Great choice for a sunny winter break

Well maintained apartment and complex. The apt was spacious, very clean and had a view of the pool. The pool area was also clean and functional. Good location, ideal for the 3 bus from airport, and just a 35 min coastal walk (great vista) to caleta de fuste. Great value for money.

I have never felt it necessary to give a bad review until staying at this hotel… i think it was a foreign hotel and is not very welcoming to British. The room smelt like smoke the linen was dated and i regretted booking as soon as i looked at the building. This is also around 10-15 minutes drive from caleta de fuste. Luckily we had a hire car as there was no other way than Taxi. AVOID AVOID AVOID

People where great, location was ok especially if you had car. Pool was nice. The apartment was not so good. Wodows where absolutely filthy. The furniture was terrible especially the sofa been fixed with hardboard wood. The fridge was rusty. The kick board was plywood unpainted. The bedding was ok to start with but then out came some worn thin blue sheets . This place has the potential to be great needs a little love and money spent on it. Value for money I'd rather pay a little more and be comfortable. People pushing shopping trolley around site to collect rubbish. It reminded me of skid row. Luckily my sense of humour is good and i gound the whole thing highly amusing. Would i stay again? Probably not the sofa ready gave me back problems and i wasnt even sleeping on it only sitting.

The hotel is clean and tidy.
My bed and pillows were very comfortable.
I was only here one night so didn’t use the restaurant or pizza area. Pool bar well stocked and young man very pleasant.
Lady behind reception was lovely.
Surrounding area is pretty derelict, no bars/shops etc.
Feels like I’m in the middle of nowhere.
Like I said, all pleasant but I like a bit of atmosphere, things/places to visit on my doorstep so this is not for me.

So much better than what I expected. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Pool area was cleaned daily. Cheap food and drink at the pool bar. Entertainment most afternoons. For the money I paid it was more than perfect.

2nd time we have stayed here this year. As with the last time, if you are looking for a 5* luxury apartment it is NOT for you. but in a quiet area, pool and bar (who do a limited food menu). TBH the place needs money spending on it, but it wont stop us returning

If this was supposed to be a 4* property I’d give it a zero star rating, but for the price it really worked well. Quiet area, pool and bar on site 5 minutes from the airport. It is a bit tired, but doesn’t affect the stay. I’ll be back for less than £30 per night!

Overall, the stay was ok but I guess the sunshine helps a lot. This aparthotel needed an upgrade, like 10 years ago and now is screaming for a general refurbishment.
The staff is neither friendly or unfriendly and basically doing their job apart from one male receptionist on our last day and the night porter who welcomes you with a smile after hours.
The good bit is a pizzeria situated within the hotel premises and their pizza is very good.
We only stayed there 3 nights and I would not book it for any longer. Cheap and cheerful

Paid half board and We were the only people on half-board so we had to give a time when we wished to eat and book what food we wanted that evening which was always served cold and the oddest selection of foods Not very good food have stayed here before and had better. Also the place was very quiet and the staff struggle to speak English

The property could do with an update on furnishing and sunbeds, the rooms are very clean, and cleaners are around everyday. The pool and poolside entertainment are excellent. I would recommend if you don't mind basic accommodation but will say it needs a near by shop. I will stay there again and being a fussy person that says a lot

I have been going to La Piramide for the past 5 years and there has been some improvements on the entertainment side, and I was happy with the staff who are very friendly and informative, the only problem is with the wi-fi of which you can barely get in the apartments and also in the reception area it can also fail,but overall I am happy.

Room nice and clean, staff really helpful. However it's one big minus. Cold meals. I can recommend room to stay in this place (room is with kitchenette, required dishes and pots to prepare meals) but not half-board, b&b or all-inclusive. Lights above the meals in buffet area don't keep meals hot (that's decoration only) so any single meal which is serve their is cold or only a little bit warm.

Overall, these apartments are very good value for money. They are basic and a little dated, but they are clean and comfortable. The area in which they are situated is mixed, but while quite run down and generally unattractive , it is safe and there is an excellent coastal lit footpath into town (about 35 minutes walk). The pool is good and the apartments are cleaned each day. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were not quite so impressed with the restaurant, even though it was well priced (the food was cold and limited) and we only used it once. Overall, however, these apartments represent good value for money and we enjoyed our overall stay.

very Surprised after reading a few negative reviews , we stayed for 6 nights over Xmas on a self catering basis but they do half board for approx 20 euros a day and the pool bar does snacks anyway and you can just opt for breakfast and lunch , bar prices very cheap , the rooms are large and if you haven’t got a toaster or a microwave then ask for them and they will

Was freezing , there are a few bars round the corner with an Indian Chinese and Mexican , bennys sports bar and a restaurant and another one next door then further up the crazy goat and an Irish bar , we found this enough for us but a lovely 20 minute coastal walk takes you to Caleta de Fuste with loads of bars or under 5 euros in a taxi , had free WiFi and tv if you want it , 2 little shops selling basics near the bars , beds were a bit firm and water went off a couple of times but we found it good affordable comfortable accommodation in a quiet area but within easy reach of everything

Perfect for a quiet time, not for ravers.

