A lovely relaxing place to stay. The scenery is stunning, the staff very welcoming and friendly.
We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people.

They didnt clean the room, food was ok, but not to the standard you would expect in a ordinary tuscany restaurant, so i would not reccomend half board and most of all take your own toilet rolls as the second day no one come to clean the room even if like me di reserved a standard accomodation through this website and no mentions to not providing cleaning services.

We were travelling with a little baby, and so were the majority of the other guests. The apartment was comfy and the views are great. We had a cold welcome, reception staff so so. Half board is very practical but food is not the best. The property is on a slope so you might have to walk up hill to get to/from pool and restaurant area. All things considered it was ok.

We only stayed one night whilst travelling, but really wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a fabulous resort in the hills of Tuscany very peaceful. Beautifully kept, very clean and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

The chalets at this property are clean and well kept but very basic with dated dark furniture making them feel a bit dark and depressing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant does a buffet dinner and breakfast and the food was absolutely terrible. We couldn’t even eat it and had to go in search of food elsewhere. There is nothing around and we had to drive a long way to find restaurants plus we are from England and have limited Italian and they don’t speak other Languages in this area plus limited phone signal for translate so we found it hard.

We booked an apartment and got one looking out to the mountains with a beautiful view. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. And the swimming pools on two levels were a huge hit for our kids. We had a great time and everyone was happy. There were many families with kids. Looks like this is quite a popular resort in Tuscany.

Beautiful area of Tuscany. Resort overall fine, kids enjoyed pool but our accommodation lacked a view (we had ground floor, wall directly in front), kitchen not particularly well equipped and the onsite restaurant was limited to a set menu which provided limited choice. Magliano is close by which is a wonderful.

The hotel is very family oriented and provides a kids club during the day and kids disco followed by entertainment in the evening.
The hotel consists of several 2 storey apartments, spread across the resort. The only issue is the walk up and down the steep site to get to and from main hotel area, which could be up to 5 minutes.
The staff are all friendly, including the entertainment team who kept us entertainted, throughout the day and evening, especially the kids!
The location of the hotel is in the hills, five minutes away from the local village. The surrounding area including the village is breathtaking.
Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed this resort after 4 busy days in Rome. Room is very basic but the attraction here is the pool and gorgeous surrounding scenery. Peaceful and relaxing. Family friendly. Note the on site store is closed Wed so come prepared if you plan to cook anything in the kitchenette.

Car needed for this resort style apartment hotel set on a hill overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The units and grounds are well maintained and equipped and parking is free. Reception staff was friendly and helpful but the hours of operation are limited. Internet access is only available in or near the reception building. We enjoyed our stay.

Good value comfortable but basic accomodation. It was very hot while there and unfortunately the pool and surrounds were always overcrowded.

The hotel was ok and the staff was friendly. There is no wifi in the rooms and our room smelled very badly of smoke. There were items like drains that did not drain that leaves one with a poor impression. Overall it was OK but certainly not a highlight of our trip to Italy.

La struttura è situata in un’ottima posizione da cui si gode di una splendida vista. In se il resort è anche un bel complesso, soprattutto per tutto il contorno naturale che lo circonda.
Punti negativi:
-la ristorazione è di pessimo livello: la qualità dei cibi lascia molto a desiderare, non sembrano affatto prodotti freschi. Colazione mediocre, cena deludente paragonabile ad una mensa. Non vengono offerti piatti della cucina tradizionale toscana né specialità locali. La clientela straniera probabilmente apprezza il buffet, ma non incontra affatto i gusti di un palato italiano. Lo standard è bassissimo.
-personale poco cordiale e poco efficiente (tanto per citarne una: a inizio cena abbiamo chiesto gentilmente delle bevande che ci sono state portate a fine pasto quando stavamo per lasciare il ristorante. E facciamo notare che le bevande si pagano a parte).
-la camera era spaziosa ma da rimodernare, una buona ristrutturazione generale sarebbe necessaria.
-cambio asciugamani a pagamento, servizio di pulizia o riassetto inesistente.
-rapporto qualità/prezzo della mezza pensione non adeguato.

