I really enjoyed my stay at the Paradision Hotel. The propery is beautiful nice and clean. The friendly and professional staff did every thing to make my stay a memorable one. From the front desk ladies to the ladies that preapare delicious breakfast for us every morning I am greatful. Also, the location is great. With walking distance of the New port ans easy access to SeaBus water taxi to Mykonos town. If you are planning to walk, just note that there is a very steep hill to get to the property. For us was not a big deal as we travel light. Overall I highly recommend Paradision Hotel.

I loved staying here! It’s a sweet, family-run hotel with the kindest hosts and a cozy, homey vibe. The breakfast is fresh and beautifully set up each morning, and the views of the coast and pool are amazing. It’s peaceful and quiet—just note it’s about a 10-minute ferry ride from the main Mykonos area, but the ferry station is only a short walk away. Perfect if you want calm, comfort, and authentic hospitality!

You have to have transportation to get there otherwise you have to walk up a 10% grade hill. Front desk said they had a bar and when we asked to order she handed me a menu and when I ordered she said they only have 1 red wine and beer choice. The wine was horrible!

Staff was very accommodating and let us check out a little late as well. Spot is right next to the New port making it very easy to go to the old port as well as take the ferry to our next destination. Pool and breakfast offered were fantastic! We will definitely be back to stay in Mykonos!

We loved our stay here, even if the 10% grade on the street almost did me in. 😂

I have traveled around the world, and this was, without a doubt, the best breakfast for free in the world. There is nothing that didn't have, including all sorts of coffee options, all sorts of pastries, bacon, and eggs, yogurts, baklava, all sorts of cereal for kids, all sorts of fruits, and on, and on all included in the price of the hotel. As for the bed, it was adorable and comfortable, and we slept hard every night.

The property was amazing! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The staff was so nice, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The breakfast that is included was great and convenient as we would eat before leaving for the day. I would totally recommend this property and would stay here again! The small steep hill outside the hotel has helped define my leg muscles!😂

The hotel was nice and clean. The people at the front desk were very helpful with advice on places to see. We closed the hotel in October for the low season and got the same great service even if we were the only guests left.
The location next to the new port was usefull for travelling by ferries between islands and a seabus provided an cheap and easy way to go explore the old town. I would recommend taking a taxi to go up the hill if you have luggage.

Awesome views

The views from this hotel are awesome. Pool was great and they aerve a very nice breakfast. We thought the lication would be perfect for catching the bus downtown but the hill to climb up the the property is very ling and steep. Unless you are younger than 50, just beware that you may need to take a taxi to all destinations. The staff are lovely and helped with all arrangements. That was a great relief and everything they recommended was perfect for our visit. Please note, except for breakfast or requesting snacks, there is no food service, so lunch and dinner must be away from property. Only one restaurant near by...very good food, but mostly you need to taxi downtown. Once we got on track, we really lived the hotel, the views, the quietness and, especially, the staff. Great views. Good staff. Cleaner was great. Breakfast was good, selection of continental and cooked breakfasts.
The hill to the property is a 1 in 10 gradient. Even for the fittest, that's very very steep.
Our superior room did have a sea view but with 5 cars parked outside daily. That didn't feel superior.
We purposely picked a small and quiet hotel but the hotel hosts a local kids camp over the summer. They use the pool for swimming lessons for an hour daily plus there is a lot of noise from the club generally. Not odeal at all.

The staff are amazing at this property and go out of their way to help. It’s a lovely place to stay for a short trip (we stayed as we were catching the ferry at the nearby port). The only issue for us was the hill was a bit much for us, we are 2 young(ish), fit people and even we struggled with the hill to and from the hotel in the heat. Perhaps they could start a shuttle service to and from the port / Mykonos town. Otherwise great stay, lovely breakfast.

We found access difficult on a extremely steep street with uneven surface. We would not recommend for older people wishing to walk to the property.

My stay was amazing. The property is located directly near the new port so it is quick and easy to get into town. The staff were all friendly and Alex went above and beyond offering insight and assistance with booking taxis, excursions, and ordering food. The room was nice and cleaned daily. breakfast also never disappointed. One thing that I would like to mention is that it is located up a steep hill. The overall stay was amazing!

We were pleasantly surprised over everything with our stay. The service and personell were always friendly, service minded and very kind. Cute hotel but nothing special, very clean and the view from out room was amazing. Easy to get to town with the seabus just 5 min away. You’ll get a free workout when going home, the hill up to the hotel is quite a challenge ;)

The only drawback is that this hotel is up on steep hill with no sidewalk nearby- meaning that you have to walk on the street going on the steep hill (at almost between 45° to 60°)- un which if you have to rest you’ll be i tendering with incoming cars. Now that good thing about it is that you have an awesome ocean/port view.

