Hotel is in building shared with other businesses, so the entrance is not obvious - can be entered on either of the long sides near the middle of the building. Parking limited, so advise reserving a spot. Beautiful downtown.

the extra cost for parking increased the price from 60 to 69 per night - maybe would be easier to pay one class higher hotel where the parking is included plus also some small things like bathrobe, slippers and coffee maker in the room.

Good service from the young man at the reception desk. A nice spacious room with kitchenette, right in the city centre and close to a shopping mall. Car parking at the rear for 7.80 euros. WiFi good but only two devices were allowed at a time which was a bit of a nuisance. A good hotel and we would certainly return.

This was a last minute booking after a train was cancelled earlier that morning. I wasn't expecting very much for that price booked on the day of arrival but it was excellent. The room was great. The breakfast was good.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, aber das Bad winzig klein.

Freundlichkeit am Empfang hat Luft nach oben
Wir sind schon oft hier abgestiegen und waren immer zufrieden, nicht so diesmal. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht hinter dem Haus und zweimal war er vom Personal besetzt und wir mussten in der Kälte warten bis er frei wurde. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht gerade sehr freundlich. eine sitzt am Boden und die anderen sind nicht gerade das was wir unter freundlich verstehen. Unser Problem mit der vorzeitigen abreise wegen Familiärer Angelegenheiten wurde erst nachdem sich die Geschäftsleitung einmischte gelöst. Es ging um die Rückforderung der Touristengebühr und den Parkplatz. Wir haben sogar das Frühstück ersetzt bekommen mit einem Gutschein. Das obwohl wir nicht danach gefragt haben.

Wirklich perfekt gelegen mit Blick auf das Karl-Marx-Monument. Auch mit dem Auto kein Problem, durch ein eigenes Parkhaus. In einem Neubau auf zwei Etagen untergebracht, sehr nettes Team. Zimmer eher Standard.

Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, weil wir auf einem Konzert in dee Messe waren. Das Personal an beiden Tagen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allen wichtigen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Fußbodenheizung im Bad welche an einem kalten Novembertag eine super Sache ist.

Der einzigste Nachteil, den ich habe ist, dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte und mein Zimmer direkt auf die Innenstadt hinaus gerichtet war. Hier war es leider Gottes sehr laut und auch extrem warm über die ganze Nacht. Hier wäre eine Klimaanlage wirklich sehr hilfreich.

Das Hotel ist Klasse. Das Personal alle super freundlich. Frühstücken ist mit Glute Unverträglichkeit auch kein Problem cor an Teise wxtra angefagt und der Service hat für den aufenthalt jeden Tag wunderbare Leckere glutenfreie Brötchen frisch aufgebacken. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat für jeden etwas dabei und die Atmosphäre im Frühstückbereich ist auch sehr angenehm. Auch für das Leibliche wohl auf Nacht an der Bar ist sehr gut auch hier ein tolles Ambiente und die Cocktails ein Traum. Parkplätze sind auch super unkompliziert zu erreichen.

Durch das große Panoramafenster war es im Zimmer schon sehr warm. In der Nacht war Lüften nicht möglich da es durch die Straßenbahn und viel Geschrei im Park gegenüber sehr laut war.

Zimmer schön geräumig, riesige Fenster, um die super Aussicht auf das Stadtzentrum zu genießen. Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Übernachtung sehr gut. Tablet und W-Lan auf Zimmer TOP. Frühstück sehr gut. Übernachtung mit Hund kein Problem. Hund durfte mit in den Frühstücksraum, toll! Vielen Dank!

Wirklich ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Zimmer groß genug, Bett mit einer guten Matratze (Boxspring). Bad ist in Ordnung, man sollte etwas beim Duschen aufpassen, damit es nicht so nass wird, aber für den Preis kann man kein Bad von 12qm erwarten. DAs Hotel ist wirklich mitten in der Stadt. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen, sollten wir wieder in Chemnitz einen Aufenthalt planen.

Camera molto accogliente e pulita. Ho alloggiato in un singola con letto a una pizza e mezzo, abbastanza spaziosa. Lo staff è molto gentile. Al 5 piano c'era il bar con una sala comune dove poter chiacchierare o prendere un drink. L'hotel è a due passi dal centro di Chemnitz. La stazione dei treni e la stazione di Flixbus sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Non ho usufruito della colazione a pagamento in hotel, optatando per una colazione a buffet da Alex in centro, c'è comunque un bel bar proprio sotto l'hotel dove poter fare colazione e poco distante una bakery e un supermercato.
