Clean apartment, with very friendly and attentive team, who met us late evening of our arrival to check us in. Apartment was beautifully spacious, and comfortable. Some renovation and road noise to the front during our stay, but I expect this will reduce once building across road is renovated. Wonderfully central location. Well equipped kitchen, and powerful showers. Nice TVs and stereo equipment in the apartment. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The team aorgsnised for us to leave bags on day of checkout, and this all went flawlessly. Would stay again.

This apartment is as beautiful as it look in the photos. This was our first time in Athens, it’s important to know this is not in the Plaka area, very close, super walkable but the area around it is rough. The blinds are closed for a reason, I don’t think this is rare for Athens but if you are looking for an upscale area this may not be what you are looking for. It is possible this is in an up and coming area though. The other thing to note is the amenities noted in Expedia is inaccurate, there is not a dryer. The washing machine is a washer/dryer and it either doesn’t work or doesn’t produce heat just spins. They had a dryer rack but with no balcony the clothes didn’t dry in two days. This was hard for us as we planned a 12 day vacation around being able to do laundry here. There was a laundromat near by so we walked there and dried the clothes.

I know AirBTB-type/apartments can get a bad rap with all the extra fees or poor support but this isn't the case! Excellent support by a friendly team! When we had an issue with the shower drain I just iMessaged the guy and it was fixed quickly. Didn't have any onerous requirements, provided reasonable number of soap, etc...

Neighborhood and access to sites, dining and shopping was exactly what we hoped for. They also arranged our transport from and to the airport and helped us make a last minute adjustment with ease. We were very pleased with the condo. It was small but plenty of room for 3 adults. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. And the bathrooms were very modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay before leaving for a cruise. It was just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the Acropolis. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed on the 5th floor, which was a lovely apartment with a large balcony. The apartment was very convenient to all kinds of things, and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, easy to reach, and very responsive. There were a couple of very minor issues with small inconveniences, but not enough to reduce my rating from five stars. Highly recommended

Great location, excellent apartment (\"flat\"), has decent views from 5th floor balcony. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Washing machine with a 10 min fast spin works great, although you have to hang cloths in the roof rack which dried up in 3 hours, thanks to the hot summers of Athens!

Can see acropolis from the kitchen! Has good restaurant within 2 min walk for breakfast and lunch. Another restaurant on 7th floor is convenient (food options limited but okay).

I wouldn't try streetside parking. Too tight! Better walk or get a cab with Uber / FreeNow apps. Most cabs cost 10-15 euros to go to almost any city-center destination.

Great location. Felt very safe and lots of places to eat within 2-3 blocks. Very clean! Comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Updated everything. Soft towels. So spacious! Small elevator. Immediately next door to Acropolis Hotel that has a lovely rooftop restaurant/bar that opens at 11 am through the evening. About 2-3 stories up. Only minimal street noise and I’m a light sleeper and was not bothered by it. Was perfect for our family of 3 but could have fit more.
Kitchen was perfect. Stocked with coffee/sugar. Regular drip coffee maker and Nesspreso machine and cartridges.

Great location, very near Acropolis museum and south entrance of Acropolis. Our family of 4 stayed at the 5th floor, there were 2 bathrooms and lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Big outdoor sitting area with view of Acropolis. Host was very responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again if returning to Athens.

Good place. Would stay again.

Internet access is essential if you are gonna stay here. There is no front desk and the owners come to meet you for check in. The place is also a bit difficult to find as there is no obvious signage.

Assuming you got all that covered. The place is conveniently located, clean, and safe.

I would easily stay here again. Only problem I encountered was I couldn't find the remote for the TV and you can't flush toilet paper. Just saying.

Perfect location for all the major tourist attractions. It was located in quiet area of the city, but within a short distance of both various dining out places and supermarkets.
The apartment itself was light, airy, modern and had plenty of space for us and was great to relax in after a long day walking around. A great touch having a kitchen with all the usual appliances, two bathrooms and a open plan dining and living area.

Beautiful kitchen. Love the apartment. Very comfortable. I would’ve loved enough bottled water for the length of my stay and it took 4-8 hours to dry our clothes. The management was very responsive and helpful to all our requests though. Enjoyed our stay and transportation to and from airport. Would definitely stay at Acropolis again.

This is a beautiful property that made our week in Athens wonderful. It had a great kitchen and I love having the two bathrooms. We ate every meal on the outdoor patio. By having the kitchen, we save a lot on food expense and a very nice grocery store is about 3 blocks away.

The property was lovely although if the lift wasn’t working would be a struggle for elderly or those with young children. Right in the heart of Athens and less than 10 mins walk from the Acropolis. Dennis met us from the taxi to show us the flat and replied speedily to queries with suggestions and help.
Flat very well appointed so could get my washing done without having to bring washing powder.
Comfy beds, lovely modern showers and Netflix available.

The apartment is modern and very clean. It is in a great location and is within walking distance of everything you need. All staff are very helpful, especially Dennis who helped us with some unforeseen circumstances on his day off. He went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We only stayed for a night and wanted tp be in a good location, close to the Acropolis and Plaka. This was absolutely spot on, as it is only a few minutes walk away from these main areas. The apartment itself was gorgeous, comfortable and modern, with a huge living room, well equipped and two good sized bedrooms, perfect for a family of four. Totally recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our check-in was super-late thanks to a late connection, yet Alex was available to let us in and go through our check-in processes. The apartment is next-door to a traditional hotel by the same owner, so we were able to take advantage of the front desk staff when our luggage was delayed. SUPER helpful. The neighborhood is busy but felt safe with dozens of restaurant options. And the Acropolis entrance is a 4 minute walk up the road, as is the Plaka district. The apartment was spacious and included a washer, so we could freshen up clothes from our travels. Our family had a wonderful stay.

