Hotel čistý, poloha blízko centra, blízko metra a vlaku. Obsluha u snídaně velmi milá, snídaně horší průměr Jen trochu problém byl v tom, že nám nepřišel check in, takže jsme se nemohli dostat do hotelu, není tam recepce. Poradili nám nájemníci domu, kteří nás odkázali na jiný hotel, kde nám vydali klíče a dali potřebné info k ubytování. Byli jsme spokojeni.

The room was spotless, Valeria the member of staff was amazing and delt with a couple of issues. The big issue was one it is not a hotel as stated and two you have to check in at another address which was hard to find then find the the BB we were staying at. Was not told of these arrangements till the day by email. Problem if you dont use your phone.

There was only one staff member that did the breakfast and then cleaned the rooms. She was fantastic very friendly.
But the was they check you in for this hotel is absolutely ridiculous!!! I got an email a few hours before check in i was told to go to a different hotel to check in and pick up keys.
We finally got through all the doors for this hotel and got into our room. We had one working plug socket that was in the bathroom. Holes in the wall that had tissue paper in them to block them up. And something weird happening with the wall.
On the plus side the beds were comfotable and the tv, i was able to connect to my netflix to watch english tv.
I was eaten alive in the room as well by mosquitos.
And the photos of the hotel on here really nothing like the room we got. I was very disappointed.

We had booked 2 rooms at this place and upon arrival got separated into 2 diffeeent hotels, where people could just walk into our rooms. Further there was construction works happening throughout our stay making it very unpleasant on top of an extremely rude mad who checked us in. The room was tiny and flooded when you showered. Do not stay here and I will never be back

Key pick up not at hotel!

Be aware the key pick-up is in completely different location (not exactly the safest either - we weren’t accosted by anyone, and was fine/got used to it by the end of our trip), but you aren’t informed until the day of, where key pick up is (a 7 min walk from where you’re staying).The room was fine, but the windows weren’t sealed properly, and the sink leaked at the bottom of the bowl. We were fortunate it didn’t rain for the window issues. (You could tell they slapped these rooms together quickly). The breakfast is at the key pick-up place, so we didn’t get to utilize the breakfast as we had plans. However I appreciated the hot water on demand and close proximity to the train station.
If you’re a hoity-toity traveller (looking for 5-star type stuff), this place isn’t for you. I did try messaging the staff through the app (I didn’t have an italian number to call) and never received a response. All in all, it wasn’t bad.

Franchement l'hôtel n'a rien à voir avec l'endroit super propre et très calme. Seul complication on doit récupérer les clés et déjeuner dans un autre hotel mais c'est à 7 minutes à pied. Le petit déjeuner juste super vraiment un bon buffet avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande. Et l'hôtesse est super gentille.

There was no mention about picking up keys far from the hotel until we got there with all our luggage. The staff is rude and lied about sending us a message with instructions. The rooms are nice but not in a good area. WiFi doesn’t work. Stay somewhere else

Great room for a family of 4, lots of space, clean, newly refurbished and a really lovely bathroom. There was room service daily, the bathroom was cleaned and beds were made. The apartment was about a 7 minute walk from the main hotel where breakfast was served. Breakfast was great with a wide range of continental and cooked breakfasts. Local delicacies and vegetarians and gluten free options. The service in the hotel was excellent, staff were polite and super helpful.
Neighbours in adjoining rooms were really noisy on a couple of nights which made sleeping tricky, room could possibly do with a bit of sound proofing.

The hotel has recently refurbishment, the room is big enough, they should consider to put a coffee table and chairs.
The room is quiet, mattress is great and firm.
The check in area is located 8 mins away from the rooms, surrounding you will not feel safe.

This was by far the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced, and we left after just one night. The “room” we were given wasn’t even in the hotel building — it was located two and a half blocks away in what was clearly a converted storage unit. It had no windows, no ventilation, and the AC didn’t work at all. The bathroom made no sense — no hand soap, but three shower caps. It was obvious this was never meant to house guests.

When we came back from an outing, a curtain of soapy water was draining from the building above, blocking the entrance. We actually had to walk through it and get wet just to get into the room. It was disgusting and unsafe.

The actual hotel itself wasn’t better. When we walked by, a man was pacing in the street right next to the property, screaming loudly, which made the area feel very unsafe.

To make matters worse, the day before check-in the manager sent me five separate emails, pressuring us to arrive strictly on his schedule. It felt controlling and unprofessional.

Between being placed in a storage unit far from the hotel, unsafe conditions, water pouring onto the entryway, and the management’s behavior, this was easily the worst lodging experience we’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Helaas was de deur in hele slechte staat. De tv was heel slecht korrelig en haperend beeld ook de wifi was niet stabiel.
Kamer was wel schoon en werd dagelijks schoon gemaakt en schone handdoeken.

Vi blev indkvarteret på et andet hotel efter vi fandt ud af at der ingen reception var på hotellet. På det andet hotel Sant'Angela fik vi et total nyrenoveret værelse. Meget stort og flot. Rengøring bestod dog kun i at redde sengen. Ingen rengøring af badeværelse og gulve eller kopper. Morgenmad var til gengæld fin...
Men ok til prisen...meget centralt lige ved siden af central stationen.

La camera nr 6 piccolissima senza nessun appoggio
Tutto nelle trolley chiuse a terra, quindi disagio enorme visto che abbiamo soggiornato x 3 notti 4 giorni
Aria calda condizionatore non funzionante
Sul personale della colazione molto cortese

Frukosten var på en takterass vilket var mysigt. Ljudet från trafiken utanför hördes inte alls. Däremot fungerade inte vårt wi-fi och ljudisoleringen mellan rummen var inte bra.

La estancia fue buena, la atención de Valeria en todos los ámbitos fue excepcional, la habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno fue perfecto,Valeria nos ayudó en todo para que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta y estuvo super disponible a nuestras preguntas
Lo único a mejorar en cuanto al hotel es que para hacer el check in deben acercarse al hotel sant’Angelo cerca a la estación garibaldi, y el teléfono de hotel.com no funciona así que espero esta reseña les ayude

Le Borgo Casanova est une extension de l’hôtel Sant’Angelo et est situé à environ 800m de l’hôtel. Il n’y a pas de réceptionniste, pas de wifi ni de déjeuner dans le Borgo Casanova.
