The hotel was fine for a night but I probably wouldn’t want to stay there any longer. The shower wasn’t working properly, the head was so full of limescale it came out in all different directions and it drained so slowly you were basically having a bath.

We booked a twin room but our room had a double bed and 2 single beds which just took up all the space.

It also just didn’t feel the cleanest, the bathroom was a bit dirty, the carpet has stains and our room had a balcony outside (you can’t access) that was covered in bird poop.

Probably unlikely that I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights.
The room was spacious and very clean. Much larger room than other hotels I have stayed in.
The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Firm but very comfortable. I slept very well.
Bathroom had a shower over the bath and everything was very clean. Plenty of towels.
Low cold water flow but maybe that’s to save water.
Wardrobe had ironing board and iron.
Breakfast was similar to other hotels, not exceptional but absolutely adequate. It was buffet breakfast and you had unlimited breakfast. Having takeout cups with lids was a great touch.
Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
Transport links were great. A direct train from King’s Cross and a short walk to the hotel. Plenty of buses to other areas of London linked with the tube made it easy to get around.
A very nice hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Rooms and hotel are really nice. Did notice a long hair which obviously wasn’t mine on bathroom floor so maybe could do with more thorough cleaning. My main gripe which won’t affect everyone but did me was my shower head was broken and the internet didn’t really work in my room. I asked if I could change but they didn’t have any others so I just had to do without as no phone signal in it either weirdly. The shower head I could have lived with but working WiFi in the rooms of hotels isn’t optional these days. Still would happily stay again as nice hotel good price. Just would make sure I was in another room this time and hopefully they fix the shower. My room was 228 in case they read.

Overall it was an okay stay. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was initially being given the worst room in the hotel. It was not only a basement room but super damp with no windows. The hotel staff quickly changed our room after we had expressed our concerns, which was a positive in the end. The staff were always helpful, especially when dining. And the bar had quite a good range of drinks for all.

Very welcome and very clean room massive beds and massive tv. I did have to looknfornthw coffee etc, it was stored in a cupboard. Pillows were good too and the breakfast was exactly.what we needed. Highly recommend this hotel has its own bus stop so you can get there easily and go explore london.

Large clean room. It was comfortable and quiet. We found it difficult to increase the room temperature, but we’re happy it was warm enough. Hotel is close to the overground. We had an issue with breakfast that was fully resolved by the lovely staff. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel for the price they advertise and I would use the Hotel again.

Tired, the foyer is impressive but then you see the out of order lift and the working one and they are in poor condition. The room was reasonably clean but the carpet heavily stained and the furniture badly stained and marked. Loose fittings in the tired bathroom. I had to ask for more towels as they had only put two face towels out. Curtains need rehanging. During my brief stay the one working lift broke down but was fixed within a short time. At 11pm a knock on the door from house keeping to say the smoke detector in my room was reporting smoke. I had not smoked nor vaped in the room. Breakfast food was good and lots available. Coffee machine was reasonable too. Seems to be a popular hotel with large school parties and has a lot of events. I was lucky I managed to get parking outside for my entire stay as the underground car park is dangerously narrow and has a very steep ramp which would be very difficult in a large car.
Overall I think it could be a good hotel if it had a refurb. Then it would carry its four stars more accurately.

The 1st room we were given was freezing because one of the windows would not close. The 2nd room did have windows that closed but both rooms had dirty, stained, and ripped carpeting, the vents were filled with dirt and dust, and it smelled funny in the hallways and rooms. We ended up leaving after the first night and went somewhere else. The workers were very nice though.

There was plenty of parking spaces, there is a spot on the way down to the parking which crunches your bumper, not the end of the world as you are going slow but not ideal.

The showers are good, plenty of pressure and good temperature control, however they are low. I have to duck to be able to get underneath it.

The stay was uncomfortable. The area in which the hotel is in is very urban city like. The hotel wouldn't give refunds for anything. I paid for my breakfast in advance, didnt enjoy the first day, requested a refund for the next for days. They wouldnt give it to me. Instead they said they would consider the rest of the days as a paid dinner. Dinner was not enjoyable either. Still no refund granted. I also had to a moldy shower curtain upon my arrival and had to request a new one. They don't use wash clothes at this hotel so i had to go out and purchase my own.

hotel needs work, this is 4 star but room is old and dated, windows so filthy cannot see out of, years worth of pigeon mess on all sills, balconies etc, bedroom curtain thin and held by a wire, not black out thermal or insulated which would help to dampen the sound from the very busy road and would be expected as standard in a 4star hotel. Dust in rooms, dirty glasses were in corridor when I arrived and same glasses still in corridor when I left two days later. Shower water not the hottest but that may be personal preference.

housekeeping policy is every third day unless requested, I did not request yet housekeeping entered and replaced bath floor towel onto bath, nothing else was done and housekeeping would have walked past the glasses in the corridor and left them

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice.

Parking expensive given street parking is free for the overnight

The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping came everyday. The AC broke down for the last three days of our stay, but the weather cooled anyway- so we didn't need it. The building looks due for a remodel - just rough around the edges.
One elevator worked, the other did not. Fine during the week, but the hotel was very busy on the weekends, so you had to wait awhile at the elevator. Nice location overall.

My Louis Vuitton Hand held Luggage was stolen from the hotel lobby as I wait for my cab to the station.

My MacBook, jewelry, personal item, wrist watch gift items was all in the language.

