Fabulous location and place and breathtaking views.

Other than a gaggle of very loud guests (about 20) who spent two hours outside our room (from about 6am to 8am) taking photos of the view for Insta, I couldn’t fault it. And hotel also couldn’t help we chose that one night. Would defo come back xx

The property is really a resort and it's beautiful: the room, the views (OMG the views!!!), the pool, the restaurant were all top of the line. The staff is very attentive, kind and customer service is 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay! Not really walkable anywhere other than the beach which is beautiful and has a restaurant but the hotel offers transfers to town which were cheaper than Uber. The only feedback is that we wished there were bathrobes in the room, everything else was perfect.

Beautiful property. Unfailingly polite, personable, and attentive staff. Food and beverages were top notch.

The only complaint would be the volume of the music that was being played in the pool area. Our group of 4 was unable to converse with each other while seated at a poolside table without raising our voices considerably. As we were the only guests sitting by the pool at the time we asked a staff member if the volume could be lowered slightly. It was handled immediately. Unfortunately, in less than 2 minutes the volume was turned back up (by a person who seemed to be a manager). The music was also pretty loud in one of the lower level rooms off from the pool. Having the music come on in the morning while we were having breakfast was a turnoff, as well.

The property is beautiful and clean, however the room we stayed in was quite small and the beds were even smaller and quite uncomfortable. Only staff members were nice and polite, the rest were so rude, unhelpful and did clearly understand English.

The property was very well taken care of. The staff of the hotel were wonderful! Specifically those that worked the pool area and the front desk! We did have a charger come up missing during our trip. We’ve looked all over and it did not come home with us. When we address this with the front staff, they looked into it immediately, but the charger was not found. The property was not very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but getting a driver set up was easy and safe! I would definitely return if if I ever go to Mykonos again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Mykonos and Mykonos Princess Hotel.
- great staff, breakfast, pool ambiance/view, and shuttle service to all that the island has to offer.

- small negatives, our 3 room suite was a little outdated, and had minor issues with AC and hot water. staff was very attentive though- and these issues were minor
- have to bake in extra cost for shuttle service!… easily 100 euro per day to go and explore island and get to town/best beaches. rental cars here are really expensive, and we preferred not to wait for buses (which could have saved money).

overall, a great stay, very close to the port, and loved the people who treated us great.

Wonderful hotel and amenities. Nice beach near by to walk to and restaurants walking distance. Can get a bus in to town and hotel has taxi you can book with them also.
We had some minor issues with pillows but was only there two nights so sure would have been resolved.

Every staff member is polite and welcoming. It’s a delight to stay here and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant very reasonable - portions are generous and food is tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere in the hotel is positive and the pool is a real asset with the beds around which are comfortable - and there are great views of the sea. I am so happy we chose this hotel! Loved the sea bus into the old town!

Stay was not great. We had a 4 night stay and throughout our stay the TV didnt work, and no hot water after one person showers. Fridge didnt work after power tripped and on one day the room was cleaned but the bed was not madeup. Only saving grace wasa water called Anna who was excellent and Dimitri at the front desk. Also the hotel is quite far from the main town and a 40 euro charge for a return trip. 35 euro to the piet which is not even 5 min.

I've stayed in many lovely, high end hotels all over the world. The Mykonos Princess is a hidden gem! The Princess is on the quiet side of Mykonos, yet only a 10 minute hotel shuttle from town.

The property is immaculately maintained. The pool and dining area are centrally located, and quite nice. The complimentary breakfast is made to order, and is outstanding! The views from the hotel are spectacular.

The staff were extraordinary! Need more coffee in your suite? Two minutes. Need more water? One minute
Every request was met with an instant positive response!

What stood out the most about the Princess was the staff's response in an emergency. I developed a worrisome eye issue the last day of our stay. Konstantinos at the front desk, and Nikos, the shuttle driver delivered over the top assistance by getting me to an emergency ophthalmology appointment, before 8 in the morning. They worked around their already busy schedule to drive me to and from the appointment. I'm forever grateful to both of them for taking such amazing care of me, during an emergency.

The Mykonos Princess is simply the Best!

There are no words to describe the AMAZING experience that we had during our stay at the Mykonos Princess Hotel! The staff was professional, polite and very helpful with all of our needs. They went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. They made great suggestions for places to eat and visit. The front desk staff was excellent. They made sure to assist with our transport. I visited numerous of the Greek islands and stayed in a number of hotels during my holiday, but Mykonos Princess was the best hands down. This hotel is very beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. It is perched on a bluff with an amazing view of the bay. The staff was eager to please, from the first moment we arrived. One disappointment was the room we initially booked: it was downstairs with one small window and a view of a wall. This wasn't clear from the Expedia booking page. But seeing our disappointment, the staff upgraded us to a wonderful room with an ocean view the second night. I will also say the hotel is a little remote: you have to walk on a somewhat dangerous road to get to the beach and take a relatively expensive shuttle to town. But I think the beautiful location was worth it.

