Wow! This was our favourite hotel we have stayed at! We had a 2 floor villa, 2 beds and a bathroom withe heaps of storage downstairs. Upstairs (main floor) has a king bed, sofa, bathroom and spa/shower with more storage. We had a heated pool amd large outdoor area. As we stayed in the villa, we had extra perks like drinks, transport to and from airport.

Breakfast was amazing! The decor and variety was great..staff were welcoming and nice. We had dinner in the last night and it was so good!

The views are amazing!!! Out to Psarou beach. There is a lottle walkway down to the beach with plenty of umbrellas. You can walk to Nammos Village via the beach with easy access. Platis Gialos beach is also a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and small shops on the way. There is a bus stop to Mykonos town tjat comes every 30min (better to get on the bus from.Platis Gialos) and its $2euro per person per way.

The hotel also has a gym/sauna/ out door pool/communal area for the villa residents and more.

We stayed for 5 nights and we all had a great time! Can't wait to come back

Initially, when we arrived, the room we received was below the gravely booked, and it took a little bit of a stress trial and tribulation, but then they compensated us was giving us a very nice suite. The decor is pretty barren, however, it may be the style of the island. The staff is very friendly and try to accommodate as much as they can if you don’t count the bars we’re literally were given the most basic room after paying through the nose for a suite. They did compensate us and place us in a very nice with though so they did rectify it. The hotel is not in the most walkable area but it’s easy enough to catch a cab to city center which is only five minutes or €30 on a taxi away. The beach is nice and the chases are free. It’s right next to Nammos and Nammos Village shops. The pool was unheated and impossible to get into because it was freezing cold so despite being beautiful, it was completely unusable

If we are rating service 125, the staff of Mykonos blue are nine. They were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for helping enough. Suggested restaurants for lunch or dinner or things to do. When we spend time on the grounds, we didn’t have a moment without someone asking if we needed something. I recommend this hotel very highly.

We had a wonderful stay at Mykonos Blue! It was the highlight of our trip to Greece. The views are breathtaking and the amenities are top notch. From the private beach to our private pool, from the infinity pool and bathing area to one of the best breakfasts we have had, everything was perfect. Above all the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Nikos in particular was amazing. He organized dinners, shuttles, and activities for us, always taking time out to say hello and make us all feel special the entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and always helpful. The cocktails are well made and the breakfast and dinner was very tasty. The sand is a bit coarse compared to other beaches we visited but still very enjoyable. The pools are filled with salt water which I enjoyed. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Mykonos Blu is a beautiful hotel and resort. The rooms are simple but elegant, the restaurants are excellent, and the pools and beach are the stuff of Mediterranean vacation dreams. I especially appreciated the fact that you don't have to pay extra for lounge chairs by the beach, which you do at some resorts. It does take 10-15 minutes by taxi to reach the hotel from the ferry, which is pretty typical for Mykonos. Also, I wouldn't necessarily recommend springing for the private pools–they're not actually that private (they're in full view of the other rooms/passersby) and the main pools are just as nice. The breakfast spread is one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel, and it's included! The staff here are kind, thoughtful, and attentive–we truly felt we got the \"5-star resort\" treatment. They use a WhatsApp line so you don't have to call the front desk–very convenient. Overall, we felt welcomed and relaxed in this beautiful space. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Property was nice. Staff was lovely. The only downside was the unavailability of ac in the rooms. I went in May and had to request a fan. Can’t imagine being there during hotter months. How can a facility like this not have ac available per guests request in each room? When questioned, employee mention the ac is only available some times of the year and at that time, only heater was available. That makes no sense since everyone’s needs is different. It should be available based on guests needs. That was very disappointing and dissatisfying.

I had an excellent experience at Mykonos Blu. There’s not one thing that you could dislike about this hotel. The staff were all wonderfully helpful, friendly, and the scenery is absolutely stunning. One of the best locations to stay in Mykonos, on the beach, next to Nammos, close to town, easy access to everywhere else. Ask for the guest service manager Maria, she is extremely kind and will help you with anything you need (reservations, car service arrangements etc). Konstantin from the beach restaurant was another staff member that made sure my family’s stay was nothing but the best.

Overall a great stay! Can’t beat the views and the location. The restaurant / bar were amazing and the pool was absolutely stunning. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. We had some issues with the hot water in our room but otherwise absolutely wonderful. I do wish the hotel had better signage around the property and had a hot tub for cooler nights but otherwise the perfect place to for a relaxing vacation.

