It’s a motel, not a hotel. Facilities are very poor. The desk is not operating after 9pm so no requests can be fulfilled. We booked as 2 but only had one towel.
The “air conditioning” operated not as a heater so it could not cool the room. We will never book a B&B hotel again.

in general the hotel was an adequate overnight stay, clean, tidy and in good order. however there was nowhere to get a drink after a long journey, except a drinks dispenser in reception. The Buffalo Grill round the corner, which was good for food, did not open til 7pm. Nowhere to sit except in the bedroom. However the breakfast was excellent, plentiful and well stocked.

I stayed at the hotel with my dog on the way home to England. I parked outside my room, and which was great! The room was comfortable and clean. The are was quiet and I was able to take my dog for a walk.

A bad nights sleep

The idea of this hotel was, great easy to park convenient rooms late check-in. However, it was so uncomfortable, the beds were tiny (my eight year old son complained of the size) and so mattress so hard I hardly slept. Also the room was dirty which I did bring to attention. Breakfast was good, but I wouldn’t stay here again

I regularly choose to stay at B&B hotels. They are basic but clean and well equipped. The car parking is secure which helps you to get a good nights worry free sleep. The Wi-Fi is irritating because you have to go through a tiresome logging in process every time you switch on your phone or laptop.

I usually try to choose B&B hotels when travelling as I feel they offer the best combination of quality, comfort and price. I was certainly not disappointed on this occasion. A well-run budget hotel, spotless room, superb bed and linen, clean shower/ wc.
I also appreciated the lift as I have mobility issues.
Checkin was efficient and friendly.

Overnight stop Alencon

The hotel was easy to find and close to the motorway so excellent for an overnight stop. The room was small and basic but clean and well presented. The automatic check in worked perfectly. Hotels.com lists it as having a restaurant. It doesn’t. It has a smallish area where you can have a buffet breakfast (which was pretty good). The vending machines offering drinks and snacks were both out of order and there were no facilities in the room. Taking my travel kettle would have been a good idea! We would use the hotel again for an overnight stop, but not for a longer stay.

For the cheap price, this can't be beat. Clean and easy to check in no matter when you get there. Rooms weren't very soundproof-- it was a little loud. When we checked out, we tried to pay the tax that our check-in documents showed we owed. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time, super rude, didn't know anything about the tax, then gave me incorrect change? It really soured the experience for a hotel chain I definitely would have tried again otherwise.

Perfect overnight stay

Perfect for an overnight stop on our way back to the Uk from south west france. The hotel has basic facilities and the room is small, but it was exceptionally clean, breakfast was good and the person running the hotel was great. He even prepared us a decent ready made meal when we arrived even though there is no restaurant as such on site. We didn’t explore the area as it was only a brief stay but was on an industrial estate with a Buffalo grill next to it. The room was quiet so we had a great nights sleep in preparation for the long drive home.

An excellent hôtel for an overnight stop.

We arrived early but a young member of staff said we could sign in.There was a problem as she couldn't find our booking.Luckily we had a copy of the said booking.Eventually she phoned her manager and all was sorted out.All this was done with great charm and grace!

Great cost-efficient stopover

Innovative hotel with minimal staff, very tidy clean rooms and recently upgraded. Literally next door to a nice little diner for a meal out and with wifi and parking, petrol station and a Lidl round the corner and a decent, fairly-priced all you can eat breakfast. Perfect for a rest on the way back from the south of France.

Convenient, inexpensive hotel for overnight stay

We needed somewhere inexpensive to stay overnight on our way to the ferry and this was ideal. It was close to the autoroute, clean if rather basic (the rooms are not large) and allowed you to access the room with a code if you arrived late at night. Our only quibble was that breakfast was a single rate for an all you could eat buffet and that would have worked out to be quite expensive for all of us so we stopped at a boulangerie on the next leg of the journey instead.
We thought we might be charged local taxes for our stay but the cheerful man at reception said not.

Arrived shattered after a long drive to be met by a friendly smiling face behind the desk very pleasant and helpful.
Room was large and bed was comfortable very clean and plenty of hot water aswell as heating breakfast was a buffet and there is plenty to choose from would definitely recommend staying there .

Good hotel for a stopover. Spacious room for a family although missing some amenities such as kettle and hairdryer.
The booking was made 3 days before so was still a good value and cheap for this kind of hotel.I will definitely recommend for those people whom pass by in this are of France.

It was a perfect start to our travels allowing us to refresh for the next journey. Small but comfy room, even had AC. Breakfast was the usual continental variety, but the Buffalo restaurant just 5mins away was a delight for an evening meal.

Basic hotel, did not fulfill reservation request

When reserving the room via Expedia we requested a baby cot. Unfortunately one was not provided on arrival, nor when we requested one. At another hotel later in our trip one was provided, so we know the system works.

Rather basic and very cramped rooms. Pricey rooms for what they are (I think F1 are better value) and overpriced breakfast. Not actually B&B, which for a Brit is misleading, but my fault really for making the assumption!

We weren't looking for a luxury suite, an overnight stop to break up our journey home from holiday. Not immaculate but very good value and absolutely perfect for our needs (2 adults and a child). Breakfast good for a simple option and quick getaway, endless refills. The Buffalo grill 2 mins walk and that is handy for an evening meal

Overnight stopover from Spain to UK. B&B set within a light industrial area but with good links to Péage.
Issues experienced accessing hotel as a code is needed. B&B is self-service, rooms small and basic, bed very comfortable, good flat panel tv, strong wifi/internet strength.
Room impregnated with the stench of stale tobacco.

We booked a 4 bed duplex room, with the upstairs being used by our children (1 & 4). The upstairs area was good, and had a gate so I felt the children were safe up there. The rest of the room was small and slightly dated, but perfect for a night to break up our driving. The Buffalo Grill restaurant next door was great, and had an outdoor area with a small play frame. The weather was good so the adults could sit outside while the children played.

The hotel is located on an industrial estate, and apart from the restaurant next door, there's not much else around. Also the route from the motorway wasn't very straightforward and might be difficult without a satnav.

Breakfast was charged extra, there wasn't too much choice, but it was a good breakfast.

All things considered, it was a good place to stay to break up our driving.

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale en périphérie d’Alençon. L’accueil est cordial et pro mais la chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment à la réservation (deux lits jumeaux alors que réservation d’une chambre double)… pour une nuit ça ira on a rien dit. Une impression de pas si propre (toiles d’araignées, cheveux, poussières, moisissures dans la douche) mais lié à la vétusté des lieux et à une chambre minuscule. De quoi vous rajeunir en rappelant les chambres du CROUS. Insonorisation insuffisante et literie bof mais clean. Heureusement le petit déjeuner était très bien et le réceptionniste aimable. Rapport qualité prix pas génial mais visiblement c’était le mieux sur le secteur. Suffisant pour une étape mais pas plus.

L'établissement est de conception ancinne. Ja réception par l'automate à l'entrée reste une catastrophe, j'ai du appelé le numéro d'urgence. Les chambres sont correctes, même si on regrette l'absence de plateau de courtoisie. La restuaration est impossible sauf pour le petit déjeuner. Un hébergement simple mais qui reste efficace.