More TV channel in English, BBC, ITV Etc. would be nice. Although programs originally made in English and have been dubbed into Spanish can be returned back into English. Mostly American programs.
Apartments are clean, and a good size. All apartments have a nice view of the pool, clean but chilly.
There is not much outside the complex. So a perfect place to relax.

Good value, staff very pleasant. Kitchen well kitted out. Only negative no hot water which I admittedly did not report so cannot complain. Otherwise very comfortable
40 mins walk along coast to Caleta de Fuste which is very pleasant as people feed the chipmunks. Although remote the no 3 bus every 1/4 hour form caleta or the airport stops 200 metres from the hotel (less than 2 euros). Even had entertainment by the pool in the afternoon.

We needed a close to the airport stay because of our late are arrival before travelling south next day. We new it was cheap and this was reflected in the inability to confer with reception because of the loud disco in the bar (no customers). Tolerable for the price but after two showers in the morning the shower curtain and the low shower tray allowed water to pass on the floor behind the sink and toilet and into the corridor where my wife slipped on the water getting severe bruising and a cut on her foot and spraining her knee.This affected the rest of the holiday. Hotel not really concerned.

Great budget hotel

This little hotel is very good value for money. My daughter and I stayed as half board guests for a week. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The owner is very hands on and gets involved with the guests. Please note: The Piramide hotel is not a 5 star hotel and doesn't claim to be one. But is good value, with reasonable facilities and food. We will definitely return.

The room was not well lit, so that reading in the evening was difficult. The kitchen area could have been better equipped and lighted. However, this resort has much to commend it. The rooms were soundproofed to an acceptable standard. The meals, an option for us, were good. Cleanliness and hygiene generally were good. The site and outdoor facilities were well maintained.

This hotel was great for the price,rooms were spotless, the Spanish staff, and locals were very friendly.lots of British people were enjoying their holiday, were relaxing and reading their books all day,
There is a nice long promenade for my running practice into the next town and back, around 10k return.nice bar to relax in,in the evening and to finish off by listening to Kiss FM Spanish DJ with 80s 90s until now music
This was perfect for the solo traveller.
I will be back.

Staff were friendly and helpful, nice pool, and poolside bar plenty of sun beds , good value bbq's on saturdays and sundays , in a quiet area outside the main town of costa de Fuste about a 15/ 20 minute coastal path walk or a 4/5 euro taxi drive into town where there are alot more bars and restaurants about
rooms are basic but clean cleaners come in every day except Sundays(which is usual ), no air con,bur fans available to hire 2 ring cooking hob a fridge we had a kettle and toaster, sofa bed had slats broken and missing but we didn't need that , all in all a good place for a base ,

Too far from town. Rooms very run down.

The positive was the pool area which was very clean and well looked after. Plenty of sunbeds. Paella and bbq days at weekend with live music which was very good and zumba by the pool on 2 mornings. That's where it ends. Hotel too far from town and facilities. 40-45 min walk to shops and bars of Caleta! 5/6 Euros in a taxi. There is a bus stop 15 min walk away if you take short cut over building site which takes you to Puerto del Rosario which is nice town with shopping centre and lovely beach. Harbour area in Caleta is lovely and nice clean beach. Wish had booked a hotel in town. The room was very run down. Lights broken, curtain rail fell off when tried to open window. Couldn't see out window, but nothing to look at anyway. Couch and chairs vey uncomfortable and couch was supposed to be a third bed....glad there were only 2 of us!! Would go to Caleta again but not this hotel.

I was on business so was good to be close to the airport. Set in a quite area but within walking distance to other little towns, with a peaceful walk along the coast.

We stayed here for a week. All the room look into the pool, have comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. Plenty of hot water for showers. Decor is not the plushest but the rooms are spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate for a good holiday. Pool is brilliant and has a pool side bar. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's close by to bars in Cista de Antigua and is about a 20 minute walk into Caleta de Fuste along the coast. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.

My wife and i wouldn't stay there again!