We’re do I start this hotel is not 5* more like 2/3*.

The housekeeping is shocking they do nothing apart from make your bed . No mopping , no sweeping especially to say we still have high covid cases this property is not putting any safety measures in place at all .
The rooms are extremely dated and look nothing like the photos , the Air conditioning doesn’t work .

Staff are so rude and make you feel like your an inconvenience which should not be the case .
18 sun beds in the whole hotel, people Having to Lay on the floor , not acceptable in an 5* hotel .
General manager abrupt , rude and should not run a property , I raised my concerns to the assistant manger while having our stay all they made me feel extremely uncomfortable while I was at dinner they stood and stared at me which is unprofessional, strange and very of putting .

We were not the only ones to complain this property is not a 5* at all .

We booked this property to be wowed and have a personal touch and we was extremely disappointed and unhappy . Management feel a free meal voucher is acceptable when anyone complains. I don’t want anything for nothing by all means but gratitude sympathy and attempt to put all the issues right would be a good start .

The view and location was nice. But everything else was the worst experience one can have. Upon our arrival they forgot to send a car after us even though we confirmed the night before. We waited for one hour to be picked up. They called half an hour after our arrival at the terminal to say a car is on the way. 45 mins later we just realized that they are lying to us and no one is coming. We got a cab after wasting 1 hour waiting for the ride they were sending.
The common area and the pool was nice. The location was nice and central. But I can not explain what a horrible room was assigned to us. One of the worst experiences of my life. The shower was covered with mold all around the tub. No ventilation. There were bugs in our bed and on the floor two night in a row. The sheets had holes in them. There was dust on all corners and old paint and new paint was just brushed on top of eachother and peeling off. All the furniture was old and almost broken. When we complained they said it is Greek style. WTH. They promised to change our room on the 2nd day due to all the issues. But then they said that they called us and we didn’t pick up so they sold to someone else. This is definitely not what u expect when u spend $1000 a night. Unreal!!! Horrible…

Mykonos blu grecotel resort was simply magical, me and my husband enjoyed our honeymoon staying there. Beautiful room, beautiful views, and the beach was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very helpful and kind especially Sophia! Thank you for being so nice. My favorite part was everything about the resort but especially the breakfast! So delicious and the presentation was on point. I wish we could’ve stayed so much longer! We enjoyed our 2-week break in Mykonos Blu. However, the hotel had so much more potential.
We would recommend that instead of having too many people helping out at breakfast which actually is disturbing as multiple times our plates were taken away while still eating or they were trying to pour orange juice after each sip, have some of them on the beach in the morning preparing the chairs, brushing off the sand and drying the cushions, and being available for the first guests to provide towels just as the neighbouring hotels..Also, instead of having 2 people stand talking by the stairs on the beach in the afternoon when people are going back up, have them help the families or elderly with carrying their belongings up. For example i had to carry my baby, his chair, and a beach bag upstairs and they just greeted me and said have a nice day when i was struggling and they were chatting away.
We had a sea view bungalow which had a great size terrace, however the bed is pushed against the wall so you can’t even walk around them and there is no headboard but instead some cushions are hung up against the wall. Unfortunately for us we didnt find this up to 5 star standards but easy to fix as the rooms are big enough. Also, room service was extermely poor. We had to wait 5 minutes on the phone each time to get through to the reception. The positives of this hotel are its location, great beach with beautiful turquoise water, the sunbeds, the restaurants closeby, the breaKfast area.

Lobby, Beach/location and Breakfast were 5 stars…but lack of customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, and staff initiation was very poor for a 5 star hotel, more like a 3. There were never towels available by the pool, never any drink or food service available by pool or beach, no trash cans anywhere, not a staff person in sight for any concerns, staff would walk by dirty glasses/trash/used towels on unattended chairs without picking it up, etc.

Also, the bathroom/shower in our room reminded me of a campground shower, NOT a 5 star resort, old and extremely worn.

Needs a lot of work to be back where it seems they once were.

Pros:

Amazing location, incredible beach, food was delicious, service was fast and friendly and view from the hotel lobby and main restaurant are outstanding. It is more gorgeous than the hotel pictures might suggest, I would definitely recommend the stay at Blu Grecotel.

Only improvement for management, please consider to have one pool heated at least so children can enjoy. It was colder than the sea temperature.

