Convenient location - connected to department store with access to many amenities. Stayed with young kids and it was great to be able to spend a day at the aquarium with re-entry and go to the department store for lunch when it was raining outside. Check in was efficient and overall service was excellent. Hotel provided many infant amenities, and the washing machines on level 3 made it all a very convenient and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Daeny who assisted us with transport and late checkout so our journey to the next destination was stress-free.

Overall the stay was ok, nothing of HUGE concern. Of note, parking can be limited if you're staying here on the weekends, plake sure you take that into account as I noticed people utilizing (paying for parking) the garage that were not staying at the hotel!

If you got the breakfast and half board amenities, it was not fully explained where you could go for the food. If you don’t already have a verified Naver account you can’t order room service which would’ve been nice to know before. Aside from those two things I loved the time I spent here.

Stayed here due to an event at the convention center. Nice hotel. Shamefully, overpriced. It claims a 4star rating due to having restaurant and bar. The rooms are small and amenities scarce. Novetel and Ramada are within a few KMs of the convention center and half the price with equal to better rooms, amenities, and overall luxury. Marriott better be careful, ignorance is bliss in Korea but not forever.

12/30, 밤 10시가 다 된 늦은 시간에 호텔에 도착했는데 주차장에 5대의 자리가 있다는 표시를 보고 있는데도 만차라고 못 들어가게 하던데요. 괜찮으면 밖에 세우라고 하는데 늦은 밤 선택지가 없어서 밖에 세웠습니다. 체크인하러 들어가는 길에 주차요원에게 한 번 더 물었는데 자리가 거의 없다고 했습니다. 빈자리 5가 분명 있었는데도요. 기분이 상당히 좋지 않은채로 체크인 했습니다. 체크인 시, 고층 조용한 방으로 배정해주신다고 마음 써주셔서 감사했으나 옆방 아이와 아이엄마가 소리 높여 떠느는 통에 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 참, 화장실 수압은 세서 만족스럽지만 바닥 경사도가 좋지 않은지 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 좀 찜찜했습니다. 늦은 밤이라 룸서비스를 시켜먹고 문 밖에 내놓았으나 그 다음날 오전까지 치워지지 않고 객실 앞에 내놓은 그대로 있었습니다. 다음날은 로봇이 서빙을 하던데 그 소리도 상당히 시끄러우니 늦은 밤 로봇 안내음 볼륨 조절에 대해 고려해보심이 좋을 것 같습니다. 네임밸류에 비하여 전반적으로 그닥 만족스럽지 않았습니다.
