Next to the house there are the old houses of the plot, where the owners live during winter months. In summer (from May to October) the whole place is completely private.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa; satellite TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The kitchen is connected to the living room and it has everything you might need during your holiday: vitro ceramic hob, electrical oven, microwave, dish washer, orange-juice extractor, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen appliances and a lot more.

Of course you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a toilet as well.

There is one double bedroom with shower bath en-suite and access to a terrace. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the first floor, one triple and two with a double bed each.

There is a table and chairs for 10 people and a big pergola that will provide shade. In the lawn area, which is approximately 4000 m2, you will find the 8x4 meters pool (from 1.4 to 2 meters deep).

Sunbathe in one of the 10 sun beds that surround the pool! In one of the sides of the house there is a nave which is independent to the rest of the house.

There you will find an indoor pool. You can use the pool without additional cost.

However, if you wish to heat the pool it has an extra charge, also the electricity consumption.
