This was our first stay at Rocabella Hotel in Myconos.
The hotel was much more beautiful than what we expected and the service was excellent.
The ocean view is breath taking, you get to see a beautiful and huge view of a beautiful bay.
Although Mykonos is a very Windy City all year round, the hotel has an open restaurant next to the pool that is very comfortable and lets you enjoy the views while having a nice meal.
The rooms are nicely decorated in the Mediterranean style, with minibar and a coffee machine. The air conditioner is very good and the window shutters are very helpful for good night sleep.
The bathroom amenities are thoughtful with very good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
The gym is just in front of the ocean view so you can workout while admiring the Aegean Sea! Is a small gym but it has everything you need for a nice workout at your stay.
All staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful they truly made our stay a great experience.
The car service from the hotel is very affordable and lets you enjoy Mykonos in a safe and trustworthy way. Don’t hesitate to book their service to visit downtown or to transfer to the airport.

This is a gorgeous property on the outskirts of Mykonos town. It is somewhat remote, so transportation or the hotel's driver is necessary to get you around the island. It is tranquil and beautiful and has a great, relaxing pool, good wine list, and fresh food. The staff is also very attentive an wonderful.

So the miniature pool in the room was literally like a bathtub on a closet balcony. It was a beautiful resort. It was up on a cliff, so it was removed from right in town stuff, but that was fine. The view was gorgeous. Staff was great.

The aesthetic of the hotel and the view were highlights.

On check in I told reception we were separate, but instead of treating me as a separate entity they decided to show the two friends I came with my room first. After checking out I found out they billed what should have been billed to my room to their room. My room was smaller than theirs, which was upsetting as I know we paid the same price. The bathroom door had a lock but didn’t lock. Its outward swing blocked the circulation of the room. The drawers either wouldn’t work or would get jammed and fall out.

The quality of house keeping to turn over my room was poor. Clumps of hair left by the sink. Furniture was left askew. Never left more toothpaste or q-tips when I finished what was originally given on check-in.

My requests through WhatsApp were granted. There was a friendly cat on site.

Comfortable stay, due to miscommunication our complimentary drinks ended up being billed to the room which caught us off guard. The staff are friendly and very accessible through WhatsApp, rooms are clean, breakfast is yummy! If you are planning to rent vehicles it is a great place to be as the area is not very walkable.

The pool and the view is what you are paying for. They are great, but I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star. More like a 3-4 it’s also pretty expensive and not worth the price they charge. The food was mediocre at best. And the neighbors gave us a noise complaint on a Saturday night for chatting on the phone on the balcony. Overall nice place, staff was friendly but not worth the price. Will not stay again

I recently stayed at Rocabella and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and the stunning view from the window. The bathroom was modern with high-end amenities and plenty of hot water, making for a rejuvenating experience.

The hotel offers fantastic facilities including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene spa. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the on-site restaurant which served delicious and diverse cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a range of options that catered to all dietary preferences.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated within taxi distance to major attractions and public transportation. This made sightseeing and exploring the city incredibly convenient.

The location was ok, a little out of the way to access restaurants. Hard to get a taxi to pick you up so you have to use the hotel car at 25 euros per drive. Breakfast was good a la carte but buffet was very limited and sad. Coffee was impossible to get hot, it was a task. Pool area is beautiful, rooms were nice, lots of mosquitoes, could be the season. The front desk staff were amazing, the pool towel assistant from Pakistan was the sweetest man in the world, wishing everyone a healthy long life and great days, that in itself made out day everyday. The hotel did set up a rental car for us and it was flawless. The Company Assimomitis is the best rental Company I have ever used! Not sure I would come back to this hotel.

