Rooms a big and even have a kitchenette. But they are really dated and the bathroom is substandard. My room was on the 2nd floor and my shower only had a drizzle as no water pressure. No hot water either.

They didn’t apologize or replace the garnish. They scooped it off the table and threw it into the water below( the restaurant is located in the harbor)!

WARNING, DANGEROUS AND SUB HUMAN CONDITIONS. Horrific experience, first room had no Air Conditioning, second room offered was slightly cooler but just as filthy. Hair, dirt, bugs, and leftover belongings in the rooms. Front desk employees just roll their eyes as if they know the conditions are deplorable but ownership will do nothing about it. Miscreants and Drunks kept coming into the office and hovering around the rooms asking for money. Staff just laughs it off as part of the experience. It was not comfortable for me, and much less so for my wife and 3 year old child. I asked to have the room refunded but ownership said it was not within a specific time period. No special circumstance or even a partial refund were considered. DO NOT BOOK VILLAGE CAY ROACH MOTEL!

This was very central with very short walk to the ferry terminal -can get to St John or Virgin Gorda or evenAnegada. Staff was so accommodating and I left my credit cards in a taxi and the taxi drivrr and the staff here ensured I got them back. Road town is a busy place these years, if you are hooking up with any kind of sailng company this Village Cay locale is the place to stay. Amenities and infrastructure are more than adequate for a harsh climate, quite clean very much okay.pricing really decent for lodging compared to a lot of them. Good food, consistent quality. Took advantage of the convenience of leaving bags all day while we walked around in the heat. Not schlepping all our baggage Was a lifesaver. Excuse the punctuation Etc we are on island internet

Loved the marina view. It was end of season so the dining options were very limited and the kitchen closed early. Could not get a beverage after 8pm. However, one enterprising employee DID OFFER to go across the street to grab us two beers. We passed but it is appreciated. The adjacent building had a house party until very late, very loud. The only one thing that I had an issue with was the towels, can the company invest in a better laundry service to really make those white towels white again. And yes, better quality towels would be a fantastic start. Otherwise the hotel is a little gem for its location and the price that was paid.
