Everything about the hotel was a delight. Beautiful and spotless throughout. Fabulous breakfast. Calm, friendly and very professional staff who provided everything needed throughout our stay. It was the most relaxing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were really well looked after. Thank you.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, great location, friendly staff, we had a few hiccup like first night they gave us the wrong room but then when we told them, they moved us the next day to the room we actually paid for. That’s why I’m not giving them 5 stars but definitely recommend it.

Family holiday:
We had suite 45 which had a superb view of the bay below and over to Mykonos town in the distance. We picked a Superior Suite as we had our son age 16 with us and there is a sofa bed in that configuration that worked well as his room and it's also a comfortable one as well, giving him his own space. The Balcony was superb and a great place to sit in the evening and watch the world go by. The only down side was that until 22:30 each evening we could also hear the music coming from the pool area below, but in the scheme of things this was no big issue. Air conditioning and the Bathroom shower were fantastic a great size, and the Suite was comfortable and cleaned each day of our stay. One nice touch was the fridge in our room which dod allow space for us to go to the local corner shop a few minutes walk away and get a supply of various cold drinks. They also do Fantastic pizza to order at the shop for €12 well with the money ! Breakfast was from a menu so not a Buffet style that we are used to and it did feel a bit constrictive after a few days but the service was great. Hotel also had an underground car park and we never failed to get a space in there 16 days we were there. Mykonos town is a short 8 minute drive away making it an easy trip to town for an evening meal. don't park in town it's €25 before you get to town there is a huge free car park on the right by the harbour. Overall 8/10 but if you have younger children you may find the pool a bit small.

This is a small boutique style hotel. Don't expect a grand resort. But you get amazing personalized service.. they greet you like family. They help you with every step of the way. Amazing service. My room was very nice and maintained. They helped us with the luggage we didn't have to carry a thing. The breakfast was good and the cocktail by the pool was delicious. The location is about a 10 minute drive from the main town of mykonos. The view from my hotel room was pretty.. we saw the bay with cruise ships. There is a beach just down the road which is decent. Although the beaches in the other side of the island are much a nicer experience. But you can go to those beaches during the day and come back in the evenings. Its still much closer to town than the other beaches.

My wife and I booked a Superior Suite at Grace Mykonos expecting a spacious room with a walk-in shower and sea views, as shown on their website and Expedia. As a platinum member on Expedia, we were excited for our stay, but what we received was far from what we had paid for.

We were given a cramped room with two sub-rooms, no walk-in shower, and a handheld shower that barely worked. The staff argued it was because we booked through a third party, but the photos were identical on both sites. They claimed our room fell under the \"Superior Suite\" category, despite not matching the advertised images. After much frustration, they agreed to change our room the next day.

The damage was done.
The next day, we were upgraded to a room with a plunge pool, which we didn’t ask for. We simply wanted the room we paid for. A staff member admitted the original room was a mistake.

Even after moving to the better room, our first night’s experience left us deeply unsatisfied. Reaching out to Expedia for compensation led to more frustration, as they repeatedly passed me around and eventually refused compensation.

I strongly urge future guests to double-check with the hotel directly. The misleading photos and poor customer service make Grace Mykonos a place I will never return to.

You will need transportation to get into the Mykonos old town, (bus terminal a short walk down the hill). The hotel was very clean with great views of the bay and ocean. It was a little difficult finding it because the main entrance is on the road, however there is a garage for parking. The staff were very pleasant and well trained. They specialize in breakfast as most guests don't seem to have lunch or dinners there and the wait was quite long for service.

We had the double room with a patio and plunge pool. The pool is not a jacuzzi so it is not heated, but it was so hot during the day a cold plunge turned out to be quite refreshing. The amenities were good, and the service staff responding quickly for extra towels and pillows etc. The TV in our room never worked however.

We would rate this hotel as good, but could improve in certain areas like food choices for lunch and dinners.

This place is spectacular! From Evan at the front desk to the servers at the restaurant everyone was so nice and accommodating, I felt like I was treated like a queen! Top that with some of the most beautiful views of Mykonos and you have yourself the most absolutely perfect Grecian getaway. Go here!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely and our room, whilst not huge (junior suite) was very comfortable with a nice balcony and sea view. Staff are very friendly. Pool area is quite small, but lovely with great views. We could always get a bed. Breakfast was nice. A shuttle bus into Mykonos Town would be good, but the public bus is fine. Definitely recommend the Greek restaurant at the top of the steps, we went twice. I think it's called limnos. Definitely recommended

This place was everything and more. Just like the pictures it was so beautiful! We had a room with a plunge pool and that was a highlight. Waking up everyday to the amazing view of the Aegean seas and surrounding hills and the tasty breakfast on our private patio soaking it all in was indeed priceless. The complimentary breakfast menu and staff are also really good. The front desk staff was so accommodating and courteous in every way! I even injured my toe while there and they did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable. Mykonos is a must Go! Grace is definitely the place to stay and Nostos Mykonos Yacht is a great way to sail those seas! 10/10 for Grace🎉⭐️

Beautiful small hotel. Super nice and helpful staff. Far enough from the Mykonos party noise to be nice and quiet, yet only a 15 min. bus-ride away from the port. The food was amazing. The beach right below the Hotel is nice and has 3 very good Tavernas.