Our stay at Rocabella Mykonos was great! The property is beautiful, lots of attention to detail. Even though they were working on the garage gate they made every effort for it to be quick and as little noise as possible. Staff were all great and attentive. Pool area lovely. We also got a nice room with a private pool which was a great surprise :) the food is very good... And we slept super well! Great quality linen. And lovely touch giving the little gift at turn down. We also got a bottle of wine as i am Gold Expedia member.
The little things they have to work on that would make the experience perfect: we found for the price pe night we should have a bottle of water free daily and refills of coffee and tea bags also in the room. And lastly, i had little bottles of cream and conditioner in the room and when i asked if I could have the shampoo (won't lie love the Apitiva products and wanted to bring them home with me where I don't find them) i was told they don't put small bottles into the bathrooms and if i wanted any of those products I had to pay. So the only thing I found really strange and in the end gave up and left the products.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Mykonos. Breakfast was included and the food was amazing. We had the yogurt with fruits and honey, oats, omelette, kayanas, boiled egg, and espresso (favorite was the kayanas). The receptionist assisted us with getting in contact with a rental company. The rental company came to the hotel to drop off the car and also accommodated us so we can drop off the car in the port on the day of departure. The service in this hotel is exceptional and let me tell you how people ran to us to take our luggage. During the day you can enjoy in the daybeds overlooking the ocean. We went during the end of May so the water was very cold (many people still got in). The room was clean, spacious and we received complimentary water bottles.

The first night we arrived at the Rocabella hotel in Mykonos was probably the worst out of our stay.

We were greeted by a rude receptionist (Evans), who sat us down in the restaurant for a welcoming drink, which was yellow coloured water. After around 10 minutes of waiting, I got up to see what was happening with our check in process and was told to go and sit back down and wait a little longer. Finally, 10 minutes later we were then escorted to our room by the same rude receptionist.

The very same rude receptionist (Evans) was very insulting and eventually caused a bit of an argument where we told him repetitivily to stop being rude and leave us alone in our room, he then left slamming the room door.

Throughout the first night stay, there was a loud banging sound coming from outside of the room, it was extremely loud. I got up to investigate and found that a door outside near the room was faulty, and kept opening and slamming shut because of the wind. I had to use a plank of wood that I found to wedge it open, so the wind wouldn’t keep slamming it shut. Finally, 3am I managed to get to sleep!

All in all, the hotel is on a beautiful island with beautiful views, we will definitely come back as long as Evans doesn’t work there anymore. All that Rocabella needs is a shift in its staff.

The breakfast staff including the hotel driver are what made my time at the Rocabella hotel bareable.

Very pretty hotel!

This is a small and very pretty hotel! It has amazing decor and staff were very helpful and friendly, we were on the last days before the hotel closed for the season and they even let us checked out 2 hours later. It is located 10 min from the airport aprox and about 6min from the ferry port. Definitely recommended!

The Highlight Of Our Vacation in Greece

The Rocabella Mykonos Hotel is special because of the incredible team that runs it. The property is equally gorgeous with a panoramic view and our room was so comfortable and perfect. We stayed in Santorini and Athens after our stay here and honestly nothing compared to our experience here. We were lucky enough to meet Julia, Nico the Office Manager and Nico at the bar, the twin drivers - Stavros and Nico, Athena at the restaurant and the lovely women who looked after our room. This hotel deserves all of the fabulous reviews that it has received. It was hard to leave as we felt we were saying goodbye to family. We felt lucky to have stayed at the Rocabella Mykonos Hotel and it will be our first stop when we return to Mykonos.

If you cant decide - THIS HOTEL is your answer!!

Amazing property - the employees are so friendly and helpful - especially ATHENA!! This hotel is quiet, beautiful, romantic, classy, and unique. It really captures the \"greek islands\" feeling and has a view like no other, an awesome pool, THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING, and even the driver to town is so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel - not one thing to complain about. We booked during covid and purposely chose a place with a pool, a personal jacuzzi, a restaurant,and a spa, - just in case the town was too crowded or not open etc. This hotel has it all! Athena was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, beach suggestions, and even just fun chats about Greek culture. The Breakfast was one of the best ever - the yogurt and fresh food and made to order meals - wow was first class!! You will not be disappointed in anything about this hotel - its worth every penny! (oh and I should share that we live in Hawaii and are very picky about hotels - we have beautiful hotels here - very high standards - the Rocabella is definitely one of the most unique and beautiful hotels. I would recommend!

Wow! This place is just beyond outstanding. From the personalized service to the excellent communication, this resort is just a level above. Lets skip the fact that they upgraded our room on arrival to the honeymoon suite, the staff at Roccabelle was so kind, eager to please, and welcoming that i seriously considered extending our vacation, just to hang out a little longer. I can't say enough about this place. If youve read this review, just book it and get ready to be impressed.