(This is not the property’s fault but made our stay difficult: not being able to rent a car due to an international license requirement, made the hotel feel far away from everything. Getting a cab is almost impossible since there are only 31 in the whole island. And on top of that the water taxi- which is best option- it’s at around 300 meters out- incoming at around every 30 minutes)

An excellent family run hotel with a great view of the mykonos harbour and only minutes from the new port. Our stay at this hotel was great and the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were very clean and the view from our balcony was amazing. Couldn't have expected any better. Just be prepared to walk up and down the hill as the property is located on a very steep hill. The sea bus and bus stop to old town are a few minutes walk down tbe hill. Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay very comfortable.

The hotel is right outside of the port. Don't need to pay a taxi, just walk there (5-10 mins walking). Breakfast was really good. The only thing is they don't have restaurant in the hotel so you have to go outside to eat or order for delivery. The view from the room was amazing. Room are very spacious, clean and beds are comfortable.

The pool and breakfast were nice.
The hotel is more like a 2-star hotel or like a bed and breakfast feel. It has a bathroom that looks like you're in someone's home, with a shower curtain and outdated, old vanities.
To get to the hotel you have to book a private transfer for 20-25EUR from port even if the port is only 850m from hotel, or to pull your luggage on a steep unpaved 70 degree very long slope that is a challenge to walk on even without any luggage. No taxi wanted to take us there because it was about 850m (about half a mile) only drive.

So many rules - every time we turned around there was another rule to be followed. We kept wondering how anyone over the age of 40 can stay at the hotel - the hill up to the hotel is a beast to conquer. I had to bring a change of shoes just to get back up the hill at the end of each day. The view is stunning. The people area is nice, although there are many simple upgrades that could make it much nicer. The breakfast was so good!

I couldn’t be more happier with my stay at The Paradision. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, my room was great with a beautiful view over looking Old Port with Mykonos Town in the background. The pool is a great place to relax as well with the beautiful view. The staff as well couldn’t be more fantastic, very kind/helpful explaining the island, arranging taxis, and recommending places to go. They’re always truly involved in how your stay and experience is going. This will be my go to hotel for when I visit Mykonos again! **For warning though it is located on a very steep hill! So if your walking to the hotel from the port just be prepared to make that climb! **

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location and pool beautiful. Is up quite a steep hill, but this was fine for us. Breakfast was nice, good selection, served from 8-11. Wonderful view over New Port Marina, and over to Old Port of Mykonos. Seabus only 2 Euro across to Mykonos town. Only problem was a chip/hole in bottom of bath, where guest must have dropped the shower head! Overall very nice.

This was a lovely hotel with beautiful views and very friendly staff. The only downside is the extremely steep hill you have to climb to get back to the hotel. It is significant and can adversely impact somebody’s stay unless they are fit and fully healthy.

Good start to a greek vacation

We checked in a group of 4 the rooms was big and spacious. The room is clean and had all the necessary amenities for our stay. All staff was very accommodating in making our stay pleasurable. The breakfast was great, you have choices that would suite every one.

The hotel is located on a very steep street and to make things worse the street is in very poor condition and very dark. If you have any difficulty walking this is not the place for you. Stay down the street at Mikis Place directly in front of the port with water bus and bus stop at your doorstep.

Not a 4- star .. read review before booking

We stayed at this hotel or so called hotel for 2 nights. Check-in was pleasant not quite a 4 start hotel as we thought it would be i would give it more of 2 a bed and breakfast vibe. Day 1 morning my wife washed her hair and was blow drying it and the lights went out and we were told we had to wait 30 mins for the dad to arrive. We came to find out its family owned \"hotel\" which is not the problem, but waiting 30 mins for electricity seems quite drastic for a 4-star hotel. We became frustrated and that was relayed to the owner. She was not happy with our response with the accommodation so said she was going to kick us out and call the police. We travel quite often and never felt so unsafe and a different country as we did just at this location in Myconos. We apologized for our frustration and thereafter the hostility continued but we definitely did not feel safe. We booked another room else were. We come from the states where just cause you are frustrated doesnt mean you get kicked out of your room. Thats not how customer service happens. I think the situation could have been avoided with how we reacted of course, however moreso how the owner reacted to our response.

Location: The location is not ideal if you want to be in town by the old port, this by the new port great for taking the ferry from new port. I would warn you, taxi's are not available so you are stuck with bus or seabus. The major obstical is this hotel is on hill so going up the hill you are walking at close

Easy to get into Mykonos town via the sea bus EUR4.00 return which departs from he new port below the hotel. Beware of the very steep road to reach the hotel but that is the only negative!

