Personnel a former, c'est la 2eme fois que dans cet hôtel, le réceptionniste ne trouve pas le règlement du petit déjeuner la veille, et qu'il/elle me met mal à l'aise devant d'autres clients. Pour avoir déjà vécu cet incident dans ce même hôtel, j'avais demandé une facture la veille et j'ai bien fait ! C'est vraiment désagréable de passer pour une personne malhonnête alors que ça n'est pas le cas, et surtout pas pour des sommes aussi ridicules. J'ai été hôtelière dans une \"autre vie\" et ça n'est jamais arrivé dans mon établissement. Je pense que c'est juste un manque de formation du personnel

Nous avons peut-être logé une nuit dans une chambre pour trois personnes mais nous avons bien dormi. Tout s'est bien passé seul petit bémol de la chambre c'est le lit du haut qui est bien trop haut pour un adulte mais plutôt pratique pour un enfant sauf si il est âgé de 7 ans et qui veut descendre tout seul là il doit être accompagné point les odeurs de toilette se font sentir dans la chambre c'est un peu un défaut mais pour le reste je n'ai rien à redire

Grande chambre 2 lits ( pour un ibis budget ) avec la clim, un coin bureau, de la place pour se mouvoir autour des lits, une grande douche fermée, un coin toilette. Seul regrêt, étant vieillissant, une poignée dans la douche aurait été un sacré plus, le sol de la cabine étant glissant quand on se lave les pieds. Sinon, ce fut très agréable. Tout le contraire de l'ibis budget de la roche sur yon. N'hésitez pas à les contacter en direct. Etant passé par hotels.com, j'ai finalement payé plus cher de 5 euros. Autre point positif, on n'a certes pas la vue sur la mer mais le parking est grand. Celui qui connait les Sables d'Olonne me comprendra. Ou alors il faut venir par le train !

Hôtel à 2,5 km environ de la plage et centre ville, mais très bien situé quant à la proximité d'un hypermarché Leclerc avec sa station service et divers commerces dans le centre commercial et en face.
Les seuls petitsbemols sont:
- que les chambres sentent les égouts à cause des douches qui n'ont pas de siphons pour couper la remontée des odeurs, ce qui serait plutôt une erreur de conception du bâtiment et non celle du personnel,
- quelques tâches sur les parois de certains douches laissées par les divers occupants précédents, tâches noires qui ne partent pas avec un simple Jet d'eau.
- Sont aussi à relever les tâches noires de moisissures en bas des jonctions des blocs constitutifs des douches, notamment près de la partie où rante de la porte des douches...

Hotel que je connais bien , je viens souvent aux Sables d Olonne. Mais c est la première fois que je trouve que l hygiène n était pas au rendez-vous! Traces de liquide ayant dégoulinees sur la porte de la chambre, idem sur la porte des wc, sol sale et collant douche qui ne sent pas bon! Fenêtre sale ! Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel! Dommage car il était bien! Et bon rapport qualité prix!

Pour un séjour d'affaires de 2 jours, Accueil très souriant et aimable, super petit déjeuner bon et copieux (plateau à emporter) conjoncture oblige, nuit du dimanche au lundi très calme aucun bruit vu le nombre d'occupants la nuit suivante un peu plus bruyante, l'insonorisation est en adéquation avec le prix de la prestation. Très correct dans l'ensemble.