Our apartment was full of little ants,rust, brown water coming out from taps and in need of a good clean .
I found one of the men at reception very rude and unwelcoming! Most of the people at the bar by the pool were locals. There was two kids running around with fake guns (hope they were fake), it was very random. Certainly not funny!
Breakfast was ok but cold.

This tired complex is in dire need of a major refurb. We were self catering and the facilities to make this possible were non exsistant until we badgered the staff to provide us with a microwave and utensils that werent broken. I have better equipment in the campervan, although we didnt try the on site catering we were told it wasn't fit to eat. The unhelpful staff and depressing environment made us grateful we had a car so we could escape what the locals refer to as Beiruit.

A nice and simple hotel however with every facility you would need if staying for a longer period. The apartments are really nice and large, with all needed in the kitchen, living room and toilet, and the separate bedroom quiet and comfortable, a bit small beds though.
As we arrived we were nicely welcomed and showed to our apartment where the receptionist explained us all the facilities and timings for the restaurant, bar and pool.
Right at the front of each apartment you have direct access to a nice and large pool, and plenty of space around it for sun beds. This will definitely be nice during the summer months, now in January it was still too cold, but some people were actually inside.
Overall a great stay as we were not needing any place near a city, we were touring the island and had a rental car to use hence why it worked great for us. However, this is not the kind of place you book if you are a city-tour/weekend break person, but a sun-seeker/resort holiday then yes, otherwise you will be stranded and limited in restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Very dirty everywhere, staff unhelpful got sworn at by one member of staff.Room very very basic no cooking utensils or tin opener. Bar full of local Spanish people very noisy and waiter would serve them before English or stop serving us to serve them. Food is cold and very repetitive cater for Spanish. If you ask for them for anything they pretend they don't understand.
Cleaners clean the room floor with the same mop they have just cleaned outside with. Restaurant is filthy. Tables never cleaned floor never moped. You have to take your dirty dishes to the hatch as there is no staff. I would not recommend this hotel. I read reviews for this hotel before I went thinking it can't be that bad as every hotel has its negative reviews but it is so like the reviews.

The apartments are huge.kettle,toaster and even a coffee maker.The owner on arrival took us to our room and asked us did we like the room or would we like to see another. I thought that was nice.We stayed bed and breakfast. Usual breakfast with great coffee.The apartment needs a refit but its clean and does the job,shower was hot. Its great as its only ten minutes from the airport. The staff are all really friendly and the wine was one euro fifty a glass. Location is not brilliant,there's not a lot about nut if you just want a pool holiday it does the job.

The Hotel is in a quiet area with not much around but that's what we wanted its a nice walk along the coastal path to the nearest resort, the Hotel apartments are just fine clean and well laid out, the pool is just outside next to the outside bar, the Staff in the Hotel are all very polite and most helpful, the restaurant food in the hotel is nothing special but you can get as much as you like.

if you are not all inclusive or BB the prices are very reasonable breakfast is 4 euro, and evening meal is 6.5 euro, the bar price are also reasonable all in all we enjoyed our stay and I wood go back again.

Great experience

We were a bit uncertain having read other reviews so were pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean and bedding & towels were changed regularly. We loved our time at this resort and will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent effort from the staff. Helped us out, gave assistance above and beyond the norm. Allowed us to keep the room longer on the last day rather than turf us out which they were entitled to do.

2-Plattenherd ohne Abzug und Licht, Mindestausstattung vorhanden.
Smart-TV ohne Internetanbindung, WLAN sehr langsam und wechselhaft - teilweise nichtmal für Mails zu gebrauchen.
Anlage extrem in die Jahre gekommen, überall blättert Putz ab, Rost etc.
Personal sehr freundlcih und bemüht aber bei 10 Jahre überfälliger Grundsanierung ...

Siamo stati 1 settimana, la posizione è strategica in quanto hai l’inizio e la fine dell’isola a solo 1 h di distanza circa; l’aeroporto e supermercati a 5/10 minuti di distanza e quindi questo lo rende un buon Aparthotel. Potrebbero migliorare la pulizia ma nella norma si sta bene!

Je ne renouvelle pas l experience meme pour une nuit lieu défraîchie poubelles pleines au bord de la piscine caddie avec poubelle devant la chambre drap sale, prise défectueuse et j en passe. Pour trois personnes nous avons eu un échantillon de shampoing et de gel douche. Les photos ne refletent pas la réalité

Hechamos mucho en falta un bufet y algo de entretenimiento...mejor mantenimiento porque está algo abandonado,de resto todo muy bien, muy tranquilo,chicos y chicas muy amables, repetiríamos.
