Overall, my stay was okay, with some positives but also a few important drawbacks.
I arrived late at night (around 11 PM) and there was no one at reception, but I did receive clear instructions via WhatsApp and the host was available, which made the check-in process smooth despite the late hour.
The room itself was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel.
However, the location is not the best area in Naples, especially at night, which is something to take into consideration.
The biggest downside was the bathroom. The shower was extremely small and cramped—even for someone who isn’t big—and there was a clog, which made using it quite unpleasant. On top of that, it took a long time for the hot water to come through.
In summary, decent room and communication, but the bathroom issues and location were disappointing.