Purtroppo, per noi è stata un’esperienza sgradevole. Sicuramente non torneremo in questo resort e non lo consigliamo ad altre persone.
Punti negativi:
-la ristorazione è di pessimo livello: la qualità dei cibi lascia molto a desiderare, non sembrano affatto prodotti freschi. Colazione mediocre, cena deludente paragonabile ad una mensa. Non vengono offerti piatti della cucina tradizionale toscana né specialità locali. La clientela straniera probabilmente apprezza il buffet, ma non incontra affatto i gusti di un palato italiano. Lo standard è bassissimo.
-personale poco cordiale e poco efficiente (tanto per citarne una: a inizio cena abbiamo chiesto gentilmente delle bevande che ci sono state portate a fine pasto quando stavamo per lasciare il ristorante. E facciamo notare che le bevande si pagano a parte).
-la camera era spaziosa ma da rimodernare, una buona ristrutturazione generale sarebbe necessaria.
-cambio asciugamani a pagamento, servizio di pulizia o riassetto inesistente.
-rapporto qualità/prezzo della mezza pensione non adeguato.

Il resort è in una bellissima posizione, immerso nella natura, le stanze sono funzionali anche se mancano un po' di mnutenzione. Anche il verde intorno alle stanze non era curatissimo. Il ristorante self service lascia un po' a desiderare perché le pietanze erano fredde e la quantità non era proporzionata all'affluenza. Il personale è cortese e solerte e la struttura nel complesso è bella.

La struttura è molto bella, sopra un colle con splendida vista sul paesino di Magliano, molto ben tenuto. Anche le camere sono piacevoli, la colazione nella media, la piscina è stata un piacevole punto in più per la mattina dopo il check out. Ho trovato solo alcune pecche che secondo me possono migliorare in una struttura del genere, ossia personale un po’ inesperto (inizio stagione?) anche se sempre gentile, succo di frutta a colazione di scarsa qualità, gestione della piscina da migliorare (non ci sono bagni vicini alla piscina e la divisione dalla zona ristorante è un po’ arbitraria). Nel complesso la location vale la spesa.

Pecca purtroppo nei dettagli, serratura della stanza che si inceppa, scarico del bagno che si incastra (quello del bagno vicino alla reception), mobili della stanza molto datati e pieni di graffi e segni.

Un po' discutibile la richiesta di supplemento per usufruire delle piscine a check-out avvenuto (tra l'altro decisamente presto: alle 11 di mattina). Anche discutibile la scelta di far pagare la caffetteria da banco durante la colazione.

Ho alloggiato in appartamento per 4 persone, il letto matrimoniale molto confortevole (misura king) e il divano letto di buona qualità anche se tenuto male (la tappezzeria lasciava un pò a desiderare, forse andrebbe sfoderata e lavata più spesso). Piscina e servizio animazione ben gestiti. Da migliorare le informazioni che vengono fornite al checkin, ma attenzione...dipende dalle operatrici, ho avuto modo di interagire anche con persone molto preparate.

Ho usufruito della mezza pensione e devo dire che è consigliatissima per ottenere un rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile se non volete prendere il mini appartamento con angolo cottura.

Il Resort fornisce tutto ciò che è necessario per fare una vacanza in pieno relax in una splendita cornice delle colline toscane. Abbiamo utilizzato il resort come base per poter visitare le zone intorno all'Argentario che è facilmente raggiungibile con 25 minuti di auto. Per mangiare ci sono delle ottime trattorie facilmente raggiungibili in 15/20 minuti. Nel resort c'è la possibilità di refrigerarsi in piscina, cosa che abbiamo fatto tutti i giorni. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Jag fattade inte att det var så svårt att ta sig dit utan bil. Vi kom norr ifrån med tåget och fick vänta 4 timmar i Grosetto innan bussen gick till lilla byn Magliano in Toscana. Resorten låg ett par kilometer utanför så vänligt nog kom personal från hotellet & hämtade oss i byn. Rekommenderar att ha bil på detta hotell. Mycket fint hotell och pooler och hjälpsam personal. Fina stora rum och hjälpsa personal. Dåligt att ej wi-fi funkar i rummet som man får uppfattning om när man bokar via hotels.com. Frukost kostade 10€ per person. Dyr men bra. Grillbuffé fredagskväll 30€ per person. Ingick ej dryck till barn endast vatten & vin & desserten var vattenmelon. Trevligt men dyrt.
