It‘s a 2 star residence, a little worn off and in need of redecoration, but clean.
The staff are very helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort to speak French.
The location is perfect for the 2 minute ferry (navette bus) that will take you across the channell to the beach (it will save you a 30 minute walk).
There us a very big supermarket across the road with amazing fresh produce especially fish and seafood. Some restaurants nearby too (table reservation a must).
We were there for a sport event that started very early so the residence was perfect for us. The swimming pool was a bonus in 35c temperatures

The property is well located and that will be my only positive comment. You can take your room only at 5 PM and you have to vacate by 10 am! I was scolded because i arrived too early at 3.30PM. I didn't have soap, shower gel nor shampoo. The bed was not done. It's a glorified apartment not an hotel. There is a gated and secured parking lot. Second positive element.

We booked this accommodation on our way down to Bordeaux, wanting something small and more personal. Mansur and his wife made this the perfect place to stay the room was beautifully presented and lots of room. A seperate large bathroom and WC were great, and everything provided, just like being at home. I would have no hesitation staying here again and will be recommending to all our friends trading in this area.

Une fois dans l’appartement ça va, mais pour se faire comprendre c’est tout un poème, je suis enregistré en tant que personne à mobilité réduite, je stipule un grand lit et une douche car impossible de lever mes jambes, de porter et monter des marches, on me met au troisième avec baignoire, heureusement que je suis arrivé avant la fermeture donc changement on me donne une chambre pour handicapés et on me dit que ma place de stationnement est à l’autre bout du parking, on marche sur la tête, pas une place de stationnement pour nous, je vous dis pas pour sortir de sa voiture

En insistant un peu, on nous a relogé à 1h de route de la résidence, pour revenir le lendemain.
Heureusement nous avons insisté et montrer les preuves de ma réservation.

Un grand coup de fraîcheur et de renouvellement de matériel serait les bienvenus.
Au niveau de la vaisselle, la moitié par rapport à l’inventaire y était.
Un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour cinq jours. Cela fait quand même très peu.
Le dérouleur de ces derniers complètement cassé le rouleau posé à même le sol pour l’hygiène. Vraiment pas top.
Le dessus du frigo rempli de miettes, de pain, aucune éponge n’y avait été passée, ainsi que la cafetière qu’il a fallu entièrement décapé, avant de pouvoir s’en servir, sans compter le fait qu’il fallait rester à tenir le compartiment du café, si on ne voulait pas que ça coule à côté Tout le long du processus.
Pas un seul coup de balai n’a été passé sur la terrasse avant notre arrivée, qui était couverte d’un mélange de terre et de sable.
En revanche, malgré ce bon coup de rafraîchissement absolument primordial. Concernant l’équipement, l’équipe est très agréable, l’emplacement des places de parking quasiment face à nos appartements est un vrai plus.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil, la personne responsable est très réactive et veille à la réussite de votre séjour. L'appartement est conforme à notre souhait. en droit calme, facilités de transport, notre voiture restait sur place, bus de mer pour accéder aux Sables d'Olonne, le village de La Chaume est très accueillant avec ses nombreux restaurants. Nous y revenons déjà en septembre:)

Les jardins de l'amirauté est très bien situé, à proximité du centre de la Chaume, et des Sables d'Olonne, un passeur d'eau est à disposition à tout moment, jusque 22h. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la plage, le centre commercial accessible rapidement à pied. Les points négatifs : ascenseur en panne !! Au 3eme étage avec une poussette !! Les locaux ont besoin de rafraîchissement, en peinture ... La piscine a besoin d'être restaurée !

La chambre parentale étant située devant une route très fréquentée, nous avons pris la chambre à 2 lits située de l'autre côté du bâtiment car plus calme.

J'avais lu des avis négatifs sur cet hôtel mais en situation d'urgence je n'ai pas eu le choix. Je confirme que la propreté de la vaisselle, du sol et du balcon étaient très douteux, la tv ne marchait pas, impossible d'avoir un taxi pour se rendre à la gare et pas d'accueil à disposition pour avoir des infos. Je n'ai aucune intention de revenir, d'ailleurs un panneau à vendre trônait sur le balcon, bon vent au propriétaire actuel!

Très bien accueillis. D'autre part par rapport à notre séjour du mois de Novembre 2018,nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Un effort remarquable à été fait quant à la propreté que ce soit à l'intérieur des appartements ou aux parties communes.Merci pour la nouvelle équipe.

Seul bémol, des travaux le premier matin à une dizaine de mètres de l’établissement, donc marteau piqueur/pelleteuse à 8h, mais sinon très bien pour 3 nuits.

Bij aankomst werd het al moeilijk, ik wilde een dag eerder erin maar dat bleek niet gemakkelijk. Gedoe omdat ik via expedia had geboekt, moelijk moeilijk omdat er ook geen telefoon nummer beschikbaar is van expedia. Nu ik thuis ben blijkt ook nog dat er 3 keer van mijn bank is afgeschreven terwijl de receptioniste zegt dat mijn kaart 2 keer geweigerd is vanwege een te snelle bank kaart terug name uit het apparaat.

l'hotel est bien situé. il est à proximité du port Olona, en face il y a un super U, un cinéma, un bowling, un laser games. Le passeur est à environ 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la grande plage des Sables.
Les appartements sont bien agencés et fonctionnels. Il y a un parking privé fermé le soir avec digicode. le personnel est très sympathique.
