I enjoyed the decor and Stoney feel. Pool area was nice with indoor and outdoor pool. The hot tub area was down for maintenance during our stay but they do have a sauna also. It is a smaller hotel I would say and a smaller breakfast options. Overall I would stay again. Also could never figure out how to actually get to to the channels on the paper guide.

I got there after 9pm& I reported right away that the room needed soap, it was empty & also sent a video to them via their texting line that there was excessive hair & dirt on the floor of the bathroom as I wiped it up in the video w/toilet paper & threw it away. They did not respond to me. I repeatedly sent other texts & no one ever replied. I went to the front desk, no one was there, she was in the bar. I asked her about the texts & was told it's night time so she doesn't look at the texts @night. My husband went to try out the pool&hot tub & was told the pumps are broken so not able to use them. She met me upstairs & handed me some soap. I messaged about the rusty doorframes&shower curtain stains. No reply! I took lots of photos of the bloody looking marks on the shower curtain, clogged fan in the ceiling of the bathroom that was black from the dirt & grime, the nasty floor&rusty doorframe. I messaged them about it but no one replied! -MORNING: Food was undercooked & Cold (Eggs & Potatoes) & biscquits were like rocks/Hard! Many dairy items were expired/past exp date. The main Lights were off in the breakfast area so I turned them on as the room was very dimly lit & uninviting. I Texted again in the morning & again no reply. Then I received notice that they are trying to charge my Credit Card for things & not letting me know what they are for. I bought Nothing & left my room nicer than when I arrived! This is SHADY!

We’ve stayed here several times, but this was different. We were looking forward to a little hot tub relaxing, but it - and the pool were closed (by the health department!). The tv remote didn’t work even with assistance by the very helpful staff - not a really big deal. The breakfast was excellent everyday.

I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago and it has deteriorated since then. The carpet needs to replaced. I had one bath towel and one wash cloth when I checked in. There was only enough body wash in the shower for one usage. They don’t put Kleenex’s in the dispenser anymore. At 6:30, the breakfast in the warmers looked like it was leftover from day before. The pancake machine jammed. Won’t stay there anymore.

The hot tub was not in working order, and the fireplace in the room would not turn on. Thankfully, I was able to have the front desk person come up to the room to fix the fireplace; there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa in the room either, something else I had to go ask the front desk for.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The light fixture in the bathroom only had one bulb out of three working. When turned on the one bulb continued to flash off and on consistently. The ceilings were awful. The popcorn texture was literally falling off, so much so that the light fixture by the door was full of large sections of it. I opened a dresser drawer and someone elses clothes were there. There was basically no tv to watch. The beds were nice. It was not what I expected for what I paid. It was a birthday trip for my sister and I was highly disappointed. The interior of the hotel was cute and woodsy. But it pretty much stopped there for me. I won’t ever be staying here again. 80$ a night hotel would be more like it for this place.

This is my new go-to hotel for when I stay in Quincy, which is about once a month. The airline lost my luggage but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out. She is a gem!
The bed was very comfortable, the property was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants for convenience, and the breakfast was very good!
Thank you Stoney Creek Inn for making my stay a pleasant experience.

When we checked in we were given a room that was not fully clean. There was a used washcloth and hair in the tub. We were moved next door to a clean, but run down room.

The hallway was filthy when we checked in at 7pm and had the same filth at 2pm.

We always stay here when we visit Quincy, which is multiple times per year. It’s the easiest since we travel with our dog. However, we will likely be looking elsewhere. It seems that upkeep is not important. This was such a great hotel and I’m sad to see its standards fail.

Had to wait outside in frigid temperatures before the front desk would let us in. Went to our room and found an unmade bed and filthy bathroom. Went back to front desk and was told we had to make our own bed and was handed several wadded up bed linens, not folded and fresh ones but those! I couldn’t make this up!! It is a terrible place! Stay away! I emailed the manager and he has never responded 😡

The hot tub wasn't working, and the community spaces (hallways, etc) had visible trash for a couple days, but our stay was very cozy and pleasant overall. We loved the view to the open area and trees in the back. It felt very tucked back and homey. We will stay here again if we need an overnight in Quincy.