I all got in response was that it is a public area and they don’t have control. Meanwhile there is no sign or prior warning to such a crime often taking place in the hotel.

They referred me to the police

Property is tired and it looks as though they are updating some areas. Some parts such as the corridor from the car park to the scruffy lift is a disgrace. The lobby is actually quite pleasant but pass through there to a very tired dining room for breakfast. I have read poor reviews but it was actually OK . Price for a room although still not cheap is a much lower than other properties. Cricklewood is hardly the most salubrious part of London either. It suited us as it was a bed for the night as we were visiting family and spent little time in the hotel. Staff at the desk and breakfast were pleasant .

Underfloor parking for £20 and without air circulation. We could hardly breathe.
They had only one old very small smelly lift which was not safe at all.
Breakfast was very weak and limited. You should be lucky to have a croissant! They charge a lot but even there isn’t fried egg in their breakfast. Only one coffee machine for over 60 guests at a time!

Lovely building just make sure you dont end up on the lowest floor. Lowest floor for example room 035 is on the same level as the swimming pool. You cant open the curtains or you are at eye level with the swimmers in the pool. Carpets outside the room in corridors are wet and smell due to swimmers feet. Stairs arent clean on any level, most guest use the lift and dont see this. A good point about this hotel is large underground carpark that i was not charged for.

Well, I'll keep it brief:

1- Limited connectivity to central London, it takes an average of an hour to get to most of the popular spots, and it could get more difficult and time-consuming to return back to the hotel at night, due to a further limited number of routes/buses at those hours.

2- The neighbourhood doesn't feel very safe, especially at night.

3- Breakfast was a total disappointment, and waste of money, very few options were available and were poorly cooked/seasoned.

4- The room was very noisy during the morning hours, due to housekeeping opening and closing (well, slamming) the hallway doors with their carts, a complaint was raised to the reception desk but nothing changed.

5- The bathtub is very narrow, and makes you susceptible to falling off (actually there is a warning sticker on the wall highlighting that fact in a subtle way). Moreover, the heating system has issues were the water is cold for a minute and then gets hot for some time (and then cold again) without having to turn the knob (very high-tech stuff I tell you).

So the only reason why I stayed in the hotel was that because the payment was non-refundable. Definitely not recommended.

This is the grossest hotel with the worst service of any hotel I've ever stayed in. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We got moved to three rooms, each with issues but mostly related to bugs and not working equipment. We also had wet bed sheets in a room, and a broken window. This is the worst stay I've ever had, do not, please do not book here. Also the parking is abysmal, do not try to take a large car here

Beautiful hotel, lobby is large and open with music playing. Staff are really friendly. Check in was easy and the room was spacious and most importantly cool in the 32 degree heat of this weekend! Hotel is well positioned for our trip to Wembley, both for the tube and bus. We’ll definitely look to book again if we’re at an event in the area.

Pleasantly surprised by our large air-coned room. Perfect stop for a girly trip of 4 to see Dua Lipa at Wembley. Conveniently situated to subway with a brisk 10 minute walk. We had a drink in the pub attached to hotel but didn’t eat as had already booked food near Wembley, all looked good though. McDonalds nearby so that was our breakfast stop as not included in our stay.
Our only disappointment was one of the single beds was collapsing so does need repair.

Our rooms walk in shower flooded the entire bathroom no matter where the shower head was pointed. We were then moved to another room after pushing, since we had no place to even wash. Complaint was made at around 9 30pm when we came back for the day, and was told somebody would come to the room. Almost an hour later I had to go and ask again as nobody had arrived. The newly allocated room was below ground and was literally viewing an internal kids swimming pool. Very uncomfortable feeling, as anyone could be put in a room viewing kids in the pool. Not good.
All furniture was dated and marked, and room cleaning service was not till late afternoon. Our room had no hand soap in it either, even after the room service.

Newly allocated room had lock concerns from staff as it was also previously broken

No mini fridge

Bathroom extractor fan in newly allocated room was broken so steam didnt dissipate fast at all

Had to carry pillows into reception when moving to new room as staff thought new room had no pillows. Bit messy

All we were offered was 1 compensatory drink each.

Absolutely not worthy of a 4 star rating by any means.

Only benefits were the close proximity to transport links. I must note that the 2 female staff members who we dealt with the complaints were polite and helpful and we appreciated this given the time of night initially.

Mattrass on out bed was tyrned spring side up (like sleeping on the plank) when we discovered the issue and tried to flip it found massive blood stain on the other side. When contactwd a staff been told no more rooms available to swap, no spare mattrasses available, front staff qasnt able to go to our room as he couldnt leave reception and noone to escalate to issue to available until 2 days later. Hotel solution was to give us extra linien to cover the stain..... and free breakfast (we have already paid for at the time of booking).
Just to add the less but equally inconvenient points 2 escalators did not work the day we arrived, all 4 didnt work the day after. Coffee machine at the breakfast was out of service - great considering no sleep! and the toilet was dripping water all night through. Please consider carefully the the value for money as definitely not worth £160 a night.

The bathroom was very unhygienic. The bathtub smelt like urine and the bottom of it was the color brown. Everything was old and rusty, plus the shower looked like a faucet. A horrible and very strong smell of cheap perfume ( probably used to cover the smell of urine ) made your head pound with a headache. What I liked was that it was Close to transportation and close to where I needed to be.

Furniture and hotel seems outdated. Bathroom had floor tiles that were loose and needed repairs
