This hotel was modern in many way and some of the basics had been missed. For example in reception there are no toilets which is strange. Secondly in the bedroom for some unknown reason at 6:30 am local time all the lights came on in the bedroom and didn’t go off, it woke me and disturbed my sleep. No idea why there was no explanation. No note no one in reception when I left to answer this so it’s gonna get a reduced rating because not only Did it disturb my sleep? It makes you think what an earth is going on with their electrical lighting systems. Lastly the only English speaking channel was BBC entertainment and for some unknown reason this channel wasn’t available so if the hotel wants to attract more people, it would be nice to have some English channels for those staying at the hotel.

However there were some minor tech niggles. USB plugs not working so no charging the mobile phone. Poor TV reception. An extremely bright light emanating from the wall mounted tech terminal. So bright in fact it made it hard to sleep. Keycard for door not working right.

It is very conveniently located close to the motorway. It provides comfortable accommodation with breakfast. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately, the fancy design of the room where there is a bed in the bathroom or a bathroom in the bedroom is clumsy. There is nowhere to hang towels and put the soap. It is not possible to have lighting in the washbasin area without switching on the lights in the room. The bedside lamps don't give enough light for reading. It is nice to have a kettle but it would be good to have some herbal and green tea provided. Breakfast is sufficient but limited in range.

Nice and very modern hotel, easy access from the highway. The lobby is small but nice. You can check-in on your own by use of lobby computer (but there is someone to help you if it does not work). The computer has your booking registrered and prints your room key. Welcome to the world of \"less people needed\" I guess. Room is quite nice with comfortable bed, but bathroom is quite open. Toilet is with real doors though. Shower was great. Breakfast in adjoining restaurant was very good! I would stay here agian for sure!

I stayed at this hotel before the refurbishment and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work done. The first impression in the lobby continued throughout the hotel and was excellent, I could find fault with the room and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Nicht gefallen hat uns das unpraktisch und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Nach ein em Fön mussten wir fragen. Die Zimmer waren recht dunkel, woran auch das eingeschaltete Licht nicht viel geändet hat. Die beleuchtung im \"Badezimmerabteil\" ließ sich nicht separat regulieren. Das \"moderne\" Design ist in der Praxis ziemlich unbrauchbar und hinderlich. Es fehlten z.B. Handtuchhalter.
Das Frühstück im angrenzenden \"La Place\" hatte KFC Charakter. Nirgendwo lagen Servietten aus. Das Rührei war durchgehend kalt, auch wenn es gerade erst nachgefüllt wurde. Es gab z. B. auch keine Eierbecher. Am Sonntag kamen die fertig gekochten Eier aus der Kühlung. Das war völlig daneben.

Ik ben een vaste bezoeker van GR8 ivm prijs en kwaliteitsverhouding. Wat schetst mijn verbazing. Ik was laat met boeken en moest dertig euro meer betalen dan anders. Er was een super kamer beschikbaar met 2 persoonsbes. Kortom: ik kreeg dezelfde kamer als anders. Voor vaste klanten (minstens 2 x per maand of meer aanwezig, vind ik dit klantvriendelijk.

Tolles Hotel welches komplett renoviert wurde (nach Übernahme durch Gr8) und daher nun auch von der Technik im Zimmer auf dem neusten Stand ist. Komplette Steuerung zb über ein Tablet.

We reden hier wel vaak langs maar hadden geen idee wat we konden verwachten. Maar wat was dit een aangename verrassing. Grote, luxe en originele kamers, erg leuk gedaan en daarbij heerlijke, hoge, bedden. Ontbijt goed geregeld via la Place. Zeker een aanrader.

Wat erg tegengevallen is was het ontbijt, vorig jaar vonden we dit zeer goed, nu was het mede ivm de corona regels anders opgezet, alle begrip hiervoor, wat alleen dan weer heel jammer is dat je in het restaurant maar 1 kop koffie kon krijgen en dat het gekookte ei steen en steenkoud en groen vanbinnen was.
Voor de rest was ons verblijf weer goed bevallen.

aangenaam verblijf voor lage prijs
Goed gelegen hotel, vlakbij de autosnelweg. Je krijgt veel kwaliteit voor een lage prijs: Ruime en comfortabele badkamer, met apart wc. Zeer goede douche. Er is mini-domotica systeem in de kamer waarmee je aantal zaken kan aanpassen (kleur lichten, intensiteit lichten, enz.). Coole en vlotte incheckprocedure, waarbij je je op scherm moet aanmelden en dan QR code afgedrukt krijgt. Met die QR code (die je ook doorgemaild krijgt), kan je dan de kamer openen. Ik ben zeker voorstander van dit systeem, is veel sneller en handiger dan de klassieke check-in procedure in andere hotels.
Wat ik een groot minpunt vond, was het ontbijt. Dat zat standaard in de prijs inbegrepen, maar was zo basic dat ik evengoed geen ontbijt kon genomen hebben. Men kan dan beter de kamerprijs 5 euro verhogen en een deftig ontbijt aanbieden, ofwel gewoon geen ontbijt.

Zeer mooie, nette kamers. We hadden het romantisch pakket bijgeboekt. Maar de bubbels waren cider ipv prosecco. We hebben dit gemeld aan de dame van de receptie en zij ging meteen bij de buren om 2 flesjes prosecco voor ons. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!

Ich hatte einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt. Das ganze Hotel sieht neu renoviert aus. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung sehr modern und trotzdem, gerade das Bett sehr bequem. Über ein Tablet konnte die AC und Beleuchtung bedient werden. Es gab auch einige deutsche TV Sender.
Das Hotel liegt an der Autobahnausfahrt, sehr praktisch um schnell und einfach zu den Städten in der Nähe zu kommen.
Zum nächsten Shoppingtrip in der Gegend werde ich auf alle Fälle wieder hier übernachten!!!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel und vor allem sehr sauber . Wir hatten es gebucht da es ganz in der Nähe vom Toverland war . Die Zimmer sind auf dem neuesten Stand . Klima und Beleuchtung werden mittels Tablett an der Wand gesteuert . Das Bad war auch sehr sauber . Echt Top !!!
