants, ATMs, and other hotels. We were told it was part of the busy season when we stayed in July but this area never felt overly bustling to me. It was lively but leisurely and not difficult to find spots on the different beaches. The hotel itself was quiet, and any activity sounded muted enough at night that we could leave the door open to enjoy the sound of the water. Looked forward to breakfast everyday.

Amazing hotel, cannot wait to return! Modern, spotlessly clean, all staff so friendly. Superior partial sea view room was stunning. Lovely breakfast of hot and cold selection, breads and pastries. Ate in the pizzeria and beach bar a few times which were excellent and good value for money with the 10% discount. Location perfect for us, quiet resort with a few restaurants and bars and lovely short walk to srbreno which was a bit more lively. Taxi boat just outside hotel takes you to Dubrovnik in 30 mins 100 kuna return and would recommend going to cavtat also 100 return which was a lovely place for a nice dinner and drink. Pool is shared with astarea hotel which again was spotless. Would recommend getting your lounger before 9 as you may struggle to get one after this time as very busy.

Fantastic hotel, great sized rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Great choice of breakfast and mini fridge in room for drinks etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Only downside was the lounger situation at the pool, queues of guests before it opens at 8am booking their sun loungers then leaving to appear later! Plus the hotel could’ve more eco friendly, towels were replaced daily which isn’t required.

This was our 4th trip to Croatia and we believe this was one of the best hotels we stayed in. We would definitely stay here again. It is so convenient to get to from the airport and we arranged a trip to Montenegro which did not take long to get to from the hotel.
The hotel location in beautiful we had one of the best rooms on the top floor, you could open the doors in the morning and see the beautiful ocean and at night listen to the music from the restaurant below from your balcony.
There is so many wonderful things I can write about the hotel it surpassed our expectations for sure.
