This is a great hotel to stay in Venlo right in the main square.
Feels luxurious and comes with free buffet breakfast.
Hard to fault this hotel on anything really.
Only possible thing was prob that ordered a twin room and got a double bed which was 2 single beds together so had to work out a way to seperate them.
Glass toilet and shower in room so not much privacy so make sure youre staying with someone youre comfortable with.
Overall great value for money though and would def stay here again

We had a big, nice room, but no external window, we looked adjecent office personel in the eye from 3 meters across the small atrium. Also for them propably a shocking sight :-). Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great either.

Everything about this hotel is great in theory. Town centre location, plenty of cafes/food outlets/shopping right outside & the hotel is spotlessly clean.

Sadly, this was a disappointing experience for us.

We arrived to find that the resaurant was not open on Mondays (a minor inconvenience so not a big problem). We were then given the keys to our room which was as described but it's only window pointed to a small enclosed area where neighbouring windows facing you were only around 2 metres away. The bathroom was part of the room, seperated only by a glass panel with very little privacy (Maybe it's me but I don't like to see a sillhouette of my fiancee sat on the toilet & no soundproofing). The hotel is situated next door to the town church which is charming in theory but you're going to need your windows open in June & the hourly chiming of the bells gets tiresome late into the evening & early in the morning.

Finally, I didn't enjoy being waken at 7am by the fire alarm. I appreciate that fire alarms are there for safety but after quickly rushing to get dressed & run outside we waited for 10mins before a member of staff explained that the fire alarm had only been activated because a guest had \"set the shower too warm\". This is so frustrating and is a direct result of the flawed design of the bathrooms which are built without extractor fans.

It's worth noting that no apologies were offered by staff. This may be a language or cultural barrier but it was still poor.

Had a very hard time for the taxi guy to locate this place. People around it had not heard and there were other people whom we met who also had trouble locating this place.

They better provide some landmarks like next to City Hall or so.

It was not so good as the room we had was very noisy, the parking area is very small ( and several slots used by hotel employees). In front of one of the windows in the room there was a huge amount of pitch dirt and the window itself was also full of it.
So all in all not so much appriciated.

The noise outside destroyed the experience

Nice big rooms - splendid shower - Great setup and luxury Rituals amenities could have provided a nice experience, but our room we booked was close towards the party area outside with noise from party goers till early morning. It ruined the supposed nice stay.
This hotel should do something about it as it ain’t giving the venue the value it deserves.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Venlo close to everything you need, including shopping and eating. Our room was stylish, modern and spacious and looked out of the market square. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was good with a fair amount of choices. Would recommend this hotel

A hotel in 2 parts!

The hotel is very modern & clean, however it is in a pedestrian only zone! After finding the underground car park and calling reception, I was told that car parking space is limited and as I had not booked a parking space I could not use the hotel car park. Had I known that booking a parking space was mandatory if you want to use the car park, I would have done so, this is something that needs to be added to the Hotels.com website. I am disabled and have a blue disabled parking permit, but no exceptions were made and I had to park some 200m from the hotel entrance and walk with my suitcase to get to the hotel.
After waking and finding the hotel, there was some confusion about finding our room! I was told it was on the second floor, but not that there is only one lift that can be used to access the rooms and this is situated about 25m from the reception desk through a door that can be accessed with your room key! I went up in the nearest lift to the reception desk only I was unable to find any rooms, I had unknowingly used the theatre lift and this should only be use to gain access to the breakfast dining room and there is not room access from it!
After much walking about, I finally found access to the rooms and found my room. This was a decent size with a en-suit separated from the room by just frosted glass panels! There was a empty mini fridge provided which unfortunately did not work. The room was hot and the air conditioning would heat but not cool! Not to impressed!

Best hotel to stay in Venlo

For me this is absolutely the best hotel in Venlo if you want to stay in the city. The rooms are of a decent size, clean, nice contemporary interieur and a comfortabel bed. The reception desk is in the theater and the service is very well and pleasant. The only negatieve is that the hotel bar is not very busy and you need to get out if the hotel for some action. Enough places to eat and drink within 50 meters, so it’s an easy one to accept.

Great city location and very comfortable rooms

The hotel car parking has a lift that takes you directly to the rooms which was convenient. The city location is perfect for exploring on foot. Don't take your bags from the car into the lift before checking in however, because the reception desk is down a flight of stairs and around the corner in an adjacent building, so sort out the check-in first, then collect your luggage.

Only stayed one night, liked the location and the rooms are new, comfortable and spacious. Small adjustments could be made, like a USB charging point, improvement of air circulation in shower (mirror stayed fogged for 30 minutes), the floor in wet area was slippery when wet, a simple alarm clock would be nice.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort für ein Konzert, welches im Maasport Theater stattfand. Wir hatten das Hotel aufgrund der Lage direkt im Theater ausgewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr großes, modernes Zimmer. Die Tiefgarage war eher eng, aber wir haben ein Plätzchen gefunden.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Auswahl beim Buffet war sehr großzügig.

