This place is a diamond, but it’s quite a drive to get to. If you’re going to stay here you have to get a patio room and you have to go to the hot springs. It will change your life! The breakfast is amazing too! This part of our Italy adventure was our absolute favorite xxxooo

Beautiful vineyard with lovely hospitality. There was a power outrage so I was unable to enjoy the highly recognized restaurant. I enjoyed the wine tasting. Loved the pool! I was able to enjoy the hot springs EARLY! I got there 5:30a and it made a difference by 6a there were a lot more people but nothing compared to the crowds after 8a. So. Go early! Don’t forget to remove your jewelry! The rooms in the Villa are a bit small but the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I slept well. I would stay again.

The location it's perfect if you want to go to SATURNIA TERME IL MOLINO. (5 Min drive). Also very close to a beautiful little town, and 30 minute drive to PITIGLIANO.
The grounds for the property it's just gorgeous, you are staying in the middle of vineyards,

The place is superb. The service is terrible. In particular, the manager was rude. When I asked for Kleenex, I was told that by law they are not obligated to offer it and that I should use toilet paper and if I don't like that I can go to the supermarket and buy some.
Also, the front desk is not open until 8 am, and even then, the clerk appeared 15 minutes late. Luckily we were in a car, not trying to catch a plane

This was a lovely resort in a nice quiet area. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated and the hotel and property itself was quite beautiful. We were not able to get a reservation for dinner unfortunately for the one night it was open during our stay, booking ahead is recommended. We were able to drive into a nearby town for a great dinner but would have preferred to eat and drink wine at the resort. Lovey destination in beautifully Italy countryside.

Acquaviva is designed for a very specific type of traveler. Unless you plan to rent a car, it will be difficult to get to due to unlimited and unreliable public transport. Overall I did have a great experience and would stay with this host again. There’s an elegance and charm about the location, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was top quality and plentiful.

This resort is beautiful and intimate. The restaurant is amazing. Mama is a WONDERFUL cook. It is family run and everyone in the family is visible and approachable and very focused on their guests truly enjoying themselves. It’s a short drive from the Saturnia Hot Springs, Manciano, and Montemerano. All beautiful places to visit. The wine was tasty but the OLIVE OIL was the real star for me.

We unfortunately left it on to have dinner two hours later it was still warm in the room. The owner instructed how to work the unit but it never got cold enough. This is truly a gorgeous place to stay, and I would highly recommend that you stay here. The pictures they have online truly don't do it justice. It is a picturesque resort and such a wonderful place to stay. As you drive up to the resort, the road is lined with these beautiful trees, and the whole property is surrounded by acres and acres of grape vines for the winery. They graciously upgraded my wife and I to a superior room for free, and were so kind and helpful. We ate at a delicious restaurant in nearby Montemerano called La Cascia. The breakfast at the resort was totally first class, and the food was absolutely delicious. I wish that we could have stayed here for several days, so that we could really enjoy all that the area had to offer.

It is a very nice place, great locations to the Cascade del saturnia hot springs, nice people at the desk, really pastoralist place, no elevator to the first floor (only 2 floors) so needed to carry the luggage, room was ok but the shower was too small. Breakfast was ok but it took time to bring Coffey or any other. I recommend booking the wine tastes at least right after booking - we have missed it because it was full. Recommend for 1-2 nights

First I want to talk about service, we thought check-in was until 11p as stated on Expedia. But that information was wrong, regardless the hotel staff Gemma reached out to us before closing asking our arrival time. Because we were arriving after check in she made all the arrangements for us to be able to get into the property. This kind of service is priceless and we are very grateful for it.

This was just an absolutely beautiful location with the friendliest of staff. The attention to detail of everything involving our stay was extraordinary. Our group of six was treated to a private dinner outside under the stars rather than inside with all the other guests. The wait staff was attentive and told us about each dish and a little about the chef (or Momma) who prepared it for us. Rooms were clean and updated to include the best showers that we have had in Italy so far. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone who is visiting Italy. I give it 5 stars and would love to come back to visit in the future.

Hotel is basically closed in November.....
We went to this hotel to experience the natural Hot Springs near by. When we arrived they got us set up in our room and offered us wine (which we later found out we had to pay for). We asked about the restaurant on site and they said no it was closed, we asked about a taxi to the Hot Springs and they called but said nothing was available until after 4:00 pm. It was only 1 pm and would be getting dark right after 4. We said we would walk, even though it was 8 km away. They said they could have the driver pick us up at 4:30, but to eat while we were there because they didn’t have food (the snack bar at the Hots Springs was closed). They kept saying they were on holiday in November after their busy summer season. I don’t know why they are letting guests book while they are on holiday. Seems like it could have been a great experience if they were actual working and open!

Excellent service! Room was quiet, comfortable and clean but a little small. A/C wasn’t switched on yet as we were in between season so the first few nights were warm (much better on our last night when it was turned on). Good breakfast. Amazing grounds and nice pool area. The repeat visit to Acquaviva for us did not disappoint – as ever, wonderful gardens, superb food (breakfast and dinners) and accommodations. We were treated to a truly excellent vertical tasting of estate wines going from 2002 to 2016.

A repeat stay for us -- Acquaviva has a very tranquil, serene feel to it. A tour of the winery was totally excellent and both breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant are superb. Saturnia hot springs cascades are a 10-minute drive.

A heavenly place to stay
I arrived in Tuscany after a 20+ hour travel day and was instantly soothed when I stepped onto the grounds of Villa Acquaviva. It’s one of the most peaceful and beautiful places i’ve ever seen. The grounds are lovely, surrounded by grape vines and bountiful fruit trees. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond. The villa is beautiful and very clean. The pool area is lovely and it’s a great pool to swim in or relax with a good book. The food here is amazing and you can tell that all the ingredients arepf the highest quality. The free breakfast is amazing. I also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. The neighboring towns are very charming to wander around in. If I had to give one criticism it would be that my bed was extremely firm, but everything else was so perfect I didn’t mind. Also the dog and kittens on the property were friendly and adorable! I stayed two nights here with my mom, and can’t wait to come back with my wife!
