I do not recommend this property at all. The 2 bedroom cottage looks nothing like in the photos. Surrounded by bush with overgrown mosquitoes in the cottage. Old, dirty, worn and torn furniture, light sockets that are falling from the wall, old and minimal cooking utensils and we found termites on the bed that fell from the ceiling. The reception staff is rude. She came to look at the insects and just wiped them off. She offered another room that was no better. When I asked for a refund as I cannot stay in an unclean cottage that has termites falling from the roof, she called me a liar and said there were no termites. Luckily I took photos. My family and I did not end up staying and we did not get a refund. I will never go back here.

Great pool, big rooms, clean bathroom. Foam bed and flat pillows. No tea coffee making facilities and did not see a bar, though their restaurant was 100m away may have served drinks. Restaurant good food well presented. Good breakfast.

Would Stay at Relais Ciavatta Hotel Again!

Stayed here to go over and swim in the Cascata near Saturnia. Nice place. The front entrance is pretty and easy to spot from the road. The parking spots are fun. You park between olive trees. There are two outdoor pools. Both are relaxing and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas to use. The nearby restaurant Osteria La Fransca is quite nice. Had several pasta dishes and the tiramisu is wonderful. Wine is made right there on site. Cute little vineyard. It’s Italian wine country. Grapes everywhere. Keys to the rooms are old fashioned mechanical keys with large dongles on them so you don’t lose the room keys. Bathrooms have built in hairdryers which are nice. WiFi is decent and fast. Streamed some Netflix mo irs and shows before bed time.

Beautiful country estate. Family owned and operated. Rooms were very comfortable and large enough. Family worked very hard to make us have an enjoyable stay. We ate at their restaurant which was very good. This is just a 10 minute drive to hot springs.
Great place to relax. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property that exceeded my expectations

This was a wonderful relaxing stay. The property was located well and was well kept. The owners are very nice. It took only 3 minutes to drive to the closest village where there were good restaurants and awesome gelato. The owner of the hotel will tell you to tell the restaurant where you are staying and they gave a discount. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to the falls which are free or the Terme Resort Spa in which they offer a discount if you go. The pool and property are clean and well kept and the breakfast was fabulous

Nice quiet and separate cottages.

We stayed for 2 nights for the sole purpose of visiting the Cascate del Mulino thermal pools just a short drive away the next day. We arrived in the early afternoon and decided to hang out at the hotel pool. The surrounds of the pool were nice to lay out but the water itself was sprinkled with plenty of bugs. The grounds of the hotel and cottages were well kept, aside from some construction, which we didn't mind. The cottage itself was simple and clean with a kitchenette. If you plan on cooking, plan to buy everything you need, including salt & pepper. Breakfast was served in the main house and not included in the price of the room. Overall, good for a weekend or short stay.

We rented a chalet because it had enough room for our family. Size was decent.
The staff were friendly.
Unfortunately, they had no place for us for dinner which was very desappointing. They should have said something at our arrival so that we could have planned accordingly.
The pool was ok.
There were some ants in our chalet which is something I wouldn't have expected at the price we paid.

Hyggeligt sted - anbefaling til et kortere ophold

Et rigtig fint og hyggeligt relais ude midt på landet. Lever op til navn (country hotel) - med oliven lunde, vinranker, cyprus træer, græssende køer og heste lige udenfor døren. Der var en dejlig ro og et godt pool-område med nok liggestole til alle gæster.

Ejerne leverede en rigtig god service. De var interesserede i deres gæster og var særdeles venlige og nærværende. Kæmpe plus!
Hotellet er super rent og indbydende - og meget autentisk og hyggeligt.
Vi blev opgraderet ved ankomst og fik en dejlig suite på 2. sal.

Hotellet ligger tæt på den hyggeligste by Montemerano - kæmpe anbefaling at tage dertil for at spise aftensmad.

Internettet var elendigt! Vi kunne slet ikke få forbindelse, hverken når vi var på værelset, ved poolen, i restauranten eller andre områder. Det var et kæmpe minus!

Restaurant: Kvaliteten i restauranten lever ikke op til omgivelserne. Portionerne var små og vi fik en pastaret hvor fyldet var skildt. Dog gjorde det, at vi kom ud og oplevede gode restauranter i nærliggende byer.

Morgenmad: et meget lille udvalg - bliver trættende efter flere dage. Dog lækkert med frisk frugt plukket på farmen (fx figner)

Ærgerligt at man ikke kunne få noget at spise i løbet af dagen - fx en snack/noget koldt at drikke når man var ved poolen.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt in den Hügel der Toskana

Wir waren als typische Kleinfamilie eine Woche zu Gast in eineräm der insgesamt 10 Ferienhäuser die sich am Rande des Geländes befinden.
Das Haus und den Aufenthalt an sich schätzen wir insgesamt als gut, allerdings nicht hervorragend ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung, allerdings eher rustikal (dunkles schweres Holz, siehe Fotos). Das beeinträchtigte den Augenthalt zusammen mit den wenigen und leider lichtschwachen Lampen zum einen ganz praktikabel in dem der Inhalt der Kleiderschränke kaum erkennbar war, als auch allgemein die Stimmung für Leute wie meine Frau die helle freundliche Wohnungen bevorzugen doch etwas. Als Pluspunkt muss man die tatsächlich funktionierenden Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern erwähnen. Wir haben immer mit Fenstern offen geschlafen und uns von den Tiergeräuschen einschläfern lassen. Der Poolbereich ist super mit vielen angenehmen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Umfeld bietet neben den bekannten Quellen von Saturnia eher etwas für die Städtereisenden z.B.

