This is our second summer at Casa Grande! The service and staff is outstanding! Extremely friendly, respectful with awesome service! We can’t wait to come next summer! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. There is also a cafe and car rental connected to the hotel!

AVOID!! This property is not a \"hotel\", as advertised. It is a MOTEL, with your front door opening onto a main walkway. I left this property immediately after checking in. The front door of my room opening literally onto the main entrance of the motel, with people constantly walking in front of my window to enter and exit the property. In front of the property, there is a small parking lot, mostly full of motorcycles, entering and leaving the property. In front of the small parking lot is a busy, noisy road with vehicles and trucks passing constantly. The noise was unbearable. The owners offered to change my room the next day, but all the rooms were the same, with their front door opening onto a busy walkway, parking lot and noisy street. After realising i had no privacy or reasonable quiet of any kind, i left this property for another. The owners refused to give me a refund, citing their cancellation policy, even though this was not a cancellation. I should have been provided with a full refund, since in high season they could easily sell my room again. Avoid this property and unscrupulous owners!!

The property is in a really good location close to Platis Beach, you can walk there in 5 minutes. The property is really clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also picked me up from the airport complimentary. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is amazing, you are 5 min away from Platis Gialos beach where you can take boats to all other beaches.The bus station is also 5 min away where it will take you 10 -15 min to get in to Mykonos town.The rooms are very clean and the rain shower is awesome.The staff was amazing and very helpful, will def come back!

Newly renovated clean hotel
Hotel was 3 mins to the platys gialos beach. There’s parking and car rental on premise which made it very convenient to rent ATV, motorbike or car. There’s also parking and an infinity pool. The view is not all that great as the property across from the hotel is an empty lot however this hotel is not lacking compare to the ones on the beachfront. We enjoyed our stay as the room was clean and comfortable. The wifi and AC was also strong.

Our stay at Casa Grande was amazing. It's situated just far enough away from Mykonos Town so that you really feel the Greek Island hospitality. 5 minute walk to the beach at Platis Gialos with some amazing restaurants nearby. The staff here were exceptional and incredibly accommodating. Particularly Christy at reception and Nikos on the bar - they have excellent banter! Highly recommended!

Disappointing stay with awful final experience.
Upon entering room 122 I noticed a strange smell either of damp or from the drains. This dissipated over time so wasn't a problem. Bedding is not great but is adequate. Housekeeping was poor. The bathroom sink was not cleaned on two occasions, glasses were not washed and replaced, toiletries were not replenished. Breakfast was okay but tinned fruit is a poor choice to offer and the hot food was inedible. The hotels on the bay at Platis Yialos are better located as this hotel is opposite a derelict field. The reception staff are great. The young lady is a delight and the two guys very polite and friendly.
WARNING: There is a car hire rental (First Car Rental) affiliated with the hotel who share the front driveway. When I returned the scooter at the end of my stay they tried to force me to pay 400 euros for damage that they said I had inflicted on the vehicle. This was a complete scam. I caused no damage to the scooter. I found the owners of this business to be dishonest, intimidating and extremely rude. After a heated discussion I left and joined the hotel shuttle to the airport. En route the driver ordered me out with my suitcase in the middle of the road under the orders of the car hire company owner. Momentarily the owner turned up with one of his employees who both tried to force me to hand over my credit card. I refused. I found this behaviour from all parties to be both revolting as well as completely unbelievable. I would never return to this hotel or recommend it.
