The room was spacious, impeccably clean and had all the amenities (TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). The TV was not working on arrival, but a staff member came up and fixed it. The (uncovered) parking was the only inconvenience. Although available (for $19 per day), parking is not on site, but across the avenue (a very busy 2-lane in each direction road) and (worse) they must open and close the parking gate from the front counter to let you in and out of the parking lot, whether driving in or out, or even walking in or out as a pedestrian (say when going to the car or after parking the car). Sometimes I had to wait and end up calling the front desk to have the gate opened for me. They should install an electronic keypad that opens/closes the gate with codes assigned to guests.

The hotel is quite old and need upgrades, but the rooms are very spacious. The bed was so hard.
The location is decent, thought not exceptional. Unfortunately, the parking is a nightmare if you rent a car, is very frustrating.

Housekeeping was great. Front desk was great. Had problem getting into the parking motion control was not really working. We had to call the hotel to let us in and even then they had to come out to use a key fob to open the gate across the street from the property had to wait so long sometimes
Because front staff was checking in people it was only one person I was patient but at the same time this is not what I signed up for and this is every time we went to the hotel was the same situation we had to park on the outside, I hope I get a parking deduction $19 a day. That’s terrible no stars.

He utilizado está propiedad en anteriores ocasiones, sin embargo está fue mi peor estadía. El personal actual de front desk es más desatento declo habitual, sumado al inconveniente de la apertura del estacionamiento. Pasé toda mi estadía sin shower gel en la ducha, a pesar de que lo solicité en varias ocasiones, se nota en ese punto el interés en el cliente y el tipo de aseo en la habitación. Buscaré mejores opciones en mis próximos viajes a San Juan.

Fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book again. Great location, room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was hot, AC worked great. We appreciated the room fridge and microwave. Entire staff was very helpful and attentive. Quiet and safe at night.

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were in good condition, the bathroom was good and the bed was quite big. I’d say the only problem was the parking situation but once you check in, you can park in the gated area across the street, unless there’s parking available behind the hotel but it’s difficult.

Theres an excellent authentic Spanish restaurant name ceviche—around the corner— Excellent food !! and price not bad at all! Theres a grocery store as well adjacent to it!
Will definitely stay here again next time we cruise to the south Caribbean!!

The room/bathroom were very clean.
There are no amenities. Actually, there was very little near the property.

Be aware, although according to the map, a taxi/Uber ride is close to.the port...IT IS NOT. On embarkation/disembarkation days, the police close off the direct streets to the port. And transportation is redirected back over the bridge towards town.
Our trip to the port was 1-1/2 hours and became very expensive.

The hotel has a Great location and the staff is kind. However there were somethings that we didnt like:

The bathroom floor had its joints dirty and it didnt feel as clean and neat as we are used to.
The room’s view was not as we expected.
The beds and pillows were not comfortable enough.

We were 4 people and only had 2 towels and had to go downstairs to the front office for the other two.

What we liked the most was its location: less than 5 minutes drive to the cruise port and to T Mobile district.

Also there is an incredible restaurant / cafe to have breakfast right across the street.

Well maintained, air conditioned rooms, clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were very helpful when we arrived and helped us store our luggage when we were checking out, as we had some hours to spare before boarding our cruise ship.

I liked the close proximity from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port. Also close to shopping areas, restaurants and bars.

Overall, a good place to stay.

Room was clean. Bed was firm but still comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Several restaurants in area a couple open 24/7. Free T3 bus to Old San Juan w a stop steps from hotel. Don’t believe the pictures for the roof top and one of the primary reasons we booked this hotel. There was a total of 4 sit down chairs on the roof top. No loungers or tables as pics portray. Street side room was noisy and the black out curtains only closed about 80% of the way.

Kegan at the front desk was AMAZING - helpful, understanding and patient. We had 3 rooms in our party, 2 had mold (one was A LOT of mold) and 1 had bugs. Using chat GPT we asked what the marks on our ceiling were and it said related to bugs - upon closer inspection, we found all the little bugs crawling all over. We were given a refund, which was very gracious and we truly appreciate, but had to find a VERY expensive second option as the hotels in the area were mostly booked due to an issue at the airport. Would recommend searching elsewhere for a pre-cruise stay.

Lost hot water after 30 seconds, toilet was “self flush” we had to refill the bowl after every flush. Bed was uncomfortable. Little tiny pillows. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Parking is accross the street. The staff had to open to let you but they were always too busy to let you in. We had to wait, call and try to get someone to open gate. Then my husband got locked in the parking area for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to open the gate. Sink in bathroom would not drain. Towels were scratchy. We were booked to return to this hotel after our cruise- we canceled. For over 200.00 a night…no thank you.

Our room was not ready by 3pm. The woman at the front desk told us to give her three minutes to finish up receipts she was working on and never communicated with us on how long it would take for our room to be ready. We sat there for an additional half an hour while she ignored us and never updated us about anything. She acted as if we were not even there. The room and hotel is old and there was no body wash in the dispenser so we had to use shampoo to wash with. Not worth the $200+ price tag we paid for a one night stay.

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive the day before a cruise. Free wifi worked well. Water pressure wasn’t great nor was it very hot. Cleanliness of rooms was fine but AC was loud, although we were so tired we slept fine. Staff were very nice and helpful for directions and fun things to see.

Our stay was brief (2 nights) but this hotel was very reasonably priced and in a great location. We were not able to check in early but they did hold our luggage while we went out to explore. There are nearby restaurants, a grocery store and even a movie theater. There is also a bus stop just across the street that takes you to Old San Juan or you can walk a short distance to Condado beach. The room itself was plenty big for me and my family and it was clean. We didn't use the gym, it was pretty small and didn't have much. The laundry room was available but we didn't use it. We did go up to the rooftop and it had a nice view at night of the city lights. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

The ocean was not visible from our room. We looked out on the back of an old, closed church.
That said, the location was excellent, close to shops and wonderful restaurants, a short walk to the lagoon and a slightly greater walk to the ocean.
The staff were terrific, knowledgeable and very helpful.
