I had a fantastic stay at 11 Enteka Acropolis Suites in Athens. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from the Acropolis and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s highlights, restaurants, and cafés. It was also incredibly convenient to reach from the airport by train, which made my arrival and departure stress-free.
The suites themselves were modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Athens.
A special mention has to go to Anna, who was wonderfully helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that really enhanced my visit.
All in all, a fantastic experience in a beautiful part of the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

It was my second time to stay at this hotel so that says something right there. The first time I stayed there was November 2024 and the hotel great. I went back again, November 2025 and it was an no-brainer on where I wanted to stay. This time around a stayed in their two bedroom suite and it was super comfortable. The hotel is within a three minute walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. It was withi Wok of a row of restaurants. Ana at the front desk was so nice on both of my trips there. She was extremely helpful when I needed transportation or laundry or if there was an issue in my room. Always on top of things and always very pleasant, polite, and professional.

The Enteka Apartments are a hidden gem for exploring the Acropolis and surrounding areas in Athens. The apartments are within a few minutes easy walk of the Acropolis, Acropolis museum, numerous restaurants, the Olympion archeological site, ATM's, shopping and the Metro. Hidden down a minor road, there is very little traffic or pedestrian noise. Communications with the staff were excellent! The arranged ground transportation for us as we arrived at the cruise port of Piraeus and let us check in 5 hours early. They offered to let us store our bags, if our room was not ready. The ladies at the desk all spoke excellent English so communications were easy. If we go back to Athens, this is where we will stay!

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Our double room had a spacious balcony, and though the view from the balcony was a nondescript alley, it was still a nice area to hang out. Our room was clean and well maintained & the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel itself was in a safe location, quite close to the Acropolis & major sites. There's also plenty of dining options nearby. Very glad we chose to stay at this hotel.

This boutique hotel is cute and efficient. All that you need is there and it's right by all the touristy hotspots. Perfect for a couple nights in Athens! The staff was great. I don't remember her name, but the owner or manager was so patient and helpful as she helped us plan out our day. The main entrance does go out to an alley looking road but to be fair, half the roads in that area are like that. We felt perfectly safe and loved the Italian restaurant right around the corner (we ate a lot of Greek food while in Greece too of course!).

We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Antica Acropolis Suites. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and the whole property had a quiet, welcoming feel. There is a small refrigerator in the room stocked as a mini bar, but everything you need is just a short walk away. The location is excellent — you can walk anywhere from here.

Anna was the highlight of our stay. She spoke excellent English, was incredibly communicative, and went out of her way to make sure our trip went smoothly. She gave us great travel tips, helped us book cabs, and even saved us when taxis were on strike by arranging a ride from the ferry to the airport. She truly made our experience stress-free, and I can’t say enough good things about her.

A few notes for travelers: there is no microwave or way to heat up food in the rooms, so if you bring leftovers back you will not be able to reheat them. They do provide shampoo and basic toiletries, but like many places in Greece, there were no washcloths. Towels were provided, including colored towels for makeup removal, but a small washcloth for face or body would have been helpful. The walls between rooms are a bit thin, though staff said they would address noise if called.

When we checked out, they let us use the downstairs lounge while waiting for our next reservation, which was very thoughtful. Overall, a stylish, clean, and well-located place with amazing staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the hotel it was very modern. The rooms aren’t too spacious though but it’s good for a short stay. The specific lane the hotel is in can look shady but we felt safe and it was central to the main tourist areas and the metro. We were able to walk from the metro station to the hotel. The receptionist is very kind and helpful she gave us a map of all the main sightseeings locations of Athens.

We recently finished off a trip to Greece staying at Enteka for a couple of nights. The place is clean, professional and excellent at communicating. It is quiet and located walking distance to all of the sites. So nice to walk <5 minutes to so many restaurants, shopping and the Acropolis! The room is dark for sleeping and they are conscious of the environment. The only thing I would say is if you are flying into Athens, we had requested an airport transfer through the hotel. It was a taxi service but was about 40 minutes late and the taxi service didn’t communicate with us (not the hotels fault). I’d recommend calling a taxi yourself or grabbing one at the airport. We did this on our way back to the airport.

Wow - great location with excellent service.

