Very clean. Staff was kind. The walls were thin. The couple in the room next to me were very enthusiastic about each other and I was lucky enough to hear every position they tried.

Good parking underneath, about 18 spaces, and plenty of parking on streets nearby. Dozens of bars and restaurants in the area. Excellent value.

The management and employees act professionally and compassionate to the requirements of their clients. The property and rooms are well maintained and thoroughly cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet and serving staff is an excellent way to commence your day with an array of different selections and a welcoming environment from the servers. The walkability to stores is perfect with supermarkets and cafeterias and pharmacies very proximate. Very friendly staff, extremely service minded and excellent breakfast. Clean and cozy room. The colors of the bathroom are not ny personal preference but all is in good and clean condition. The only downsides are that it was a little warm in the room and that the mineral water in the room is not complimentary and heavily overpriced in the minibar.

El hotel es normal, presentaba buena temperatura, buen servicio de cambio de sábanas y limpieza de baños, pero poca limpieza de la habitación total (había telarañas en las lámparas de las mesillas y por las esquinas de la habitación). Para ser 4 estrellas la verdad esperaba algo mejor.

La insonorizacion de las habitaciones es horrible, primero una pareja discutiendo en la habitacion de al lado de la cual ahora me se toda su vida, nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitacion a una suite,donde vimos que el problema no era la pareja si no la insonorizacion ya que puedo decir que los de la habitacion de la derecha pasaron muy buena noche... la calefaccion de la suite que nos dieron no funcionaba la primera noche no dijimos nada porque ya estabamos cansados con el cambio de habitaciones y con nuestro bebe al cual le despertaron 5 veces y la segunda noche cogimos unas mantas ya que la primera pasamos tanto frio que nos pusimos malos....

No hicimos una queja pero le comunicamos a la recepcionista que nuestra habitación tenía olor a tabaco y que además había una lámpara que parecía luz de discoteca porque presentaba avería, nos pudieron haber resuelto el problema pero decidieron evadirlo y al final no dan ganas de repetir.