This hotel is very outdated. Beds are not comfortable at all. You have to walk for 300 meter over 15% slope (very steep road) to get to the hotel if you don't have transportation (ie: taking a ferry to Mykonos) on the first day. imaging that with the language. It is not too far from the ferry port to take a taxi and it not easy walk either. I guess this is good for under 30 year old people with low budget. However the pool and breakfast are the best. Internet connection is not great either. You have to go to the lobby for decent connection.

Amazing!! Conveniently located and super close to old town. And not far from the top beaches of Mykonos as well. The hotel itself is family operated, the staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Always asked us if everything was ok and if we needed anything. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The view of the ocean from our room was AMAZING! There is a very steep hill though leading up to the hotel, but that was not a short stopper because the view, the staff and the hotel was all worth it! We are planning our next trip and will definitely stay here or recommend it.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has a good number of choices and is a lovely start to the day. Pool is very clean and always fairly quiet allowing for a peaceful swim. Staff went out their way to help with directions and suggest things to do during our stay. Downside is that the hotel is on a very steep hill and there isn't much choice of food/drinks at the pool area. Excellent stay overall.

Elegant Hotel

The hotel has amazing views of the harbor and it is fun to watch the boats come in and out. The family could not be nicer or more competent. The mother's grandfather had the first hotel on Mykonos and the tradition continues.
The grown children are excellent concierges, printing boarding passes, getting taxis, and helping other guests secure hotel rooms when the Paradision was full.
We found a good restaurant on the beach just to the right of the hotel it is call Petran.
My only recommendation is that the hotel work with the island to make steps on the side of the road leading up to the hotel. The road is too steep for older guests and one has to wear rubber soled shoes not sandals or you will slip.

A devastatingly gorgeous boutique hotel at port

The best thing about Greece is the People! After three weeks, we understood this. However, this was only out first night after arriving from Seattle. Oddly enough, there was another couple from home staying here. The location is very convenient, but requires a studly walk up a steep hill for a block, or a taxi to put you on the the doorstep. Either way, it is WORTH IT!

We loved the exclusivity of the steep terrain, because there was only guests in the are of the hotel, and a commanding view of the harbor. We walked right down the hill for dinner at the Mathew Taverna, and ate our first Greek dinner as a family. There we were soaking it all in, observing everyone, and trying to blend. The food was incredible, even for tourist prices, and the wait staff were very attentive.

This was the first of 7 places we stayed, and we would immediately come back to stay for at least a week or more here. The staff were very helpful when our phones had trouble with US settings adapting to the router. They also cleaned thoroughly every day. And I adored the small kitchen staff, trying to communicate with me, and teaching me the simple Greek words of pleasantries.

Our only unexpected note, was that the refrigerator with the left overs from the wonderful dinner shut off when we left the room because of the key-power slot for lights, etc. Not a deal breaker, just a convenience note.

A 3-star hotel away from city center

We had a family suite room. Nice view and clean/spacious room for 3 of us. Breakfast is OK and all amanities all minimum.

It's away from the city center and all other attractions. You must rely on Sea Bus, taxi or have to walk 35 min to the city. The staff said 15-20 min walk but trust me it's at least 30 min (I am a slim and hard core Zumba dancer). Also, the hill up to the hotel could be a challenge to many people who walk.

I wish I had booked something closer to the city. Many hotels also provide free shuttle bus from the new port but they don't. (they are only 2 min away - but hard to walk up if you have large luggages) 2-min ride of Taxi is 10 Euro.

Great hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Beautiful setting overlooking the new port. A €2 sea taxi ride takes you into Mykinos Old Town.

Only issue is (as lots of places on Mykonos ), a steep hill from the road to the hotel, not recommended if you are infirm or have health problems.

Clean, comfortable hotel near the Port

We had planned to stay only one night, so chose this pretty hotel near the port. A ferry strike changed those plans quickly. Our hostess was very helpful and kind: we were able to stay for three nights, no room change required. The food at Matthew's at the bottom of the extremely steep driveway was some of the very best we had during our three weeks in Greece. It is a short walk to the Sea Bus dock to take a ride into Old Town Mykonos. There are also agencies nearby for rental cars or motorbikes for further island exploration. The pool is beautifully kept, with sweeping views of the harbor, plenty of sun beds and a poolside shower for rinsing. The breakfast featured homemade pastries, fresh orange juice, hot coffee as well as yogurt and fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and fresh bread. We felt very welcome and comfortable here.

Very nice hotel, lovely helpful staff.