Great looking, but horrible service and overpriced

Completely overpriced. The hotel looks great, clean, comfy and the staff were all nice. However the staff seemed to have no training in service management and the service was slow, tardy and all in all horrible. Seems to start at the top as we made comments to management, but did not improve anything other than more “attention”. Some examples; we had to wait 45 minutes for drinks, food in the same order would come at completely different times (1. One of two Drinks, 2. One of two dishes, 3. The second drink would arrive when the first dish was already finished by one of us, then finally 4. The second drink would arrive - this was not a one off). Room service took 1,5 hours(!) after several calls to ask what was going on, and keep in mind; there’s only 30-40 ppl there at full capacity.. the hotel is fairly remote and taxis are hard to come by as per Mykonos. The driver of the hotel is however SUPER friendly and gets a massive shout out! The hotel does look better in pictures (especially from the pool, as there is a road directly in front of the “infinity pool”). The breakfast was good but not great. Spa and massage was very good but of course pricey (as to be expected in Mykonos). There are several other options in Mykonos - especially in the price range they have the audacity to operate in, and will definitely not be coming back to this one. Even more disappointed as we have visited the sister hotel in Santorini - which by the way is amazing.

This place was great. We got the room with a hot tub and view. The staff was so friendly it was almost creepy. They really take care of you. You are located about a mile from old town Mykonos. There is a beach, market, and scooter/ATV/car rental (they will pick you up), about 700 meters down the road. The walk to the beach/market is sketchy bc you are on the main narrow road.
Overall this place was pretty awesome.
Their \"continental\" breakfast wasn't that good. I think they want you to pay for their overpriced breakfast. Unless you have a vehicle or want to walk to the market for some food is up to you. The market does have a deli.
If you want to pay extra for a hotel near a crowded beach where you have to pay 50 euro for a cabana is travelers choice.
I would probably stay here again.

The hotel is an amazing place, with excellent rooms and facilities such as the pool such a dream. Everything was very clean and would recommend the rooms to anyone. The service was very poor, especially at breakfast, it was hard work trying to get the right order across to the staff. The choice of food was very limited for breakfast and lunch. It sounds picky, but there wasnt even a choice of french fries or pizza (which you need after a hard night). The location is a little away from the town so can expensive using the taxis. Overall its a lovely place but the service and food wasnt great for us.

This is a truly gorgeous-looking hotel. The pool, restaurant, and bar area is an Instagrammer's dream. Our room was cozy, and clean with amazing ocean views and the hot tub created a perfect end to each evening with a sweeping overlook of the town lights. We stayed in the deluxe sea view (with outdoor hot tub) cons: air conditioning isn’t great, toiletries weren’t refreshed, questionable hot tub water.....left orange stains all over the balcony floor. Gym is an awkward walk around the hotel, no shortcut - have to walk past breakfast/dinner/everyone sunbathing to get there..... not nice for you or them when you’re sweaty!

Amazing stay. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The service here is top notch from every staff member you encounter. They do a great job of making your stay feel personal and always greet you by name. They have a shuttle service that can drive/pick you up and the drivers are so nice. The included breakfast is delicious and they have a wide variety of items you can order (no limit to the amount). After breakfast hang out by the pool which is beautiful and provides an amazing view of Mykonos town. The room we had provided an amazing view of the sea and had the most comfortable pillows. I cannot recommend this place enough.

AMAZING PROPERTY! The moment you arrive until check out you feel completely taken care of. This hotel and its staff go the extra mile which makes this a true luxury experience.

Upon check-in, we were greeted with complimentary drinks to sip on while the concierge walks us through the details of the hotel. ( Shuttle service, dining options, wifi, ect. )

My favorite part was coming back after a long day in the sun to the turndown service. Once you walked through the door you were greated by lit tea lights and lavender incense. The pillow menu was also a huge plus. I had the best sleep!

George one of the deliver was also such a delight! This is the first and only hotel in Mykonos we will be staying at!

This hotel is everything you want and more! Amazing staff (Stavros, George, Lia, Vasikis, Kristina to name a few!) beautiful interiors, clean and now let’s talk about the view, pool and food ! One word fantastic ! The breakfast was so yummy! Buffet and ala carte, tradition and something for everyone, so happy with the options. The view is awesome, Breathtaking to be exact! Now let’s take a moment to discuss the pool. A fabulous large pool to take it that view! Many day beds and single sun beds, you can spend hours there! Oh did I mention all the little touches, like towels and a tote to take fo the beach, daily cultural gifts and the amazing sensory turn down service! This is a very nice boutique hotel in Agios Stefanos.
We visited with our little girl and it was a very pleasant surprise.

