I read a review prior to arriving that stated the word “dinghy” I chose to ignore that as this location is near the airport. Unfortunately the word was very accurate. The resort is likely quite old with spotty craftsmanship. The entire resort has a general odour of septic. It wasn’t very pleasant when spending time at the pool. The staff is trying their best in-spite of the property condition. Ants and bugs in the room were abundant. Which is typical for the Caribbean - however this was a bit more than what I would say is an expected amount.

The restaurant had a lovely staff and the food was decent. Cheers to the staff trying to offer an enjoyable stay for guests. Wyndham needs to invest in the property and septic system.

We loved this property! The beach couldn’t be more perfect. Soft sand on gorgeous private beach. The water was clear and the perfect temperature. This is the best beach on the island. The cabanas were so comfortable and private. The beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The food was overpriced for what you got.

The room was good but the wifi was not working properly. The staff was quick to respond to many issues. Such as , the safe did not work. One had to ask for a key to the very small gym each day which made no sense. My wife wanted shampoo but was not provide. In our three days there, could not speak the Manager. Never there? However , did speak to the supervisor. The restaurant was very good and staff were friendly. The pool was large and enjoyed the swim.

However, the resort looks tired. I am surprised that Expedia shows a 4.5 star.

Great stay for my birthday! 🎉
A bit challenging to locate but worth the effort. We stayed one night at Wyndham Tortola BVI Lambert Beach to celebrate my birthday, and it was amazing! The room was super spacious and comfortable. We had dinner at the Turtle Restaurant and everything we tried was delicious. The beach was beautiful, especially at sunset such a peaceful and relaxing spot. This is a private beach! You couldn’t ask for more.
Even though we only stayed one night, it felt really special. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

We recently revisited Lambert Beach hoping to enjoy an improved experience since our stay in 2023, unfortunately, that was not the case.

Let’s start with the only highlight: the pool. It's genuinely beautiful and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing and the only redeeming feature of the property.

Beyond that, things go downhill fast.

The food is nothing short of terrible. For a place charging premium prices, the quality is shockingly low. We ordered something as basic as a burger and fries — and they somehow managed to mess that up. Dry and burnt patty, cold fries, and not a shred of care in the presentation or flavor. It’s baffling how such a simple meal could go so wrong.

To make matters worse, it’s excruciatingly expensive for what you're getting. In 2023, the food was at least passable. Now, it’s a complete letdown. No improvement whatsoever, if anything, it’s declined.

Bottom line: You’re paying top-tier prices for bottom-tier quality. Unless you’re going just to enjoy the pool and plan to eat elsewhere, I’d strongly reconsider.

The hotel is very nice and neat. Staff members are friendly. The room was clean and in good standing. The only negative feedback would be the common areas during the night are dark and sometimes scary if you are by yourself. Rooms are labelled, however is very dark and the room number if the lights are off you can't see until you get closer and there are many units, so without proper illumination and such a big area is easy to get lost. They have a staff member taking you in a golf car which is great, however I would recommend more illumination during the night.

This resort is a gem for several reasons. The condos are clean and the beds comfortable. It is isolated and therefore very quiet and serene. The beech is beautiful...Soft sand with no large rocks or coral to contend with. The water is shallow, so safe for younger children. The restaurant is very good, so no need to travel for a meal. The pool is very nice.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of a boat charter in two different rooms. Both had ants, both had showers that flood the bathroom. Waits for food at the restaurant and pool bar took anywhere from 45 min to 2.5 hours for every meal we had there whether we were first in the restaurant or not. Very isolated, so restaurants options were limited unless we wanted to pay at least $90 taxi for one way for 6 people. Beautiful beach area, but all cushioned outdoor seating areas smelled like mildew and I did not want to sit on them.

I arrived earlier than the check in time, and was told that I could leave my luggage in lobby and use the pool and/or restaurant until my room was ready. However, after ordering lunch & then getting in the pool, I was told I could not get a pool towel until my room was ready. So I sat wet & soaked & ate my lunch & waited until I could check into my room. The front desk lady was not willing to call housecleaning to have a pool towel sent over to me.

Beautiful resort on Tortola.

The resort is fairly isolated on Lambert Beach so did every meal and drink on the property. The a huge pool and a mile Long Beach to walk, but there was too much surf breaking to venture into the sea. I had just finished a week long sail in a chartered catamarans so got lots of swimming-snorkeling there.

The hotel sits on a beautiful beach on the north side of the island and is stunning! Unfortunately our room was infested with ants and not just a couple. It was quite disgusting in that matter. The shower has no door on it and the water leaks onto the floor in gallons not little puddles. I would spend 20 minutes to a half an hour every day Gathering up the water and ringing it out in the shower with the towel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The property is an older property that has been updated a few times. It is a nice property; very clean and safe. But you can tell it is older and as with any older hotel, it has wear and tear.
The room was clean and the grounds were clean. The beach was nice!
We did not use the workout room or pool so we really can’t comment on that.
We only ate at the hotel one morning and it was good. We had rented a car, so we were out and about most of the day.
There is one restaurant on property and that is the only restaurant at or near the resort. The resort is in a secluded area/valley so there’s nothing else within walking distance.

The beach was the best part of the whole visit, however, the beach chairs were really old and falling apart. They have a good opportunity to put more beach chairs or cabanas right on the beach.

This is a very nice property. Access to the beach is easy, sand is very soft. The roads into the property were in disrepair. The room was comfortable, but could use some updating in the bathroom. The restaurant had great ambiance, good food, and great wait staff.

This resort is a true piece of paradise!!! Enjoyed a multi-day stay and from arrival to departure, the entire team made the experience one of a kind! Gita and the front desk staff made sure I had everything needed and the restaurant team were such a pleasure for lunches and dinners. Property is very quiet and the beach feels private, serene. Prana Spa was wonderful as well! Room was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend and look forward to returning with family!

Our stay started out a bit, shaky in that they could not locate our reservation. We were guaranteed that they would still have a spot for us. They’re definitely with some confusion. We were lucky enough to get in a bit earlier than the posted check-in time which was lovely because we were all very tired. The staff seems very kind and professional. The rooms were a bit lacking in amenities, no cups, glasses, cream and sugars, etc.. So maybe another half an hour would’ve given them the appropriate time to complete the room prep.
We had three meals On site and the food was very good and the service in the restaurant excellent
Given the location and again the kindness of the staff would we use this hotel again… Definitely yes