We were extremely impressed with our stay at the Acropolis Boutique Residence. The unit we stayed in were super nice. We had a large family group of 13 total staying on the other side of town and they were able to come and have dinner at our place and have a movie night and there was enough space for all to seat. The sofas were huge and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, honestly better than ours back home. They had a fully equipped kitchen and had great recommendations throughout the city. Alex was the one who greeted us there and was super nice! The power went out one of the days and someone was there to look at things and fix it within minutes. Also they had a washer and dryer inside the unit which was extremely helpful to have to wash some travel clothes since we tried to pack light. Would 100% recommend this! One of the best places we’ve stayed at!

The neighbourhood is good with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, walking distance to Acropolis but lack of parking so you have to use a paid underground one.

There are two at 1 min walk from the property. Beware of damages to your car when you pick it up.

We stayed in the stylish condo for a Saturday through Thursday visit to Athens. Alex was our host who met us when we arrived and got us settled into the condo. He also provided suggestions for local restaurants and bars and helped us get set up with covid tests in the apartment for our return flight. We were able to text him with questions throughout the stay. Place was ideally located next to the metro, one stop away from the acropolis. Very clean apartment with all the amenities we needed. 2 full baths (2 showers), lovely smartly organized decor. The combo washer/ dryer meant we traveled carry on only with ease. We did have a cleaning person in on Tuesday which Alex arranged for us. The patio balcony with dining table was a great place for breakfast or our evening meals. We would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in being in Central Athens and having their own little home base. Only one small thing -- the couple mornings we were up and showering before ~8-9am there was no hot water, although it was very hot at other times of day/ night. We only really noticed this on our last day as we were leaving at 9 for our flight home. We did get immediate responses from Alex or Bill & John the property managers to any questions and concerns so I'm sure they would have assisted with this minor inconvenience if there had been time to bring it to their attention. Thanks for a great vacation!

A remodeled condo right in the heart of the neighborhood next to the Acropolis. Just a three block walk to the Acropolis museum yet the street was quiet and on street parking was easy to find. Place is chic, great vibe with a Nespresso machine and a washing machine to make it easy for a longer stay.

We loved the place. Fully renovated with upscale finishing and fully supplied. The area was right in the heart of the Athens, with a metro nearby. The local bar (Tiki) and local breakfast place (7 Cactus) were excellent. We would definitely stay there again when next in Athens.

This place was amazing! Very clean (and I am picky) and perfect location to walk everywhere. Beds were so comfy and cute little patio. Yannis was so helpful. He printed and dealt with ferry company to help us get all our ferry tickets printed for us, arranged a car pickup to take us to ferry, helped us find a dr who would do a covid test for my daughter so she could get on ferry. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location- close to the acropolis and lots of great restaurants. The apartment is newly renovated, and beautiful. It has a wonderful balcony to sit out on in the morning and evenings. It was very clean, as well. The shower had great water pressure, and the beds were clean and very comfortable. It had a kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Though there was no front desk, George met us to let us in, and gave us a map with very detailed suggestions for our stay. He gave us his phone number to call at anytime for anything we might need. Would definitely stay there again!

What an amazing apartment. Wonderfully decorated, wonderfully located (10 minutes from the Acropolis), and very roomy. All amenities you'd want, like big screen smart TV in every room (with Netflix and more), well equiped full size kitchen, and very rich bathrooms amenities. Great little bars and restaurants around to enjoy at night. And the service is amazing - extremly responsive and welcoming, even though we needed some assistance in late at night. We will ABSOLUTELY go back there evey time we're in Athens!

The location is AMAZING.....with easy access to the major sites of interest, a short walk and you can be on public transport.

The attention to detail was amazing, free Netflix, WIFI was super fast & bluetooth radios in each bedroom. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Athens. The rooms were so clean and the staff so helpful and friendly. Even before we got there John and Bill helped us arrange our transportation to and from the airport during our visits between the islands and held our large luggages since we made Athens our hub. Every time we got back no matter who was on site was very welcoming and helpful. I am recommending Acropolis Boutique Residence to everyone. The location was also perfect! Close to everything ... the sites were 5-10 minutes walking distance, restaurants the same! My teens loved hanging out at the balcony. Thank you John and Bill!

Great location, and very modern apartment - just like in the pictures. Great decoration taste, all amenities included in the kitchen and bathrooms. Books with maps and travel guides in the living room.

Has two bedrooms: one master with en suite bathroom, and another one with two single beds, perfect for the kids. There's also a second bathroom.
Fast Wi-Fi, TVs, and air conditioning in all rooms.

Galley kitchen (dining in the living room) with everything you need (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.). We also had kitchen condiments and coffee, paper towels etc. The washing machine is in the kitchen too (front loader), and acts as a dryer too. However, the dryer isn't very good.

Walking distance to Plaka, Acropolis museum, and all major attractions!

What a gem we found in Athens. This apartment is perfectly located and beautifully appointed. We had all transfers arranged through Bill and John folks and service was amazing. Two big bedrooms and two nice full bathrooms were perfect for our family of four. The acropolis is a very short walk as is the Plaka area with tons of restaurants and shops. The kitchen was fully appointed and we used the washer dryer to keep our luggage needs lower. We travel all over and highly recommend this residence.

This property is much better than pictured. It is really close to the Acropolis and you can see the Acropolis from the hotel that is associated with this apartment. We rented 2 apartments and loved both of them. I would highly recommend. There is also an elevator which is nice. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!