The staff was very forthcoming and friendly - both in the service, reception and beach. The communication via what’s app is a simple but great idea. The beach area is really nice and it’s a hotel for families. Having said that the food is average - the breakfast is OK but not more (seen much better in Greece), the restaurant is ok as well but lacks a decent seafood choice which should be a given in Greece (for some reason the fish of the day was never available - maybe due to Covid but still weird). The rooms are clean but clearly the hotel could use some improvements to account for the age. We enjoyed the break in Mykonos with the family and would give it another chance after Covid.

The resort has a beautiful pool and private beach with poolside and beachside service. The location is nice and everyone who worked at the hotel provided good, friendly service and tried their best to accommodate us. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit dirty and dated. The first room we were in had a leak from the air conditioning unit that rendered the room unlivable. The phone needed to be replaced, along with the patio light, and the room was missing a nightstand. We spent two nights in this room and were finally upgraded to a nicer room for the end of our stay... Regardless of which room we were in, there was a sewage stench that permeated through the room anytime we flushed the toilet. I am not sure if this is normal on the island of Mykonos or the hotel needs to update its plumbing... I suppose I expected the cleanliness and service comparable to a Ritz Carlton from the photos and reviews. I was disappointed.

I proposed to my girlfriend here with the stunning sunset views, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were fantastic in every way, they helped me set up, offered to take pictures / video it, and provided us with a celebratory drink after on the house.

The room itself was incredible - clean and spacious with an amazing decor. The breakfast that was provided was also top quality. The sunset sea view was the best I'd seen in Mykonos, and the beach was clean with crystal clear water.

All in all, a fantastic experience and memory...10/10!

Great resort! Great food, service and property. Beautiful pools and views with easy access to beach and nearby hiking and beach restaurants. This is much preferred than staying in the crowded town. One note is that the free shuttle into town was only a small mini van and filled up early requiring us to wait and pay for an unplanned taxi multiple times.

I loved staying at Mykonos Blu. The check in process was so easy. The breakfast buffet is amazing, delicious food with an amazing view. The staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing, very helpful and pleasant. Our room is always clean, they also have a turndown service. Our private balcony had amazing views. The hotel has a private area for hotel guests in Psarou Beach, with staff taking care of your needs from sunblocks to cocktail drinks. I will definitely go back. Its soo sad someone in my room took my YSL blue bag..i believe its from the house keeping who clean our room..we put the sign already in our door the dnt disturb..but still someone came to our room and clean it. ...i didn't noticed it when we left that hotel cuz i didnt check my carry on LV bag..just noticed its gone when im going to use it when we're in Barcelona..at Euro BCN Hotel that i got it too from Hotel .com...i called the hotel many times n i told them ..pls investigate the person who clesn our room 713..its soo sad for the past 20 yrs im travelling ..never happen this to me cuz ill always put sign that dnt clean my room n always no one do ..except this hotel..its soo sad hotel is very nice n staff from registration n restaurant are very nice . Except someone took my ysl bag ..i hope to god that this person may caught ..it will ruin thier reputation..i wish n hope you Hotel. Com can help me to investigate this case..thank u very much !!

No hot tub/spa. Loud music next resort from another bar down the beach. Played until 11pm-12AM every night, so can't go to sleep before then. Also ruins peacefulness w/ party music all afternoon. Not worth the money.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Fab hospitality

Excellent hotel on psarou beach. Located next door to Nammos and Scorpios, the most famous beach bars in Mykonos. The staff and service are excellent. Special mention for Yiannis who made sure to customize vegetarian meals for us. Definitely recommend a stay if you are visiting as a couple or family.

This hotel provides accommodation of the highest standards
The staff cannot do enough to please guests
The sea is at the bottom of the hotel steps and the swimming is outstanding in beautiful crystal clear water
The food is excellent and beautifully served
We have been for 2 years running and cannot wait for our return trip

The staff treated you with white glove service. Loved the check in experience where they took care of everything while you enjoyed a welcome drink in the lounge overlooking the water. Room was spacious, artfully designed and comfortable including a wonderful large bath. Property is beautiful with plenty of amenities and close to the bus stop to town as well as different eateries and the famous Nammos

Amazing hotel.... amazing location.

Every aspect of this hotel is incredible. From the person who picked us up from the airport to the front desk staff and beyond were amazing. We were given an amazing room with spectacular views over the bay. All the staff are so attentive to the needs of the clients. Having direct access to the beach was a great bonus as well. The food is delicious as well.
