The staff felt like family during our stay! They were incredibly helpful and knew all the best spots for delicious food, where to rent sunbeds, and the easiest ways to explore the island. They even helped us plan our days to make the most of our 4 days with them! I was really sad to leave and can honestly say this was my favorite place during our two-week trip to Greece.

Positives: Friendly staff, nice clean boutique style hotel with a good pool and decent breakfast.
Negatives: Our room was next to staff stairwell where the door kept banging and waking us up for the first 2 nights. After that staff fixed it, but the noise from the generators (also kept there) was still bothering us.

Our stay at Pelican Bay was incredible. We will definitely be return customers if ever in Mykonos again. Kosta at the bar was THE BEST! Accommodating and friendly staff. Close to beach and great restaurants. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was so quick to ensure you had everything you needed. Concierge had great suggestions on how to save money and what was most cost effective. Overall excellent stay!

This property is spectacular. Our suite was lovely with a large balcony that overlooked the pool. The restaurants were wonderful. The staff were welcoming and professional. Pick-up at the ferry was a nice touch and really made your feel important. Highly recommend the Pelican Bay Hotel

The room was exactly wheat I paid for. The view was fantastic and we had sun on the balcony most of the day. The staff were friendly and the WhatsApp concierge service was very helpful. The place was clean and it’s literally a 5 mins walk from the beach. Would recommend a stay here

this hotel was great, we had a lovely stay walking distance to beach, busstop and restaurants. only thing i would add is to make sure when booking even though your searching for 2 people make sure it says two people when booking because we had to pay an extra 30 euros a night because expedia did not add the second person in automatically.

My only (very small) criticism would be that the bathroom seemed a little dated, but the overall size and comfort of the room was fabulous. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come again.

This Hotel is BEAUTIFUL!! We were upgraded to a suite on the newer side of the hotel that came with a private pool. Breakfast came with the reservation which was great selection, very fresh and delicious. All staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and provided airport pickup and drop off. The only downside is it is pretty secluded so you need taxi service for pretty anywhere you plan on going and let’s just say the taxi service out there is an extreme sport. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were marketed as soundproof but were not. Other guests' revelries could be heard, and rattles from shutters, and clanking of pipes, kept me awake at night.

Room was cleaned and towels & sheets changed more than is necessary by today's standards.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar drinks reasonably priced. Pool area nice and not too busy nor too quiet in May. All rooms face south west and have balconies.

Aside from noises heard at night, the only negative was the state of the gym equipment which does not seem to be well maintained. It was no more than adequate.

Overall it was good value for money and I was happy there.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The pool was beautiful and the workers were amazing especially Katerina who helped us with our Ferry to Santorini and also in getting us a scooter that was delivered to our hotel. The cleaning lady i forget her name was the sweetest lady ever. So kind!! and our bartender who recently had twins was also very kind to us. We will never forget them. A very short walk to the beach 5-7 min but the walk is perfect and calming with a nice Crepe restaurant on the way. So close to everything. I was hesitant bc i thought it might not have been as close as I wanted to but it ended up being the best place. Will definitely come back to visit the workers and stay here.

Stayed at the Pelican for one night - good location for the beach and easy transport links to the centre of Mykonos. Room was large and location quiet. In retrospect we wished we were able to stay another night but our itinerary had us moving on to another of the islands. Would stay again if we do revisit Mykonos.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful here. They arranged transfers for a reasonable cost, allowed us to use the gym shower for a post beach shower before our late flight and were generally very helpful. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and rooms
Very comfortable - especially the beds. Only minis pint was the small pool area which had a unfinished building at one end. There were few beds compared to the total number of rooms so it was busy in August

Great hotel, situated 2 min away from the beach, full of bars and restaurants. It is also next to a bus stop that takes you to Mykonos town which is a 15 min ride, easy ride. From the hotel you have a view of Mediterranean see, during day time you can see crystal clear water and at night reflection of the moon. Rooms have authentic feel where you can sit and relax on the balcony and enjoy your night. Hotel food is great but lacks a bit of sea food, everything we tried is very tasty, breakfast has a good variety, changes every other day. Staff is very welcoming and extremely helpful, from reception desk, waitresses, and bellboy.

Beautiful Property with Outstanding Views!

This property was absolutely beautiful. We had two balconies with outstanding water views. The decor was lovely and the unit was spotless. The woman who worked behind the desk was incredible. (I wish I had asked her name). She was so friendly and helpful with the local area and suggestions on activities. The pool area (where a very generous breakfast was served) was also beautiful. Finally, the location was ideal. The beach was just a short walk away where there were many restaurants and access to the water taxis to travel to other beaches such as Paradise and Super Paradise. The bus stop was also a short walk away. Here you could travel to Mykonos Town to see the windmills and Little Venice for 1.87 euro. Overall, I would rate this property 10/10!!