We arrived on August 5th 2022 and it was such an easy check-in, the transportation from the airport was arranged, Yanis was amazing driver and so hospitable. We got a hotel transfer from the Port which we had only arranged just before we got on the ferry in santorini. Upon arrival we were greeted by Maria, who was so friendly and had even upgraded us to a better room and with a hot tub!
All reception staff were great and arrange a quad for us, gave us a map and highlighted all the must see beaches on the island...you even got a beach bag with towels to take with you.
Breakfast was brilliant, we were served by Giorgios who was so attentive.
The hotel is located a little bit north of Mykonos town which was perfect for us...there were buses into Mykonos that were cheap or you could get a taxi there.
There is a beach literally 2 minutes away from the hotel, or you can enjoy your day by the pool on the daybeds with music playing and the bar!
Our flight home was later on in the evening and they were able to give us a late checkout too.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We have a fantastic stay at Princess Mykonos. Our Honeymoon suite is beyond expectation. Cosy, clean, comfy bed, we enjoyed the stunning view of Mykonos town and spent many wonderful times on the daybed as well as the outdoor jacuzzi. George the manager greeted us on arrival and showed us around. He was very professional and friendly. Welcome drink by the pool marked a perfect start of the stay. There were music nights every Fri and Sun and George did an amazing job in bringing the guests together. Breakfast was awesome and extremely generous, the best a la cart breakfast we had in Greece! Definitely will come back and already recommend this hotel to friends!

A beautiful hotel that could be a bit better

This is a terrific hotel 3 km from Mykonos Town. We loved the room and its great view, and breakfasts were very good.
However, there are a few things that could make this hotel even better, and they fall into 2 categories. In the first category are some charges, particularly the 2 Euro surcharge for espresso drinks at breakfast and steep charges (as much as 22 Euros) for mixed drinks. Granted, this is a luxury hotel, but that fact alone makes the espresso surcharge look sort of cheap. As for the costs of mixed drinks, we would have had more than a single round if the prices had been more reasonable (a top charge of 12 - 15 Euros would seem more appropriate).
The second category concerns service. While staff were generally friendly and helpful, we had 2 issues, admittedly minor, which could have been handled better. The first involved the non-perishable welcome gifts, which were removed from the room after our first night and before we consumed them. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in recent decades, and I have never had welcome gifts (even fresh fruit) removed after the first night. When I asked about this, I was simply told that this was hotel policy, with no apology offered. The second situation was when I reported that the maids were coming to the room earlier than we would have liked (while we were at breakfast). I was told to set out the "Do not disturb" notice, but none was provided in the room. It took 3 requests over several hours to get such a notice.

This was a beautiful property - but we arrived during the first few days of opening and I don't think the were at 100% staff yet. I would definitely go back again. Although if staying in a Maisonette, we aware that only the first 2 to 3 people get hot water - the water is cold for the other 3-4 guests. But I am sure the staff have everything under control by now and would recommend Mykonos Princess.

First: it is not 5 star hotel!!!! Mybe 3 star hotel.
There is no isolation in the rooms and you hear what is happening around you, and you hear a room next to you and you also hear the tap and the water from the rooms next to it. The hotel is of a very low standard, the pool is poor and small (I would not call it a pool) there is no free shuttle service to the city,What is in every hotel in the area. A small, cramped hotel. We had an unpleasant smell in the room. I will never go back to this hotel

Princess Hotel's service staff is phenomenally good. Their staff is so attentive. It's beyond my wildest expectations. The room is spectacular. The hotel has an amazing view of Argios Stefanos Beach and Mykanos City. They had a shuttle pick us up from the hotel even though we forgot to schedule the shuttle ahead of time. The driver picked us up almost instantly. Princess Hotel is the most fantastic place to stay in Mykonos.

From the moment we got there we were treated like kings and queens! The friendliest staff work here and go above and beyond to ensure you are having a pleasant stay. Our hotel/balcony/view was AMAZING!! We got the honeymoon suite, which I highly recommend. The food and drinks were to die for. Everything was just more than we expected it to be and I can't wait to go back. The only downfall is that you are not in the heart of town but it's only a 10 min bus ride to town :)

We would never stay here again

Unfortunately, we had several problems. Ants were the biggest problem and when we told the front desk about them, they did nothing, it only got worse. The total bill for shuttles was around 250 Euro extra, cause the hotel is far enough away that you cannot walk to town. So 15 euro to town each way, and 30 euro to the beach each way, and 35 to the airport each way. It adds up fast. Next problem was the food. its so so bad we just starting having every meal outside the hotel.