Grace is a beautiful hotel! All of the staff were so friendly and warm they made it such an excellent stay. We especially loved breakfast each morning and all of the staff in the restaurant. The location is perfect because it’s further enough away from town for peace and quiet but it’s also very short drive anywhere you want to go on the island. The view from the pool is spectacular!

Wonderful late season stay at Grace

Lovely stay at Grace for 9 nights. Despite there only being on average 4 or 5 rooms of the 32 booked, and therefore our glasses somewhat rose tinted, the service was an ideal blend of professional and personal.

Grace delivered everything you want from a boutique hotel and brought us some much needed escapism from what’s going on back home.

The Deluxe Room was comfortable, with a large bathroom and a small balcony with a sea view; an ideal spot to watch the sunset.

The breakfast was simple but always very tasty. Be it the yoghurt or the eggs benedict, a great way to start the day.

The pool area, which we had to ourselves for most of the stay was an oasis of calm. Glorious views of Agios Stefanos.

The team at reception was most helpful in recommending restaurants, bars and hidden beaches to visit.

The gym was very small, but a welcome pre breakfast activity, given most of the days were spent on the beach or round the pool!

A shame not to have use of the spa or any food on site after 5pm, but we look forward to coming back, when the world is a little more normal.

We had one small and constructive criticism from our stay, which was breakfast service. A little on the rushed side with waiting staff flying in to clear plates from which you were still chewing your last mouthful, which doesn’t make for a relaxing meal!

All in all, a wonderful 9 nights. Special mention to Christina, an absolute gem, whose cocktail making is only topped by her kindness.

Great views but small room

We had very high expectations about this hotel but left with mixed feelings.. the room had an amazing view but it was super small (I guess we were not lucky). The pool is ok, but not great and the area to stay is not too big either (not many sun beds).
Given the offer in the island I would pick a different place next time.

I'm a travel writer so I've been to my fair share of hotels. I read the most incredible reviews about Grace Mykonos and the pictures looked beautiful, so I booked it. It was the worst hotel experience of my life:
- the rooms are basic and quite noisy
- they charge you a euro per small bottle of water - of course this is fine when you're eating at a restaurant, but to be charged for bottled water at your hotel, when tap water is supposedly unsafe to drink is absurd
- apparently there's a new law that housekeeping can only clean the room every other day due to COVID, something they inform you about after check-in, however this didn't bother me. What bothered me was that the day housekeeping was supposed to clean, I had to call them 3 times before they actually showed up, and that was at 2pm
- I noticed a dead fly on the floor of my room
- just a general feeling of being ripped off.

This experience at Grace completely put a damper on our time in Mykonos. So much so that we had to move hotels to Mykonos No5, which is an incredible hotel. Overall, Grace makes itself out to be a luxury hotel, when in reality, it deserves a 3 star status at the very most. Please be warned, do not stay here.

Free shuttle service to Mykonos town in the evening. Nice quiet beach in front of the hotel with a couple of tavernas.

Grace Mykonos - Gracefully cool

Grace Mykonos is a very well run boutique hotel in Ágio Stefanos with a beautiful view of the sea and Mykonos Town (Chora). The staff both at reception and at the pool restaurant where breakfast is served, are all extremely professional, gentle and make you feel at home! The room I have stayed it was somehow small (luxury double room) , although it had a small balcony with a beautiful sea view! The other junior and master suites some with plunge pool are large room with terraces and plunge pools! The Hotel concierge is very helpful and organizes restaurants and beach clubs reservations or request and gives great recommendations! Dimitris the Manager of the restaurant/pool bar is a star......always with a big smile and runs the place flawlessly!

Incredibly small room and balconies. They are impossible to utilize and absolutely ridiculously close to the other rooms. I imagine we were staying in the worst part of the hotel. We looked into the staff rooms open doors.. staff sleeping on double bunk beds and cloths hanging everywhere. This is not my idea of a luxury hotel. Personal tries hard.
I picked this hotel because of the consistency of good reviews. I am a bit confused....

One of a kind !