The staff were very friendly and ready to accommodate us (i.e. a car seat for our little girl to all our trips with the hotel’s transport). There was a welcome drink for all of us when we checked in.

The room was nice and simple with a great sea view and a balcony to relax.

The restaurant had great food! The breakfast was exceptional with freshly made food and all the ingredients were locally sourced. Fish and meat dishes were excellent as well as organic veggies during lunch time.

One of the specialty that our little one enjoyed was the chocolate ice cream and homemade Nutella. So many delicious options for breakfast as well.
We will definitely come back for a longer stay next time. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Tip: the hotel offers transportation to/from the airport/port for a small charge. Definitely recommend it. Transport also is offered to/from Chora with no charge.

I honestly cannot appreciate the hotel enough! A beautiful hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff! There have been very few hotels in my life where I’ve found the level of service comparable to Rocabella.
The rooms are cute and clean. We had our own balcony with sun beds and spectacular views.
In terms of the location, the hotel is in a quite part of Mykonos and a 10 minute car journey to the old town (the hotel provides a free hotel shuttle to the old town).
Breakfast was delicious! The range of options are staggering! Each and every item was yummy.
We also got the chance to dine at Reeza in the evening - it’s a gastro restaurant with a range of options vegetarians!

Was clean. Staff made me wait untill 4:40pm to check in. The hot tub was broken, they upgraded me. The only thing that was diffetent was the hot tub did work and an extra office space which i did not want. The upgrade wasnt even as nice as the room with the broken tub. Construction. Smelt like sewage. Mostly staff! I had a local friend meet me for breakfast and they came up to the table and said since she was not a part of the hotel she would have to pay. Why even say anything! Oh and they charged 30Euros for just the egg white omelet! 30! They made me pay for teansfers. They are much further away from city center then they advertize. It was horrible from begining to end! Not worth 450.00 per night. Dont go.

Reception/hospitality was excellent. However, disappointed with the on going construction that we didn’t know about. Our room with sea view was blocked with construction site which was not a good sight. The free shuttle was such a hassle since it was only one operating so you have to book in advance, otherwise you can’t get the time you wanted if it is fully loaded, but the driver George is very friendly. Breakfast is okay-service was a bit slow. The room was clean and smell good which was great!

A very special hotel

Rocabella Mykonos is a very special hotel. From the moment you arrive, you receive the warmest welcome from the amazing staff, who cannot do enough for you. The rooms are beautifully furnished with amazing views over the bay & Mykonos town - perfect for watching the sunset from the hot-tub! There is also a pillow menu so you can have the perfect nights sleep....

Breakfast is served in Reeza restaurant overlooking the pool. There is a complete menu with pretty much everything you could want!

You can communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp which is genius if you need to change your shuttle back from town, or are feeling lazy and want to book a massage without leaving your sunlounger.

Special thanks to Margarita and George for looking after us so well

I can't say enough amazing things about this hotel - it is the best we have ever stayed in and we will most certainly be back!

The Most Beautiful, Chill place on Earth!

Wow... Just Wow! If you can't find peace and tranquility at the Rocabella, then nowhere will it to you. Sitting stop a windswept hill, the beauty of the place will strike you as you arrive. Whitewashed walls and gentle curves define every space in the hotel, instantly putting you at ease. The friendly and welcoming staff will greet you with champagne and a comfy couch as they go over the hotel amenities, your stay and any questions you may have.

Casual seaside decor in every room with modern fixtures and amanities give you all you really need to relax, decompress and enjoy the amazing view of the ocean from literally any room you have choose.

Our suite, with it's private jacuzzi was all we needed to relax and enjoy the surroundings, although the beautiful hotel infinity pool below is just steps away for anyone.

The hotel restaurant serves up a breakfast buffet that will leave you happy until well into the evening with specialties like Greek Eggs Benedict and breakfast Souvlaki. I still dream of their fresh homade yogurt. And in the later hours of they day, lunch and dinner offer up equally sophisticated and Greek stylized dishes that are sure to satisfy. All of these amazing dishes are several in an open air dining room that looks out over the pool and ocean, making the entire experience feel like a luxuriously-catered picnic.