This hotel is nicely situated just a few blocks from a nice beach and provides beautiful views. I was spoiled by better restaurants in Santorini and near the old port though. They have a good breakfast, a nice gym, great laundry service and a wonderful staff. The walls seem a bit thin as I could hear more than I cared to hear.

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Would definitely recommend this hotel: it's very nice, with local architecture, great service from the team, lovely rooms and great location. Its close to the beach during the day and a few nice restaurants for lunch and dinner getting to Mykonos town by bus is very easy by public transport and if you enjoy a nice hike, you can even walk by the coastline to Paradise Beach in an hour or less.

A gorgeous boutique-style, but still typically Greek, hotel. It has a beautiful breakfast with an array of freshly prepared food and a nice selection of breads, cereals, fruits etc. There is inside and outside dining and the delightful little restaurant overlooks the pool area. The hotel staff were very helpful and professional, and free internet and Wi-Fi is provided. The room was clean and quiet with all the mod cons. It is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. A lovely little hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to the beach

The superior rooms have good sea view. The hotel is close to Platis Gialos beach and the Paranga beach is 15 minute by walk. Major party destination are the Paradise and Super Paradise beaches which are a 40 min bus journey from the hotel.
The staff are all very friendly and approachable. There is a gym with basic equipments and free weights. The pool, although small in size is quite deep.
Overall, I rate the stay in this hotel to be a pleasant experience. You can arrange for a pickup from the airport and I can't recommend this enough as getting a taxi is not an easy task.

My wife and I stayed here on out honeymoon and were happy with our choice. The rooms are clean though typically small Greek hotel sized, however have everything you need.
The pool was great and the bar man makes great cocktails. The breakfast was also very nice with bacon and eggs plus a mix of other fresh foods.

Lovely hotel in ideal location

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, 5 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach with a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Can walk further to another few beaches with yet more places to eat. Breakfast included was lovely. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and arranged excursions for us. Views of sea from hotel were stunning. Pool bar served great cocktails and the pool area was spotless and very comfortable.

The overall impression is of a well managed hotel. The staff are efficient and helpful. The room was on the small side but quite acceptable. Breakfast was excellent. The bar was well run. The pool is small but well maintained. The area around the pool, however, can't handle many more than 10 people before it gets crowded! But overall it represents excellent value.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Pelican Bay. Everything went well, the place is in excellent condition, and the staff was fantastic (helpful, sweet, knowledgeable and charming - three cheers for Lukas, Marianna, et al, give these people a big raise!). We also liked the small town where the hotel is located. It had everything we wanted, without the crowding of Mykonos town.

Very close to the beach( 2 min walk) and same for the bus which takes you to mykonos town.

The beach is very nice, on the quiet side , but if you want to change things up , everything else is very close.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Our room had a balcony which had a view of the beach. They have a pool next to the bar so you can order your drinks and the bartender brings them to your lounge chair :).

The staff is extremely helpful. I had a small cut on my toe from the beach and had asked the concierge for a band aid. He gave me a bunch of other things from their first aid kit and seemed genuinely interested in helping . Also great restaurant recommendations and directions .

If I ever go back to Mykonos I will definitely stay here again.

Quiet Location, nice hotel.

Found the location of this hotel to be ideal. It's elevated position gives good views and there were no noise issues during our stay as it is away from the main road/centre. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and has plenty of sun beds and tavernas to choose from. No problem with parking the car outside the hotel. The room was bigger than some we have stayed in, relatively basic (as you would expect for Greece) but clean with a good size bathroom. Very much enjoyed spending time on the beach in Platis Yialos, Mykonos town is worth a visit as are some of the other beaches on the island.

The hotel is typical Greek. Nicely decorated with art pieces.
The rooms comfortable with air con & all had a balcony overlooking the sea.
The staff were excellent , friendly efficient & courteous.
Highly recommend as convenient for the beach & easy access into Mykonos town.
The hotel had a gym which is adequate although it could probably do with a few more free weights for more serious trainers.
The breakfasts were substantial & room service food was excellent value.

Keeping a standard

The hotel it self was great. We had a wonder man at the front door every morning, he even carried our bags to our room. Upon check out we had a different man who pretty much watched 2 young girls struggle to carry their bags down. Either he was lazy or it was his coffee break. Either way if you have a standard try and keep it.
The rooms where standard. The hotel wasnt as close to the main town as we thought, you couldn't definitely not walk there. Taxis are a joke in Mykonos.
On a positive the hotel was clean the food was great and the view was beautiful.
