Upon arrival the AC unit in the room sounded like a marching band and looked like it was from the 80s. We have a 4 month old so working AC is kinda needed. They didn't have any other rooms available so they told me it would take 20 minutes to replace it. The guys at the front desk swapped it out and It took 2 hours until it was finnaly in the wall. and then we were left with a mess of who knows what from inside the wall. It took another hour for them to come back to clean that, then a maintenance guy had to come swap the plug which didn't take to long but was still a whole other person who had to come on the room after we'd already checked in. The room wasnt bad, but nothing like the pictures and it was extremely dirty, ants everywhere, stains on everything.
Our tvs didn't work, the fridge was smaller than pictures, microwave was broken. The whole motel in general is run down and very ghetto. People drinking and smoking and blaring music in the parking lot and staff not caring about it. I can keep going on and on, I live near Philadelphia and this hotel felt like it couldve been a few blocks from Kensington. The only thing that was as advertised is the ocean view. If you can, spend a little more and get a better room at a different hotel.
Literally every single hotel/motel around it is a better option
