Excellent place with warmth and great service

We stayed there for one night while my husband skied in Verbier. The room was small but clean, warm with a comfortable bed. What was most outstanding was their willingness to make the stay comfortable for us. The woman (I forgot her name) who welcomed us was very kind. We asked if I could wait in their restaurant while my husband was skiing and she let me stay in the room until he was back. That was most thoughtful and kind. We highly recommend this place for people who need a few nights sleep while exploring the area.

Nice hotel close to downtown.

This hotel is great for short stay, the room is a bit small, the beds are great, washroom has everything you need, breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and helpful and it is located close to downtown and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service here, though our room was in the eaves and very small it was clean and comfortable. Didn't have dinner or breakfast here. Parking a bit tight for spaces. Walking distance from the town centre and all the archaeological sights and museum.

En déclin...

Jusqu'en 2016, l'hôtel était géré par un couple d'Italiens chaleureux, accueillants, serviables, aujourd'hui retraités. 2020: porte close, personne à l'accueil à l'arrivée ni au départ, propreté relative, literie douteuse... Seul personnel rencontré: une femme de ménage étrangère à qui des clients anglophones essayaient en vain de faire comprendre le mot \"breakfast\"! Nous n'y retournerons jamais.

Je n'ai croisé personne de l'hôtel lors de mon séjour, heureusement les responsable étaient très gentil et on a réussi a trouver des arrangement pour l'arrivée et le départ.
Par contre les chambres sont très mal insonorisé, On entend l’écoulement de la douche des voisins, comme si on y était. Pas pu dormir de la nuit.
Autrement emplacement idéal et raisonnable niveau prix.

Juste pour dormir

Hôtel relativement proche du centre ville (comptez 15 minutes pour vous y rendre à pied), sur une rue au trafic assez dense aux heures où les gens se rendent à leur travail, aux chambres spacieuses, anciennes mais confortables, dans le seul but d'y passer la nuit. Réceptionnistes très sympathiques. Wifi gratuit dans tout l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner non testé.

Nice stay

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, no noise (we lived on the top floor facing the river, so could hear the river, but found it quite relaxing). Nice town with several local places to eat.

Horrible

Stayed for a week and didn’t got my room never cleaned. Left every day somewhere for 4-8 hours and always left the sign ”please make my room”. They ”cleaned” the room by dropping clean towels on the hallway floor in front of my door. I needed even buy my own toilet paper, because they never refilled that. I complained 3 times about cleaning and every time they promised that next day the room will be cleaned, which never happened.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was fine, all though the meal started by the waitress telling that there was 30% of the plates missing, example only one dessert that you could order.
I have traveled a lot and never experienced something even close to this.