The room is big, comfortable, and clean. There's a water kettle so that you can make tea, and they also have an espresso machine. They replenish the espresso capsules every day. So that's good! The only thing that I'm not fully satisfied with is that the hotel didn't replenish the shampoo and bath gel. The hotel provides 1 small tube of shampoo and 1 small tube of bath gel. I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and those tubes weren't enough for the whole stay, and they didn't replenish them.

Sehr schönes Comfort Zimmer ,die Ausicht ist nicht gut (Sehe nur an das Anstehende Haus) Zimmer sauber.Die Lage ist Sehr gut .Hat viele Restaurante ist direckt an der Fussgänger zone.Auto Parkiren in der kosten plichtige enge Tiefgarage ist aber ok hatte immer platz.Früstück war gut alles was man braucht.Würde des nächste mal wieder in das Hotel gehen.

De heer aan de receptie was 3x druk , had geen tijd voor ons en onvriendelijk kortaf en bij toeristenbelasting te betalen was er niemand. Ook put in de douche verstopt, ook bar was dicht terwijl we twee bonnen hadden voor een glas champagne, deze hebben we dus niet kunnen inleveren. De jonge dame later aan de receptie was wel vriendelijk. Op kamer s nachts om 14:30 veel herrie van buiten. Ontbijt was goed naar moest wel een tafeltje schoongemaakt worden voor ons terwijl er 10 onafgeruimdwaren

Wir waren schoeinmal im Hotel aber dieses mal war es leider so eine Katastrophe das ich überlege doch nichtmehr zu kommen.

Ich hatte ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht.
Wir kamen ins Zimmer und die Probleme fingen an:

1. Die Kaffeemaschine war dreckig und klebrig
2. DAS Hauptproblem Youtube funktionierte nicht obwohl ich vorher extra anrief und fragte ob es funktionierte...
Darauf hin durften wir das Zimmer wechseln nach Stundenlangen warten.

Ich fragte extra ob das Zimmer mit Stadtblick sei weil ich das ja auch für MEHR GELD gebucht hatte er sagte ja.

Wir gingen ins Zimmer und es war ein Zimmer wo ich nur ins Hotel sehen konnte und nichtmal frisch luft Zugang hatte weil die Fenster verschraubt waren doppelt und es halt zum Innenhof lag...
EINE FRECHHEIT

Ich hab es aufgegeben mich NOCHMAL zu beschweren weil es nichts brachte und ich schwanger bin .
Das schlimme war ich hatte keinen Frischluft Zugang die Klimaanlage war nicht gut die Luft war total Stickig man war ein eingesperrt weswegen es mir durch die Schwangerschaft nicht so gut ging wegen dem hin und her.

Und Duschgel war auch nicht vorhanden !!!

Ich bitte um Rückmeldung denn das ist nicht das was ich von diesem eigentlich schönen Hotel gewohnt bin!

Schade da ich das Hotel gerne öfters besuche...

Die Unterkunft punktet ganz klar mit der Lage. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Leider hat die Dusche auf unserem Zimmer nicht richtig funktioniert dies wurde aber beim Check out direkt vermerkt sodass ich davon ausgehe dass sie repariert wird. Ich denke jedoch dass der Preis zu hoch ist und man den für die Lage zahlt.

Es war wirklich sehr schön im Theaterhotel.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr sehr mager aber reicht für den Tag.
Alles ist sauber und das Personal seht freundlich.
Es ist alles zu Fus erreichbar.

Allerdings wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist in dem Hotel falsch. Der Marktplatz vorm Hotel ist bis nachts um 1 sehr sehr laut.
Und jeden Tag zwischen 07-08 Uhr kommt das Müllauto, was man lautstark hört.

Alles in allem ein traumhaftes Hotel, allerdings für Erholungsurlaub ungeeignet.

Nach der Buchung über Expedia, die super geklappt hat, sind wir vom Hotel direkt angeschrieben worden und ubs sind verschiedene Angebote unterbreitet worden, wie z.B. Parkplatzreservierung und kostengünstiges Upgrade. Erstmal eine tolle, die ich gerne wahrgenommen habe. Aber die Einfahrt in die Parkgarage hat lanv gedauert. Parken war nicht ganz einfach.. und das Upgrade hat uns in ein Zimmer gebracht, welches keinen Blick nach Außen hatte, sondern nur in einen Innenbereich des Hotels. Es war m.E. das einzige Zimmer mit nach innen gerichtetem Blick. Ich fimde darauf hätte das Hotel hinweisen sollen. Das Öffnen der Parkgarage hat Ewigkeiten gedauert. Wir haben fast 10 min. davor gewartet. Andere Gäste hatten so breit geparkt , dass wir nur durch Parken auf einem mit Kennzeichennummer gekennzwichnetem Platz unser Auto platzieren konnten. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Der Online-Check-In hat den Prozess deutlich schneller gemacht und vereinfacht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage, direkt in der Innenstadt ist sehr gut.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Tolles Ambiente. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Etwas befremdlich ist das ziemlich offene Klo, Sichtschutz nur durch etwas Milchglas. Aber damit kann man auch leben.

Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Von Obst über Joghurt und Müsli, Eier, Rührei, Speck, Würstchen,Brötchen, Brot, Croissants, Aufschnitt, Käse, Gemüse, diverse Tee und Kaffeesorten. Also wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.

Het hotel heeft een ideale locatie in het centrum en maakt een verzorgde indruk. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes onderhouden, wat bijdraagt aan een aangenaam verblijf. Helaas liet het ontbijt wat te wensen over; bij aankomst was de keuze beperkt en werd er nauwelijks bijgevuld, wat een teleurstelling was. Daarnaast zijn de kamers aan de straatkant minder aan te raden vanwege mogelijke geluidsoverlast. Buiten deze punten is het hotel verder keurig en goed onderhouden.\"*

Absolute toplocatie en lekker ontbijt. Onze junior suite was heel ruim met een heerlijk bed. Wel met een paar technische mankementjes: licht dat niet naar behoren werkte en douchekop die eens aangepakt moet worden.

Inchecken aan de balie was behoorlijk koeltjes, we leken een beetje de dame te storen in haar werkzaamheden...
Gelukkig was ze niet representatief voor de andere medewerkers, die wel heel vriendelijk waren.

Al bij al zeker een aanrader op een unieke locatie.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön modern eingerichtet und sauber. Doch die Qualität der Betten sind o-lala, Matratze zu hart, der Rücken tat uns morgens weh, die Kissen leider billige Qualität nicht kuschelig sondern sehr steif. Ab 12 Uhr nachts bis 3 Uhr morgens war durchgehend laute Discomusik zu hören und die jungen Leute hörte man auch bis in die Früh auf den Straßen rundum feierten. Leider sind die Fenster von schlechter Qualität und sollten durch 3-fach-Verglasung ausgetauscht werden. Wir waren schon 3 x in diesem Hotel. Würden gerne wieder kommen ansonsten war alles sehr gut und es gab sonst nichts zu beanstanden. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker und in dem wunderschönen Frühstücksraum mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Also, neue Fenster rein und neue Kissen und Matratze und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Hotel an sich ist nicht schlecht aber für den Preis was ich bekommen habe leider zu teuer ich war schon oft in Venlo dachte dieses Mal ich gönne mir was besonderes aber war leider nicht so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe ich mache drei Nächte dort der Service vom Zimmer Reinigung war sehr schlecht nicht ein Tag wurde das Bett gemacht wir haben nur an einem Tag frische Handtücher bekommen das kann ich gar nicht verstehen hat lediglich zwei deutsche Programme auch Liste Fernseher kein USB zu oder eine App wie Netflix

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht und somit gab es kein Shampoo und Duschgel. Das Frühstück war am ersten Tag nicht vollständig. Es fehlte an Beilagen und es gab erst später Brötchen. Es konnte kein zusätzlicher Tag gebucht werden zu dem genannten Preis, das System gab dazu keine Freigabe.

Die Hotel ist in stadt Zentrum und befindet sich direkt in der Shopping centre.
Leider die Heizung in Zimmer funktioniert nicht und die Rezeption gab nimand .
Wir fand die Theater Hotel Personal nich hilfsbereit.

Sehr viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das recht versteckt gelegene Parkhaus. Für den Parkpreis ist dieses zudem sehr klein und eng. Zudem passt das Niveau nicht zu dem restlichen Hotel, welches wirklich nur zu empfehlen ist. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein schönes Hotel im Venloer Theater.
Schönes Zimmer, mit ein paar Mängeln bzgl. der Sauberkeit. Der Heizkörper im Bad funktionierte leider auch nicht und das Frühstück war leider etwas dürftig.
Trotzdem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt und ich mochte den Style des Hotels sehr.

Großzügig geschnittenes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, modernes Bad mit großer Dusche, Zimmer ansich sauber, jedoch mit ein paar kleinen Unreinheiten, sehr bequeme Betten, Vorhänge dunkeln gut ab, Fenster leider nicht gut schallisoliert, Frühstück war okay, sehr leckere Croissants, freundliches Personal, Hotel zentral gelegen, wir würden wieder ein Zimmer buchen und können das Hotel empfehlen.
