I have stayed here many times but this time I was disappointed. The smell of mariquana in the halls was a turn off it’s a non smoking place but this is all you could smell upstairs wasn’t very impressed as I had my 1 year old grandson there.will most likely stay again but the smoking needs to change. Thank you

There was ALOT of dust on tv and could see the cob webs going from top of tv to floor. The tub dripped all through our stay. And the handle was hard
To turn and came off in our hand. No coffee pot in room but was down stairs along with stale muffins. Bed and pillows werent to bad. Kinda glad we were only in room to sleep pretty much

The room did smell of cigarettes, we opened the balcony door ( a bottle of beer was out there) and left it open whole we went out to dinner. Came back and the room smelled much better....but really, why didnt house cleaning think of this ??!! Bathroom was mostly clean. The tub could've been cleaner...and the shower head was way too low, if you were taller than 5'3 , you have to duck to get wet !
Bed was clean and comfy, TV worked. All in all, it was a good stay and worth the price.

The motel was clean and staff was friendly. We had been there before and not much changed. The location is good because it's out of the center of the congestion but close enough to everything.
However...we chose this motel because of the pool and especially the hot tub but the hot tub was boarded up and not available to use and wouldn't be worked on or available for us to use our entire stay. We were very disappointed.

Our room was on the second floor. The steps were terrible. At 82 we cant do them like we use to. Asked for a room on the 1st floor but they didn't have one. Bed was very uncomfortable. It was very close to stores.

The location is excellent—right off Route 1, close to Hampton Beach, and with plenty of restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with all the basics you need for a short stay. That said, while the inn is well-kept overall, some of the décor and furnishings are a bit dated, and the property could benefit from a few updates. Still, for the price and location, it’s hard to beat.

The rooms had a very strong cigarette odor, the room did not seem to be cleaned- there was an empty alcohol bottle we found when we were cleaning after our stay. There was a large hole under the bathroom sink, the rug was not vacuumed, and the pullout sofa bed was broken. There was no elevator so we had to carry a wheelchair up and down the stairs. Unfortunately it was not a great stay. But the staff was nice.

Room smelled like old man when we first went in. Dirty cup with food in it under the heater. Cigarettes burn hole in the comforter. Bathroom floor was was sticky in some stops. Can see scum mark around tub. Staff not friendly. Pool is closed when it says it open on website. Terrible breakfast if that’s what you want to call it. I will not get a room there again.

Very disappointed! We booked this hotel because it has the 2 bedroom suits which works great for us and our 3 kids, but the ONLY reason we went here was specifically for our kids to be able to swim in the pool and for us adults to use the hot tub and when we got there the pool and hot tub were drained no water! There was nothing on the website stating that either were shut down and when we checked in no one informed us that they were the pool and hot tub were shut down!! If we had known this prior we would have found another hotel that worked for our family of 5 that had a working pool and hot tub ! Our kids were very disappointed as well, we could have stayed home and played cards not wasted money to be stuck in a hotel room to do so. Needless to say because of the lack of transparency we will NOT be going back there again!

safe, clean, and a step above any other place for the price point beyond a 30 mile radius

the pool is broken , and yes it was a huge disappointment because i based the booking on that for daughter who’s 7

HOWEVER!

With the pool down the hotel immediately offered us access to the Seabrook inn pool minutes away. which they also own.
That kind of guest oriented solution is very appreciated by me and high praise because i don’t write reviews ever unless i have something positive to contribute to the conversation that made a huge impact.
