The front desk and breakfast buffet gal were very helpful, courteous and friendly.
The bed & linens were super comfortable and we liked the huge TV and channel selection.

The sink in our room’s bathroom sprayed water everywhere!
The shampoo, conditioner & body wash were very pleasant smelling and I liked the volume control on the shower.

The facility is under construction, which was not disclosed. Upon arrival, I had to wait several minutes the front desk for someone to appear to check me in. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay, which I did as it was for three nights. The room was never serviced. Just a generally mediocre experience.

My room was not vacuumed. Mattress was old and had a huge pit in the middle. Staff was friendly but poorly trained. Breakfast was less than subpar. It smelled like a laundromat as you walk into the reception area.

This place was a disaster. They didn’t honor my reservation although I booked it through Expedia two queen beds, they only had king beds available. I had to drive and pay extra money because we needed two beds. They blamed it on Expedia.

The hotel was under renovations, which I had not realized when I reserved. I had been looking forward to using the pool but it was closed because they were storing mattresses in the pool area. Then when I went to bed I found that the bottom sheet was queen size and the bed was king size. Of course the sheet was falling off all night. The breakfast was pretty good for a buffet and the staff was friendly under the circumstances. They were probably dealing with a lot of complaints.

Check your booking carefully

Hotels.com overbooked the rooms
I was asked if I could take a different room one with two queen beds and no pull out couch instead of the King bed I had booked so I could accommodate Marriott rewards members( which I was one a one time), because of the overbooking by your company
After much searching the desk staff was able to find what I had booked
It worked out but I don’t get the miss communication between your booking and hotel I was not the only person in this situation

There was a lot of repair and upgrades going on. Our room had a piece of blue tape with the room number on it. My wife has asthma and the smell in the room from the construction was really bothering her. We could not stay in the room so the person on the front desk was very nice and said we could leave and we would get our money back. Fortunately we found another place to stay. This was not a good experience !!!

Had a good stay. Room was clean and as expected. Had a really good spread for breakfast. There was unexpected construction happening at the hotel but it wasn't bothersome. The elevator is ridiculously slow, take the stairs.

They were renovating the property, which I did not know until I got there. But staff was very friendly. I did get a renovated room. Which had an open shower with no curtains. Didn’t like how close the vanity was to the shower because the vanity would just get completely wet. There was only one mirror in the whole room and it was tiny and not the best lighting. No full length mirror. I would stay again, but it is very pricey, especially for the renovations and the quality of the renovations.

We checked into our room on the second floor. Things were good. Two days later we were told we had to move to another room. This room was clean but had no closet space, no hair dryer and had difficulty with the lock on the door not operating correctly when you went to leave.
Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Property was under construction but this wasn’t noted anywhere during the booking process. As a result 60-70% of the. Parking lot was filled with storage containers. Smoke detectors were missing in the hall ways. Breakfast was provided but quite average. Fitness center consisted only of 2 treadmills an elliptical and a handful of dumbbells in a very cramped space. Overall unfortunately a disappointing experience

Weekend get away

Location was nice and quiet. Hotel looked like they were remodeling since a lot of their parking were taken by construction container but manager was supper nice and told us were to park. Our room was the family suite for 5, we had a sofa bed with 2 queen beds, Room, bathroom, clean and spacious. We asked for extra blankets since my older son was going to sleep in the bed sofa but 2 out of the 5 blankets had stain, we did not made a big deal since we were exhausted from the beach and we checked in at 11pm. Breakfast was great. And if any one wonders yes my family and I agree if we go up to NH and Maine again we will stay in the same hotel again. We will just ask to please make sure the extra blankets are all clean.

I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and have enjoyed it every time I have visited Exeter. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to quite a few great restaurants and attractions. (It is only 15 minutes from the beach)! The hot breakfast selection was also very good. The only downside was that the business center was temporarily not available due to renovations this trip.
It is a good hotel at an affordable price and well with the money.
Overall, it would be my first choice if I needed a hotel in the area.

There was construction going on in the rooms surrounding ours. ( we were not aware so that wasn’t great ) and our room was in need of updating! Pretty shabby. Poorly patched tiles in the bathroom, old phone hanging on the walls!
Also , the indoor pool was nasty green.
We paid well over $300 per night. Not at all worth it.

For a 3 night I had to ask for housekeeping and was told it was not routine. What's with that? When the room was \"cleaned\" they only made the bed and replaced the towels. The bathroom wasn't cleaned up, the coffee service was left a mess. The trash can was not emptied. There were people smoking right outside of the front door so everyone entering could get a nice whiff of tobacco. Overall a lousy and dirty hotel for a ridiculously high price to get a crappy room and service.

The room was spacious, clean, bright. I was only here for one night, in town for a family event, but it was a place I would stay again. It is convenient to Exeter center. They offer breakfast. With two entrances hot options cold options grab and go options. It was lovely! Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

This stay was for a family wedding. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beds. We got there at 11pm and we're greeted warmly by the desk clerk on duty. My only suggestion would be to extend breakfast on theMonday holiday to at least 9:30, hopefully later, to better serve guests, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Made a reservation couple of weeks back for room with 2 double beds. Front desk guy says I don’t see that request. I show him the confirmation email. He has a meltdown, yelled and left the hotel - terrified my son
There’s no one at the hotel for 1/2 hr. Finally a lady comes in, still can’t find our reservation. Ends up giving us a mattress which broke 2 times during the night. A nightmare!!! They’re blaming Expedia - I require a call back please! Thanks

The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The TV was really nice with it's access to Pluto TV. However, whereas there was a heater/AC in the room, there was no heat source in the bathroom. Though the lighting in both the bedroom and bath were ambient, it was enough for me to see clearly what I needed the bathroom mirror for. I was disappointed in the full length mirror in the entryway as it also didn't have direct light that I needed. It did have an outlet at the bottom of the mirror but I didn't notice it until the day I checked out. Also, it wasn't until the day I checked out that I found the hair dryer as it was in a bag on the top shelf of the closet when it should have been in the bathroom.

It started out poorly, as we were given a room with a broken door lock. The representative working the desk was new and didn't know the procedure to address the situation. This was a little upsetting. Once the manager was involved, everything went perfectly. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

My girlfriend and I were a little disappointed in our stay. We booked a room with 1 king bed, and when we arrived we were told that the hotel actually only had one room with two queen beds available. Due to the lack of options we continued to make our way to the room. When we entered the room we noticed that the two queen beds were actually only two Full size beds. I did express my concerns to the staff but there was nothing they could do. I was rather disappointed in our stay and the our comfortability did suffer. I’m not sure if this is a common problem with Expedia or the hotel itself however i wish our stay was better.