I stayed here for an overnight before heading to a cruise. I was so surprised how great this accommodation was. First, the service was amazing. They arranged car service for me from the airport and to the port. Great communication. Second, the room was beautiful and spacious. Third, they extended my check out time as my flight was delayed arriving. Fourth, it is less than a 5 minute walk to the Acropolis entry gate - was able to visit in the morning before heading to the port. McDonald’s around the corner. Small convenience store steps away. Other traditional restaurants just a few minutes walk. Great Greek yogurt and ice cream 2 minute walk. Location was just perfect. I highly recommended this accommodation.

This hotel is close to the Acropolis ticket entrance but note that there is early morning construction going on. The elevators open directly into the rooms which is chic and cool but you will hear the elevator when other guests are using it which can be alarming when sleeping. The room was clean and the lobby was clean as well. There is no front desk attendant 24/7. Communication via Expedia is very slow. It was a good stay for two nights before flying out.

I think it is fair because that's their policy, but the service would have been better if the fee was waived. It left a little bit of a disappointed taste in my mind. Don’t be put off by the alley location!

Hotel is situated in an alley. Upon arrival it looks a bit sketchy. Once inside it’s fabulous. Plaka/acropolis area is a block away.. alley is well lit at night. Overall a great value and modern place to stay..

The room was beautifully decorated and clean. I especially liked how sound proof they were as we couldn’t hear any outside noises.

The hotel is extremely close to all the ancient ruins, fine dining and shopping.

Anna was amazing in helping to secure all our transportation needs.

The staff are friendly. We had everything we needed. However, the hotel reception is not manned during the night. While we were in Athens, there was a bomb explosion near the train line. We heard it in our room. At this time there wasn't any staff members to contact in the hotel. There is an emergency number but if we need emergency evacuation then a mobile number is not really useful.

Overall the place is nice and clean, in a great location, and with a very good shower.
But there were a few very peculiar things:
- We got the room on the 3rd floor, which is the only one on that floor, and the lift just opens straight into the room, no door. It's incredibly bizarre and feels unsafe (for example, if we were to call the elevator right after another guests enters it on the 2nd floor, they would end up right in our room).
- There's no \"do not disturb\" sign or any way to tell them not to come in. Our first morning we were woken up by the cleaner. One day when we were leaving and I asked the receptionist to not come up today, she said she would have to pass through our room to get to something?
- They have the usual signs claiming to be eco-friendly and to only clean and change towels every 3 days or upon request, but they still cleaned and changed towels almost every day, even when we explicitly asked them not to.
- Our first night there was a power outage at 3am, which led to our room being flooded with light from the emergency light which is inside the room - there was no way to turn it off so we couldn't sleep for several hours. When I talked to them the following morning their solution was to put tape over the light, but there was only a half-hearted \"sorry\" (most places would at least offer some token compensation after something like that)

Unsafe, Deceptive, and Unacceptable – A True Nightmare

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com expecting a safe and pleasant stay, but what I experienced was deeply alarming. The hotel’s design is baffling and insecure: the elevator opens directly into the room, and the security code for entry is sent via email—a method that is easily hackable. To make matters even worse, upon our arrival we found that the additional entrance door to our room was left open ajar.

In shock, I called Anna immediately. When I asked why the door was open, she curtly explained that it was intentional. I expressed my serious concerns about the elevator’s lack of proper security—as a mother traveling with my child—and she dismissed them with, “We have had this hotel for three years and nothing ever happened,” as if that should be reassuring.

The next morning, I spoke with Anna again. She insisted that their email code method was completely safe, showing a clear lack of understanding about cyber security threats. When I then requested a refund because I refused to stay in a smaller room (which she had nonchalantly offered as a “solution”), she flatly stated that since we booked the hotel, we wouldn’t be refunded for any nights we chose not to stay.

On top of these serious security and service issues, the room itself was subpar. The toilet seat was broken, and a pamphlet in the room absurdly warned that any damage to the towel—even if used to remove makeup—would result in an extra charge. Moreover,

Go out the door, turn left, left again. On this stretch is the greek equivalent of tesco extra, an entrance to the metro station and next to the metro station a place that sells souvlaki and gyro plates that make a great first night dinner.

Great Room Near Acropolis

This was a beautiful, super clean room - very comfortable. The only issue we had was the wiring. When I plugged in my cell phone charger cord, the lighting in the room would go on or off, and the plug in on the left side of the bed needed to be tightened or something. Otherwise, everything was great.
