Regrets.
I don't like to leave negative reviews so be warned.
First room, couldn't sleep as the air conditioner sounded like it was churning gravel intermittently all night. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash were mounted on the shower wall and all completely empty. They thankfully switched us rooms and the second was better. Toiletries half full except the conditioner, empty. A/C quiet.
The lobby smelled strongly of urine and there were wet room towels scattered upon entering.
Amenities do not exist. You are lucky to get a single bath towel.
Had to ask for towels every day, and one day was given two bath mats.
Bed comfort, 2/5
Staff were friendly enough.
Convenient location! That's why I chose it.
I will try a different hotel next time I go to Quincy.

For traveling with pets, and on a budget, this hotel is affordable, clean and the staff is excellent. We were welcomed warmly and professionally and the evening hostess provided lots of extra information about nearby restaurants, etc. Although the room was a bit \"Spartan\", it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We just needed to stop in Quincy for a 1 day meeting and this hotel was the perfect idea for that. We will stay here again next year.

Room was clean enough. I had major issues with the noise. I was on the first floor...it sounded like there was a rodeo going on upstairs, complete with horses, bucking broncos and some clown with a vacuum cleaner....at 8PM! I'm surprised they weren't yelling yeehah and announcing an 8-second bull ride.

They didn't have my reservation...they apparently sold out to econo lodge within the week I was booked. Characters hanging outside the doors smoking seemed kinda shady so I didn't feel real safe there.

Ground floor windows didn’t feel like there was a secure locking mechanism. I was a little uncomfortable with that. It was relatively clean. Absolutely no frills, but for the price, you probably shouldnt expect anything extra.

I stood and waited for staff to come to the property the 2 young men drove up to the property after I had been calling the “0” from inside of the property for over 20 min.
The room was dirty and out dated the movies from the 70’s the carpet was ruffled the people above my room you could hear them. So around 8:20pm I LEFT THE PROPERTY ANS WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Two minor inconveniences— only one of the three lamps in the room were working. I was too tired to say anything about it, and it was only a problem in the morning before sunrise when I was packing. The other issue is the shower curtain didn’t completely cover the tub. If I pulled it closed by the shower head, the back of the tub was exposed, and vice versa. I notified the staff on checkout and they said they’d make a note of it.

Also of note, the elevator does not work. A bit of a pain, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor, but the elevator was broken and had luggage for three weeks. I was later told when I left early due to the conditions that a 1st floor room was available and I should have been placed there. The room smelled horrible of stale cigarettes and mold. Paint/plaster chips were on the floor and even though housekeeping came in my room, as the towels were taken, the floor was not cleaned. The towels that were present on check in had stains and multiple types of hair present on them. The flooring was unlevel and had a huge hole in it under the carpet that was a fall hazard. I ended up leaving as the bed was so poor in comfort my hips were in severe pain from sleeping on it. The free breakfast area had appliances stored in the room next to the tables, so I did not choose to try it. I left a day before my reservation as I did not want to stay longer.

The lobby was dingy. Check-in was slow only one person doing check in even though they were sold out. The elevator was out of order. Had to carry luggage up three flights. No breakfast. Limited TV channels. O premium cable channels. Went to the desk for additional towels but no one at the desk and. Nobody answered the phone. I will never return to this property again.

When we first arrived we got a room that wasn’t cleaned and smelt like smoke really bad. We’ve asked to be changed to a different room or else we’d like our money back as we had a new born. We were switched to a different room a bit cleaner and didn’t smell. There was stains on pillow cases (we brought our own pillows)
We were originally suppose to stay for two night but an emergency happened and we had to come home and they refunded our money for the one night.

This inn is in prime location to nearby shops, dining and to my work. It is safe and the staff are super friendly. Only thing is that they don’t offer breakfast and the washer is broken. There are nearby laundromat and dining at walking distance. So it still worked out. Coffee was delicious.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Poor customer service at check-in -- had to wait 10 minutes while three men stood behind counter talking with each other. Tried to charge me 3.00 for a misc service charge not originally included in Hotels.com pricing--could not tell me what it was for and got upset when I refused to pay it. Did not tell me elevator was broken until after I paid -- I have knee issues and cannot walk stairs -- I told them that at reservation. Barking dogs in hallway. Musty, moldy smell in room and bed was damp. No breakfast even though advertised as part of price. Hard beds and pillows. A/C never fully cooled room. Rickety bed foundations. Fridge turned up to high but never got cold. Limited TV options. Lamp on table worked intermittently -- was told it was \"just the way it is.\"

The bathroom was dirty. Stains all over the walls. The room smelled like weed and the smoke detector was taped with electrical tape so you know someone was trying smoke weed in the room. The hallways smelled like dog pee. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything. I had a noisy neighbor that kept me up until 2am. The service was poor. The people that worked there looked like they didn't even want to be there. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Honestly I would say this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time.

Our stay was okay. Rooms seemed clean. Staff SUPER friendly and helpful. Had we known this was a place where people also LIVE—-maybe would have stayed elsewhere. No smoking signs on all rooms but hallways and rooms sure smelled of smoke. Lots of late-night loudness (from rooms we assumed were from live-ins by signs and notes on doors. This is a great location - just unfortunate the way it is run.

Not sure where some of the less than stellar reviews are coming from. I stayed in room 112 in early June 2025 and found the room modern and exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was on par with hotels costing 2x what I paid. Front desk clerk was nice. I would rate my experience a 10/10.

This hotel has went downhill. Elevator was broke. Microwave was broke. Only a handful of tv channels comes in. No coffee pot in the room. The tub barely drained when you take a shower. Service was friendly and the price was cheap.

For the price, it was perfectly acceptable. Although the elevator wasnt working and you have to use the stairs. Its only 3 stories, so not a real hardship. Unless you have a physical reason for not being able too. I stayed 2 nights. And it worked just fine for me. Nothing fancy, just pratical.

The person at the front desk was too busy watching his phone to notice I was standing there waiting to check in. There was a $3 additional fee that was not on the bill that I agreed to beforehand. The elevator was not working. The ac unit in the room was super loud and the fridge in the room made constant noise all night long. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone

If you are a smoker it wont bother you. It gives 70's vibes where the carpet isnt updated, and they open the windows and smoke outside the windows and doors letting it enter the building. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and decided to give up the refund and go elsewhere within 20 minutes of arriving. Im not asthmatic and could not comfortably breathe. Luckily we had 1 night refunded.

Would not have stayed if I had known they did not serve continental breakfast.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean and decorated as expected, plenty of pillows. For the price I made a mistake and assumed breakfast was included. Other local similar hotels do include this option, next time I will stay there instead which is a shame, everything else was good at this location.

I was immediately struck by the modern decor that welcomed me to check-in. Clean, just tidied look and smelled of a \"just cleaned\" fresh smell. It was near 11 PM so this place obviously takes pride in my opinion.