La caldaia invece di regolarsi con un termostato è comandata a tempo.
Se il cliente percepisce freddo, l'albergatore non può sindaca sul fa freddo non fa freddo.

Bel établissement bien placé !

Belles résidence avec plusieurs possibilités d’hébergement. Nous avions choisi un des 10 cottages à l’écart de la route et non loin de la piscine. Grand, propre, bien équipé il nous a donné entière satisfaction. L’hôtel est situé non loin des termes de Saturnia et de “la cascade dl Molino” pour profiter des eaux chaudes et soufrées de cette source. Très bon accueil à l’hôtel, que nous recommandons.

cet endroit est magnifique, une belle propriété au milieu de la Toscane. la chambre était grande, conforme aux photos. l'endroit est vraiment très très calme, donc un bon séjour pour se reposer et c'est à 3 minutes en voiture à coté des termes de Saturnia, donc très bien placé. Le seul petit point négatif c'est la climatisation qui n'en est pas une, heureusement les nuits sont plus fraiches donc on peut dormir mais vraiment en cas de grosse chaleur vous pouvez vous dire que la climatisation est inexistante. Le wifi est egalement très très faible mais bon...est ce qu'on y va pour travailler, je ne pense pas. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les jeunes. La piscine est très agréable. il y en a deux et ça aussi c'est pas mal.

Het was een leuk hotel voor de nacht. Het zwembad was top. Alleen een beetje aan de koude kant. Voor de rest is er in de buurt niet veel te zien. Het restaurant langst het hotel gaat laat open en staat niet veel op de kaart. De kamer was een beetje antiek. Wel handig dat de ramen vliegenramen hadden. S’avonds koelt het er nog af en dan komt de frisse wind binnen. Het ontbijt was niet veel en niet veel keuze. Wel verschillende keuze van koffies. De receptioniste was heel vriendelijk. Wel geen bar ofzo maar je kan aan de receptie wel drank bestellen en deze op het terrasje voor je kamer nuttigen.

Per un fine settimana di relax

Ottima qualità rapporto prezzo. Siamo stati nel bungalow molto grande con una piccola cucina, spazio esterno, il mobilio andrebbe rinfrescato, mancano gli persiane, o le tapparelle, la mattina entra molta luce.
Ma nel complesso mi sono trovato bene sicuro ci torno per ina vacanza più lunga

Schönes Landhotel, nur ein paar km von Saturnia!!!

Das Hotel liegt klasse weit ab von einen Dorf, aber nahe an den heissen Quellen von Saturnia! Besonders wenn man nach den Quellen etwas müffelt, ist das Gold wert! Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus, etwas rustikal aber ok. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, daher war der Service etwas „light“. Pool war klasse! Wir würden wiederkommen, aber diesmal ein Zimmer im Hotel nehmen.

Ottima scelta La nostra camera si trovava staccata dalla struttura principale , con un comodo parcheggio. Posto, struttura, giardino, ecc. Davvero belli romantici ed esclusi.
Peccato che mancano completamente la cura dei particolari, un bar, e l'accoglienza è l'ospitalità dei proprietari e gestori é davvero migliorabile.
Un esempio in cui le persone fanno la differenza questa volta non molto positiva.

Un endroit typiquement toscan

Un lieu idéal pour séjourner, qui s'inscrit parfaitement dans ce qu'on peut imaginer de la campagne toscane ... cadre beau et reposant entouré d'oliviers et de cyprés ; chambres décorées avec sobriété, réparties dans plusieurs petites maisons au milieu d'un vaste jardin ; piscine très agréable avant ou après les ballades dans la journée. enfin, personnel attentionné et charmant. Bref, séjour à renouveler si possible !

Very enjoyable stay at Italian country side!

Very nice hotel with superb villas. Villas are furnished with good taste and are Italian country stylish. So classy! And if you like horses (our daughters do!) nearby is horse enclosure and actually you can see them straight from Villas.

There is two swimming pool, one for adults and one for families. Restaurant is very good and you can order meal outside of the list. Nearby are two little towns and there you can find crocery stores, gas stations, restaurants etc.

Customer service was also excellent and very familiar. Place is run by family and it is big plus.

This was really nice place and perhaps we come again! Big thanks!

Nella pace della Maremma

albergo molto tranquillo con personale cordiale ; L'hotel é collegato ad un ristorante dove si mangia bene e si paga il giusto Per chi viaggia per vedere i luoghi limitrofi, la viabilità é un po' problematica a causa delle strade molto tortuose. Il mio cane é stata molto ben accolto in albergo senza difficoltà o eccessive proibizioni.

Отдыхали в этот отеле уже второй раз!Основным поводом поселиться здесь,является близость к термальных источникам.Место тихое и изолированное.Проживали в отдельностоящих шале.В шале есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.Хорошо оборудованная кухня с кофемашиной,просторные комнаты,терраса с уличной мебелью.Обязательным условием является наличие автомобиля.Огорчает только отсутствие WI-FI(есть только в районе основного корпуса).

Hotel immerso nel verde,ma deludente

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché disponeva dei servizi come piscina e ristorante e maneggio.All'arrivo in hotel ci hanno comunicato che il ceckin era possibile fino alle 18:00 e che non era disponibile nessu servizio(ne piscina ne ristorante ne maneggio) cosa nn specificata in fase di prenotazione.Le camere sono abbastanza pulite ma molto minimal neanche una finestra.non vale assolutamente i soldi spesi e richiesti.Molto meglio un agriturismo scosigliatissimo anche se la proprietaria è molto accogliente