Had a great time here would definitely go back, got a free upgrade to a much bigger room, hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff are really nice and helpful. Location is good as it's nice and quiet and just a short taxi boat across the bay to get to Mykonos town.

Family-like hospitality

The hotel is run by a family and it feels like being invited to a family. Alexandra at the reception is very friendly and helpful, the room and the pool were very clean. The area is quiet, and located very close to the new port, to/from most of the ferries arrive.

Unforgettable Stay - Amazing Hotel, View, Staff

We arrived at Paradision a little before our check-in and were greeted by very friendly and attentive Anna - who made us feel at home in the darkling and cozy Grecian lobby, helped us with luggage, and was our go-to concierge for any insider tips while in Mykonos. We decided to forego a rental but taxis were easily available and convenient to get around the island to various beaches and restaurants we had picked.

The hotel is perched up on a hill right above the port which is very convenient if you arrive by a boat and is less than 20 min away from airport if arriving by plane. Rooms are comfortable with great beds and excellent views. The breakfast is served by the pool with hilltop views of the port and surrounding hills. It is about 5-7 walk to Seabus (water taxi - 2 euros) which gets you into Mykonos town within 7 min. This provided us a chance to have quiet resort seclusion away from the noise of Mykonos town.

From the first moment of arrival to our departure we were looked after with Greek hospitality by the family that owns Paradision and had a really hard time leaving. In fact, we happened to forget our passport and resident cards in the safe when we left and the hotel staff kindly drove them down to the port for us so we wouldn't miss our boat - could not ask for better.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff, beautiful view

Your time in Mykonos is sure to be amazing if you stay at Paradision Hotel.

It is located just near the new port and away from the craziness of the main town. A bus stop in located at the end of the street so travel into town is very short and easy. We decided to hire a car which we found to be more convenient and a great way to see the rest of the island, parking provided.

Paradision Hotel is a small hotel run by a family and a few staff members. All staff were so friendly and always accommodating to our every need. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing, assisting us to hire a car and suggesting many beaches, restaurants and places to visit on the island.

The facilities are great, with a lovely big pool providing beautiful views of the town and sunset at night. The room was spacious, with enough floor space for our two suitcases to lay open with plenty of room around them to walk. Bathroom was also very spacious and clean.

Great buffet breakfast, with different food and delicious cakes prepared daily by staff. House-made lemon yoghurt is a must!

Paradision Hotel made our stay in Mykonos extra special and I definitely would stay here on my next visit!

Close to new port, not anything else

I felt like I was staying at my mother in laws house. We were scolded for walking on a wet floor and told multiple times to be careful with the dishes in particular wine glasses.

Bad service, Expensive price

Unfriendly reception compared to other Greek accomodation. Slight sewerage smell in room. Very expensive given the quality. The hotel advertised a shuttle service to the airport. But not true, they charged €25 for a 10 min ride to the airport. This place was the holiday rip off. However, Breakfast was very good and Bed comfortable. But not worth the sky high price.

Too expensive not worth it

Let me start by saying that hotel is uphill and quite far from main town of Mykonos - you need to either take a taxi or seabus - boat runs every hour. I would not stay there again, hotel was expensive and not worth it. So many other beautiful places to visit in Europe but we were curious about Mykonos...not again.

Near the port and very convenient to town. The bus station and seabus station is just next to the hotel. but there is a slope before you reach the hotel. That killed my boyfriend and I, when the temperature is above 30 degree. Overall the hotel service is good. Quite room, nice pool and appropriate breakfast.

First Night of the Honeymoon

We picked a sea view room. The hospitality was wonderful, and everyone we talked to was great. We only stayed the one night, but would gladly have stayed more if we could. The room felt like a home away from home. The breakfast food was awesome, and I really appreciated the home made drink available in the morning. Only thing I recommend is calling ahead for a shuttle pick up. The walk up the hill from the port was arduous with our bags. The location is great as it is close to the new port. We weren't into the whole night life thing that many visit Mykonos for, so this was perfect. Loved it!!

There are better choices in downtown.

The way to this hotel is terrible. You better prepare your hiking shoes or else the slope would be seriously dangerous. It's more than 60 degree slope with slippery rock surface. My wife and I almost fall off a few times when climbing up and down.
The room itself is ok. But the hot water and wifi may not be available anytime without any notice. Others are fine...

Really nice hotel

Paradision is a really good and \"feel like at home\" hotel. Is small but had everything you need. The breakfast is homemade and the two ladies running it are wonderful, with a kin eye for the detail, never missing anything. The rooms had stunning views to the new port and to Mykonos island. If you want to walk to the center is a 20-30 min walk (is a road walk, not a sidewalk one). The swimming pool is really nice and the staff is great. Really nice stay in Mykonos
