We had a triple room which was large and clean it had a mini kitchen also. The queen bed was very comfortable however the pull out couch was terrible it had a lumpy mattress and large holes in the springs and was extremely uncomfortable even after putting a large duvet on top of the mattress. There is a large market square nearby with great shopping and restaurants

We had the loft room. 7th floor. It has a large patio facing the acropolis. We had wine 🍷 out there at night. It was noisy at night. Balcony doors didnt shut tightly we think. Room was clean.
Box breakfast is good for 1 morning.
Employees were nice.
Had a tea and coffee maker in the room.
We would stay here again .

Arrived early and was afraid we might not be able to check in, but the staff gave us a room anyway—no additional charge like in the States. This hotel felt very safe and quiet. The rooms are HUGE with a hidden kitchenette. Really liked this hotel even though we stayed just one night. Very close to the Acropolis and walkable everywhere. Would love to come back to this hotel in the future!

Small, but very nice hotel conveniently located near the heart of Athens. The hotel is walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka and many other historical sights. Our hotel room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities including a kitchenette and eating area. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, and was delivered to our room each morning.

I really like being on the top floor of the hotel that room is the only one there and you get personal use of the only balcony on the premises. The only things I did not like were 1. I noticed several things under the bed when I bent down to get something I dropped in the area. Under the bed should be cleaned during the cleaning process. Secondly, my biggest issue with this hotel room was my shower. Every time I turned it on, it seemed as though the pipe needed to be tightened because a large stream of water would spray out of it, towards the shower door which caused the bathroom floor to be extremely flooded each time I showered. Several towels were needed to clean it up every time. The shower head released very little water for the size of it because it simply just needed to be cleaned due to the build up I noticed on it and possibly also due to the water coming out of the pipe leading up to it. Otherwise, this hotel was enjoyable, mostly due to the balcony, walking distance to landmarks as well as accessibility to both metro, tram and bus.

The property is located in a great neighborhood, not far from the centre of the action, but not right in the middle so as to be noisy and chaotic.

The only challenge was following the instructions to locate the parking. It’s only a block away, but confusing to get to.

Staff were nice and did a good job of maintaining the room.

There were four of us in a single room and we had adequate space to coexist.

There was six of us, we rented three corner suites. The rooms were very big compared to most European hotels.
The decor was old but very efficient.
The service and breakfast each day was on time and good.
They were very helpful at the front desk.
The elevator is very small of course like many hotels in older parts of Europe but acceptable.
I would stay there again and look forward to getting back to Athens and Greece for another holiday.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. The only issue we had was that the hotel offers shuttle to the airport. The hotel confirmed that they took credit card payment. When we arrived to the airport the driver demanded cash. We had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. If we would have known we would have take an Uber, cheaper than the hotel shuttle service.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel and also our room was pretty big.
We didn’t have hot water for showers every day.
The shower door was missing the bottom part and every time we showered, the bathroom got flooded.
The drain didn’t work but they fixed it.
The hotel is on the side of a busy street and it’s noisy.

About a 6-minute walk to the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis entrance. About a 20-minute walk to Monastiraki square through Plaka, so quiet, a nice walk. Not very flexible with early/late check-in/out. There was a dead cockroach lying on the stairs from the start of our stay till the end... no one cleaned it up. That did put me off, but the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was nice.

Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. It was a bit noisy since the property sits right on a Main Street. We loved the accessibility of it all, and definitely enjoyed the walk to the Acropolis. The staff was friendly and were very accommodating to letting us drop off our luggage from our cruise while we went to go sightsee. The amenities were great, and the room was very spacious for a family of four. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff weren't the friendliest, not rude, just not very pleasant or engaging. Didn't really offer any assistance or advice on restaurants or transportation.

However, the location was excellent, the nearby restaurants were very good and historic sites were in walking distance.

The breakfast boxes delivered to our room were good as well.

The location was excellent- very close to the Acropolis and walkable to nearly everything. The metro stop was a block away as well. We had a nice big family room that was set up efficiently. The breakfast boxes were good.
The bathroom was a little strange- the shower leaked all over the floor.

Great place to stay, room was awesome and clean. Had a full mini kitchen, room size was big. The only issue I had was with the shower. The door wouldn't close properly, had a gap so water went onto the bathroom floor. Had to use extra towels on the floor to make sure I didn't slip.
The staff was great, knowledgeable. The girl working (only girl) was very nice, answered all my questions and gave me some great tips and recommendations on where to eat and visit. The one Greek restaurant she recommended the food was awesome as well as the bakery and breakfast place. She helped make my short trip much better. If I ever go back would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a unexpected gem! The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. While this location does not have s restaurant, the staff have us recommendations of places to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great location; waking distance to the National Museum of Contemporary Art.