The Rocabella has managed to literall smooth all the edges off of life and creating the most chill place on Earth. ENJOY!!!

Most aspects about our stay at Rocabella were very good! The greeting at arrival was excellent. The gentleman who picked us up at the airport was great! The pool and view were very good! The room/s were very nicely appointed. My only grievance with the property is that they had us move from one room to another during our 2 night stay. Very disappointing! They made it seem like they were giving us a big “surprise” to upgrade us to a larger suite. And, YES, it was lovely! But then they informed us we had to move the following morning to another room. Not a very comfortable way to be traveling. When I get to my room, I want it to be my “home” for whatever number of nights I booked. This move was not ideal. I would have preferred to be in the original room I booked both nights. We didn’t complain. But it was a nuisance. And they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view only 10 minutes away from Mykonos town. Shuttle provided by hotel every hour. Hotel's staff was just amazing. We found pastries in our room every night with candles. The last night at the hotel they gave us champagne. Definitely a must in Mykonos.

We were most impressed with the genuine helpfulness & knowledge of the staff. Beginning with check-in, Margarita welcomed us with champagne and a complete overview of the hotel and Mykonos island. No detail was too small and every request was handled promptly with professionalism. Speaking of details, they offer a complete pillow menu, beach bag & towels, and a different scented oil each night with your turn down service including a nightly treat-yum! Thanks to George’s tips, we rented a car, which gave us freedom to come & go as we please. Also, Margarita, Ioanna, & George and others provided great recommendations for food, beaches & entertainment tailored to our preferences. Rocabella is a 5 star hotel with a class act staff.

The hotel reopened for the season the day prior to our arrival and they were totally ready and flawless. Alan the Supervisor greeted us and went over hotel and island amenities. Mari, Margarita and the rest of front desk really helpful and responsive. All employees were very attentive and doing everything possible to make us feel welcomed. The reception area decor is very chic and has a boutique hotel feeling there you can sit and relax, find books and very nice choices of clothing and gifts. At Rocabella everyone notices you and calls you by your name. They have an excellent transportation system between hotel and town and the drivers are very nice. George is great. The restaurant personnel were very accommodating and the Chef and his menu amazing. Anna is very respectful and service oriented. Nikos at the bar very knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned and the scent oils at turn down are incredible. We had the best time thanks to all employees at Rocabella.

The staff made the place

It's a \"nice\" hotel as a building but the staff make the experience better. We had a jetted tub room with sea view. The room is not large but comfortable and has a large bed. It does not have extra facilities to shout about - standard cable tv, aircon, minibar, safe, bluetooth receiver for music, tea/coffee maker etc... The bathroom is spacious and has a good sized shower that delivers a constant temperature, unlike fiddly other ones that freeze or scald! The outside patio area had a covered tub (but exposed to the wind if you get it) and two loungers with additional seating. Good view of the port and Mykonos town. However, it's not private by any stretch of the imagination. We had room 117. Rooms 116 and 118 could look into our room from their decks. We had to draw the curtains for privacy. The jetted tub had peeling paint inside on the seat ledge - not appealing. Breakfast was below par for this class of hotel - fresh fruit was scarce as were fresh pastries. The gym had several machines that could be used. No explanation of how to use them. In all, it's not a 'bad' hotel, it's just not exceptional. Only the staff are exceptional.

It was absolutely amazing!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. There was nothing to fault about the hotel, the staff were amazing as well as the rooms and hotel itself. The staff were aware it was my birthday as my partner had previously advised them via email and telephone, they all made sure to make our stay and my birthday extra special. Overall, I could not fault this hotel one bit. For two days of our trip we did not go downstairs for breakfast, the hotel staff recognised this immediately and called to see whether we would prefer to have some food from breakfast taken to our room, they are so accommodating and the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Although it is not a 5* hotel, it is better than some of the most amazing 5* hotels we have stayed in across the world!! Many thanks Rocabella hotel, if we return to Mykonos, without a doubt we will be staying here!!

AMAZING HOTEL TO STAY IN!! YOU CAN WALK TO A NEAR BEACH. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. CLEAN ROOM WITH WONDERFUL SMELLS. JACUZZI WAS GREAT WITH AN AMAZING VIEW. ALL STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND SUPER HELPFUL.