The attention and services at Grace Mykonos were excellent and higher than our expectations! Juliette, the Concierge, was amazing throughout our stay. They welcomed us with champagne and home made chocolates ! Our rooms had the most amazing views of the sea and town. The breakfast was unique in its presentation and flavors....The restaurant staff went out of their way in their treatment and service. By far, one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at and conveniently located near the town and beaches. Even the General Manager Panos was always available to check up daily on our stay. Truly a one of a kind boutique hotel! We traveled with our family of 6 and will always have a great memory of Grace Mykonos. Will be back!

The stay was phenomenal. The only problem was having tot ale a taxi 5 minutes into Mykonos town which cost 15 euros, so a bit pricey. The hotel had a free shuttle but it only runs until midnight. The nightlife starts much later than that so you need a taxi if your out having fun. The hotel was amazing though and I’d stay again!

Fantastic hotel worthy of five stars. Service ranks as the best I’ve seen in the MANY hotels I’ve travelled through over the last 13 years that I’ve been visiting Europe. The team went through the extra effort of making my birthday morning so special and it ended up being the best part of the day as we had a terrible ferry ride to Santorini that made me ill. Thank you to Stef that tracked our ferry whilst we had an amazing breakfast with the team on the 30th sep 18. You guys rocked!

Amazing boutique hotel!

The hotel staff made our stay complete with a champagne welcome and 5 course champagne breakfast every morning. Our deluxe room had a small outdoor plunge pool with views across the bay. Lovely swimming pool area with sunbeds for around 20 people so nice and relaxing. 2 mins from the beach and complimentary shuttle into town and back in the evenings. The perfect hotel in Mykonos!

Nice hotel for staying in.

While most people want to see an island we did that but also wanted to stay in, tan, sleep and rebuild. Grace is perfect for both. The staff is extremely attentive, almost overboard and the amenities are equal to the task.
If you have the means, invest in a room with a dipping pool, it's worth it.
One request, turn down services before 10pm, perhaps by 7pm, for those still on an earlier time change would be nice.

Great hotel , but disappointing room

We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to generally be of a high standard . The pool area , bar and dining areas were all very stylish with great views . All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The downside , for us was the location of our bedroom. There are a few bedrooms in the hotel that are located directly next to a busy road , with traffic noise from early in the morning till late at night . If booking , I would check the location of the room within the hotel, as these roadside rooms are not to be recommended , especially considering the star rating of the hotel

Among the best hotel service I've ever received, from the initial greeting (champagne toast at reception) through departure. My wife and I had our infant daughter with us and the staff was very accommodating. Free shuttle rides to/from town (<5 km) but they do charge for shuttle rides to/from the port or airport. Gorgeous views and a short walk to the beach. Very unique and tasty breakfast included.

We stayed here during our honeymoon. We were picked up at the airport & immediately greeted with champagne at the outdoor reception area followed by a personalized hotel tour! We stayed in an absolutely beautiful room with a patio overlooking the beach below. I loved that the room contained spa products & robes. The breakfast at the pool was 5 star all the way. The staff was incredibly kind and very eager to please. The food was amazing! We loved being a stone's throw from a nearby beach. The hotel is a 5-10 min drive to Mykonos town but we did not mind since it was nice to be a bit removed from the action during the day. The only bummer was that at night you had to wait for a ride downtown. The only other negative was the size of the pool & surrounding deck. It was hard to get a sunbed as rude hotel guests woke up with the sun to reserve their chairs & then disappeared for hours while the chairs sat empty. The hotel should have a chair reservation policy so that inconsiderate guests are not able to monopolize a chair all day. Mary at the front desk was incredible to us & she took care of every detail during our stay - transportation, ATV rental, dinner reservations, etc. We would highly recommend the Grace to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Mykonos!

Biggest mistake we made was not having dinner at the hotel until the eighth evening of a ten night stay. Although breakfast was always good, dinner was superb! And the setting of the dining room looking over the pool and out to sea is amazing... A special mention for George who looked after us that night. All staff are great but he stands out!

Agios Stefanos beach is seconds away. It's not the best on Mykonos but it's handy. The hotel shuttle gets you into town quickly so you can do anything else or go anywhere else you want. And the staff will help you with anything like getting a car or quad bike (recommended!).

Overall, the feeling of being welcome will stay with me. From being met with a glass of champagne on arrival to having your return airport transfer arranged, nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Perfect Getaway

There's really no amount of superlatives that can do justice to how fantastic our stay was. The hotel itself was everything we'd hoped for from the pictures - clean, cool, contemporary and so so comfortable. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail - the personalised breakfast menus were wonderful. But the special mention has to go to the staff who went above and beyond their duties to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everything we needed was attended to, and if something was required, they'd go the extra mile. The food was amazing (homemade pastries and cakes in between courses are great and a lovely touch) and there's plenty of tavernas close by should you fancy some local faire - check out Petran Taverna on the beach and Limious Taverna on the hill above the hotel for a killer view. We will definitely go back!