The hot tub that was advertised was out of service, had been for at least a week already. The TV in the room did not work. Both the sink and tub drains were plugged and didn't keep up draining well. There was only one staff member working who was doing everything from bartending to check in to anything else that needed to be done. She was doing the best she could do with what she was working with however more staff was needed and better response to things not working was needed.

Parking was adequate and everything was o.k. but even the picture on this screen is misleading as your hot tub was under maintenance staff said, but no mention of it when booking. We stayed last Feb 25 and same thing. I may not stay there in the future because of this. I feel your website is false advertising. I really wanted to relax in a hot tub after long days at the hospital with my ill father, but couldn't!

The kids loved the pool especially that it was a connected indoor/outdoor. Where they could go from one to the other. Variety of the breakfast each day was great. The only two things that was really an issue was the hot tub was broken and we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the room to be ready to go to.

We were charged for a stay that we did not make. We arrived and waited 30 minutes in the lobby with no one to wait on us. When someone finally arrived, they could not find our reservation and assured us we would not be charged. They did not have any rooms unless we waited for them to clean them. We left and did not stay at the hotel and our card was still charged.

We came to suprise our children for a day of swimming and night in the hotel. It was a disaster. We could only allow them to swim for a few minutes before the chaos. Several parties were taking place at the same time. Food and trash everywhere including the in the water on the pool tabl. Children vomiting on the floor. The language and behaviors were so bad we had to stay in oit room the the whole time. Barley slept due to running all night up anf down the hall. Also woke up yo go to ER bc our son now has an ear infection for dirty pool water.

The new g.m. is very immature. we had a terrible experience. the pool was too cold to swim in. when i asked the g.m. he said it was heated and gave me attitude. today he said he gave me attitude because i cussed. i did, after he lied i said its too cold to swim in. from 530 till we left just before midnight, there were kids running in the halls loud enough we couldn't enjoy our stay. my wife complained at 11 and he said he had talked to them. today he called to ask why we had left and that he couldn't give me a refund and i was no longer welcome at that hotel

The plug by the bed was pushed into the wall that a charger would not stay. The "hot" breakfast on the first day by the time we got there at 7:10ish was completely empty. Ended up going out to breakfast the second day because of this.

Spent $300 on a suite for my daughter’s birthday, when I arrived I was told my reservation wasn’t there. When I insisted that it was there, they finally found it but said I still owed (Expedia had already charged my card and taken it from my account). I showed them my bank statement and Expedia receipt showing that I paid, and they still said it wasn’t on their end and that I would have to pay. Tried to contact Expedia where I spent the whole time on the phone with them saying they would call the hotel to verify (which they did three times because I was in the lobby and heard the conversation). The Expedia customer rep then tried to transfer me multiple times when I said I wanted a refund because I already had to book a whole new room at the hotel and pay an EXTRA $300. When I asked for a refund, they said “let me contact the hotel” which I said “NO, that has already been done three times and I have been transferred twice”. I will never again book through Expedia, absolute nightmare to deal with this on my daughter’s birthday.

We stayed here about a year before this stay and within that year the facility has become worse. The wallpaper in are room was peeling off and there was holes in the drywall in the hallway. The staff was great and friendly but the facility needs some attention.

My room was on the 3rd floor and was ok. Some areas were very dusty, like it hasn’t been recently cleaned. The carpet felt like it was wet in some areas. It was concerning to me. The staff were super nice and friendly! The pool was good no issues there. Breakfast was same each day. The potatoes were cold at times during my visit and we even went down early still cold. I wish they kept them warm. The pancake maker was pretty awesome never seen one like that before.
