One of best breakfast buffet offered. Check-out time @10am was little too early for my preference. Small but efficient layout of the standard room. Very small bathroom, Asian style but very efficient. Would recommend for short stay and shopping @nearby the Bupyeong Modoomall (Bupyeong Underground Shopping Mall)underground Modoo Mall.

Standard reliable service from a Toyoko Inn

I already stayed in a Toyoko Inn in Japan and liked their affordable rates and no nonsense frills. You know exactly what you are getting.

The hotel is just outside the massive and sprawling but confusing Bupyeong station. There are restos and convenience stores close by.

The breakfast is a basic offering of Korean dishes and toast for those who want something else.

The rooms are very compact but self contained which is typical of Toyoko Inn hotels. Reception was helpful and informative.

Housekeeping is from 10 am to 3pm and you cannot use the room if it's being cleaned.

Experience was ok and not remarkable. View from 23rd floor is amazing.

1. The hotel is near the exit of Bupyeong subway station but Bupyeong subway station is quite complicated (because it was the Transition Hub)and not easy to find the exit. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the closest exit is from Exit 5, and the hotel is 45° to the right after going up to the pavement level and just walk about 40 meters. If you come out of exit 6, you will need to ask someone or ask “google map” for assistance (but it is still very close and just walk about 80 meters, just need to walk in the right direction). So, in terms of subway transportation, it is very convenient to go in and out of Incheon and Seoul, and it is also very convenient to go from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport by subway.

2. The hotel's layout, arrangement, cleanliness, and facilities are all very well organized, efficient, and very humane in their management and operation.

3. I stayed for four nights and ate breakfast four times, and it was nice to see the way eggs, meat, meatballs, and vegetables were cooked changed every day, except for the staples of rice, bread, and coffee, which stayed the same. Very nice and very good.

4. Will be re-staying at this hotel when I have the opportunity' and also highly recommend that you consider and choose to stay at this hotel.

5. Strongly recommend that the hotel, in addition to having the name in Korean displayed above the building, also add English and Chinese.

Conveniently located in Incheon, easy to take train to all the direction specially to downtown Seoul like Jongno.

The I stayed is relatively small but really clean in terms of bed bath room towels etc.

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast, more like Korean style, it's a tasty clean nutrition oriented breakfast.

Very convenient. Very clean. Easy access to the subway and thence to wherever you want to be. Airport (1hr15mins), Songdo Convention (31 mins, plus a short walk). Breakfast was great but there is often a 10-15min queue. This was my only complaint. They need to lay it out so people can serve themselves more quickly. I was facing the train station but the sound of the trains was never intrusive.

Perfect Choice for Incheon-Bucheon

I can't say enough about how great this hotel is. The rooms (2 guest) are a little narrow, however they more than make up for it with the friendlessness the receptionists give off. The free breakfast is buffet style and the dining room is always PACKED so they have 4 cooks constantly sending out fresh food.

The location is a perfect 1 minute walk from Bupyeong station (take the escalator straight across the street it's easier than the stairs which you have to walk through the underground shopping mall first) which makes it perfect to go anywhere in Seoul you want.

Location wise, it's close to American food (Burger King, McDonald's, KFC, Outback Steakhouse) as well as Korean, Viet, Thai, and Burmese. Most restaurants closest are Burmese food since it is in \"Little Myanmar\" but venture out a little and there is a lot of choices. The underground shopping mall next to it has a lot of options depending on the season and a whole floor of food choices.

My only negative would be if you get housekeeping cleaning you are essentially kicked out of your room all day, so it may be best to opt out of it, unless you already have a full schedule for the day.

Overall this is not a 2* hotel I would say it's definitely 3* with a great price.

I stayed 4 nights in September.
Only positives in my view except that Seoul station is a 45 minutes train drive away.
Efficient room and bathroom design. Comfi bed. Good air conditioning.system. Fridge.
I had room 2315 on the 23rd floor. Very quiet.
Asian breakfast is included in the price. Simple but I really loved it.
Self laundry available on the ground floor.
Great staff. Good English spoken.
Train station in front of the hotel with shopping mall integrated.
Plenty of convenient stores and grocery shop in the shopping mall (Lotte).
Easy connection to Incheon with the line 2 and the airport express train. 1 hour.
45 minutes to get to Seoul station using line 1.
Using the KakaoMap app is highly recommended as Google Maps does not provide good information in Korea unfortunately.
At less than $50 a night I found the hotel to be really great value.

LOVED this hotel!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! The single room was small but totally adequate. Clothes drying line in the shower was something I've never seen before and didn't need, but was a nice feature! I wish breakfast was offered a little later into the morning (7:30-9am only), but offering breakfast and coffee was so nice! Also the hotel lobby has beer/soju and toiletries at reasonable prices. It is SO CLOSE to the train station and tons of stuff in town you can walk to.

We were expecting the Incheon airport bus since a few bags were with us. The front of Tokoyo Inn has many pigeons and is dirty.
Not many good restaurants and Lotte Mart's food court food was not good and pretty dirty and old.

I'll try different location Tokoyo Inn next time.

Great hotel if you can find it!

Summary: A new, clean, and nonsmoking hotel that is hidden, but comfortable and great for the price point <$50/night.

Details: Not in most GPS databases and nkk ok one has heard of the hotel or the address (!), so even the taxi driver got lost. Don’t try to take the subway and go at night—take a taxi and hope for the best. It’s virtually impossible to find unless you have been there.

The rooms and building are new and clean, and rooms are truly non-smoking.

Hardwood floors are nice and there are a few hangers for your clothes, but no closet, or place to store luggage. Big comfortable bed. Fast wifi. But the rooms have no chairs or table (just a long counter), so you need to stand and eat. The bathroom is Korean/Chinese style—the shower and the toilet are literally not separated. A shower will clean the toilet so that is why they provide slippers. Seems like a way to save space in a small room.

Staff speaks English well and will call a taxi or help you get around. A great bonus!

I recommend you spend a half day walking and acclimating. There are three convenience stores within 10 minutes, an Illy Espresso bar and a local coffee shop with great lattes, and a local expresso bar within a five minute walk (the espresso bar is next door).

Restaurants are about 15 minutes towards the station or in the opposite direction.

Bottom Line: I’d stay again if in the area.
