Gym was available 24 hours, it was very clean, spacious and equipped with very good quality treadmill, elliptical, benches and dumbbells.
But, there’s no equipment for PULL Exercises. Overall, satisfied.

The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good location, nice, helpful staff. Sensor-activated room entry light was driving us crazy though, as it was activated by any movement between the room and the bathroom (not much fun at night). The automatic toilet flush was very loud - if I were on the phone in the room and someone used the toilet, it sounded as though I was calling from the loo. Also, towels were rough like sand paper - long overdue for a replacement! But oveall a nice hotel - with top marks for cleanliness and customer service.

Very good location next to park and restaurants.
We did not use public transportation so can not judge.
The team at the reception and breakfast was very nice and helpful.
The room was spacious, clean & comfortable.
Lots of parking available directly at the hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Suwon.

Good place

Clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast were all great. One thing that is a bit disappointing is the limitation on swimming pool use hours. It would be nice if guests could use it at any time they want throughout the day.

This hotel is promoted as a 4 star hotel but I’d say it felt more like 3.5.
Our initial check-in was okay. I suppose we’ve been lucky to be checked in early from the previous hotels we stayed in. We got to the hotel around noon but had to wait till 3 pm to check in. They did keep our suitcases for us so that was good.
I booked for a park view room but because our room was on the 5th floor, our view was an art center building across the street and no green park to see.
There were a few people smoking and chatting outside and I was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t smell nor hear any noise from outside.
The bathroom was small even though it was a premier room and water leaked from the tub to the room floor. They should really fix this problem before they get a water related issue like mold.
The counter space was not sufficient for our toiletries. There was an open closet with bath robes and this was okay too.
We didn’t try their breakfast after reading the other comments.
On the 3rd day we tried to use the swimming pool only to find out that pool was an extra and it costs 33000 won each time to enter the pool. This was a surprise as no where on their room ads that say the pool use would cost extra.
Lastly, I have some mixed feelings about the location. I didn’t realize the hotel is located right in the middle of busy entertainment district, filled with restaurants, bars, and clubs. Considering this, I’m not sure if I’d book this hotel next time I am back in Suwon.

Staff and property were amazing. I wish pool access was included not as single permit but as a daily access thing. Single access permit for pool sounds silly when you are paying $400 per night. Further it would have been great if late checkout for suites was available by default. Overall stay was pleasant and look forward to returning soon.

수영장과 피트니스센터가 갖춰진 수원에 위치한 호텔이며, 수영장 이용시 구슬아이스크림 서비스도 좋았어요. 16층에 위치한 조식당 조식 구성도 좋았지만 창밖의 공원과 아파트 숲의 조화도 볼만했습니다. 3인이 묵을 수 있는 스위트룸은 요청하지 않았음에도 엑스트라베드를 미리 설치해주시는 센스 돋보였고 무료입니다. 사실 3인 요금에 포함이겠지요 !! 세번째 투숙인의 조식은 메리어트회원 가입시 2만2천원으로 이용 가능합니다.

Could have stayed elsewhere for 1/3 the price and NONE of the HASSLES. The air conditioner fan in our room cycled on and off about every 30 seconds. Every time it cycled, a loud, rapid clicking occurred - five clicks, to be exact (I had all night to count). So, no sleep all night! Food is advertised as \"All Day Dining\" - forget about getting food because they close the restaurant without telling the guests and offer no suggestions for alternative dining. We had to wander around the area to find dinner when we were very travel weary and just wanted to rest. No awning over the entrances, so the floor was wet and slippery every time it rained (and it's rainy season right now). There is no parking area for checking in - we had to park at the curb with flashers on to check in and then get authorization to access the parking garage. They did not give us good directions to the hotel parking garage. We unknowingly parked in the wrong garage, pulled out all our bags, and went up the elevators to find ourselves at the Pension Office. Had to go back down to the garage, put the bags back in the car, then find the correct garage, pull out all the bags again, etc. A real pain in the neck! We stay at Marriott Bonvoy Hotels for the service and amenities. Four Points by Sheraton at Suwon was a big disappointment.

객실 벽면에 (이벤트용이었던듯) 테이프가 그대로 남아있었고, 욕실 가운에 머리카락이 달려있었습니다. 그리고 로비부터 복도까지 심각하게 건조하고 더웠어요 .빨리도망치고싶었습니다. 에너지 절약 이슈도있지만 쾌적한 온도 습도는 분명아니었습니다.

쾌적한 객실, 파크뷰를 크게 추천하지 않습니다.

다 좋았는데 파크뷰가 파크뷰가 아니었어요. 아트센터 건물 지붕이 보였거든요. 시티뷰가 모텔뷰라는 리뷰때문에 파크뷰를 택한건데, 비용 더 지불하고 택할만한 뷰는 아닌거 같았어요. 그냥 커튼 치고 있었습니다. 그리고 헬스장에 기구가 런닝머신이랑 자전거밖에 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 다 좋았어요. 침대, 침구 너무 좋고 객실 깨끗하고 조식 맛있었어요.

괜찮은 숙소에요~
객실은 다 좋은데 화장실이나 욕실의 문 손잡이가 너무 불편해요 잘 잡히지도 않고 잡히지가 않으니 열리지도 않아요
그러다보니 손이 끼거나 문에 부딧힐거 같았어요
이건 저만 느끼는게 아닐거라 조치가 시급한 부분일듯 합니다.

조식은 아주 맘에들었고 특히 콜드브루 커피가 너무너무 맛있었어요 덕분에 조식 먹으러갔다가 커피를 3잔이나 마시고 왔네요

룸에 개별정수기가 있어 생수를 따로 주지 않네요. 평소에 룸에 있는 컵을 잘 사용하지 않아 살짝 불편했습니다. 2박3일동안 조식만 먹고, 밖에 안나가고 쉬기만 했는데 조용하고 편했습니다. 뷰도 막혀있지 않아 좋았습니다.

번화가 주변에 있어서 식당이 많은데 한편 조용한 방향이어서 시끄럽지 않아 좋았음. 하지만 호텔 규모에 비해 주차장은 부족한 편이라 일찍 체크인해야 할 듯함. 더 이터리 저녁 뷔페와 루프탑 바가 있고 객실 티비로 유튜브, 넷플릭스 연동이 되어서 호텔 내에서 시간을 보내기 좋았음. 조식이 맛있음.
