The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo.

Pool is amazing!

Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern)

Good shower pressure.

Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that

Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice. It’s only a slight gripe that we had on our stay.

Not what we expected

I think that non-Europeans or non-Italians need to understand that this is a place more relatable to a New Jersey seaside motel. We checked in for one night basically because it was unexpected trip down to Sicily and we needed to sleep somewhere. The time was midnight when we arrived. The area seemed very sketchy. We made the immediate decision that we were just gonna go to sleep get up and check out. Upon check-in, I guess the security manager was there checking us in and he wanted to hold onto our passports until the morning when the registration crew arrived. That was a hard no from us. Instead, he just took a photocopy, which is exactly what he should’ve done and he did push back a little bit as to why we would not leave our passports… which let me add were not going into a safe. They were just being left behind the registration desk.

Let me add the place is clean - however it’s just not what we expected - upon awaking in the morning- The views were very nice and it seemed a lot safer than the night time seen. It is a huge area for nighttime bar club life. It truly is a seaside party town at night… However, I did wake up and see many many people, running jogging on the streets. So again- think Jersey Shore vibe- seaside heights type!

The hotel was just not our vibe and I am just trying to stress that people need to understand that this is really more of a motel and not a hotel.

Check out the next morning was extremely easy and they did not give us a hard time at al

The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! Beach is walkable and easy to access from the hotel, and the breakfast and dinner options were all fantastic. Staff was very helpful with any questions that I had and parking was in abundance compared to other places I've stayed at in Italy. They even have a parking garage!

This hotel is more like a motel for people to stay overnight when they travel, definitely not for a family vacation. We stayed for 5 nights but only to travel to different beaches in the north part of Sicily. Breakfast was very far from a continental kind of breakfast. The hotel doesn't have any atmosphere, although it has potential. When you book a room, be careful not to get a room in the -1 level, as there is a restaurant at 0 level and you would hear all the noise from the restaurant until late midnight.

Staff were so accommodating. Arrived 3 hours early then check in but were given an upgraded room immediately. Room was excellent with kitchenette and lovely uses view. Very comfy and spacious. The pool is the cleanest pool I have ever seen. Never more then 6 people in it. So many sun beds available. Lifeguard on duty at all times.

Location brilliant. Three great restaurants very close by which included the hotels own which did the must amazing pasta. Even gave us some traditional Sicilian food to try for free!!! Also less then 10 minutes to Mondello beach by bus. Also great local supermarket a minute away.

Would definitely return and recommend anyone to go. Such a great stay. Also just 20 minutes by taxi from airport and 45 minute bus ride to Palermo.

They are accommodating. Our first night they had us in a king bed that wasn’t comfortable an they switched rooms for us an put us in separate beds like we wanted. Only issue was the menu in restaurant had no English translation but very good food!!

Nice hotel, fantastic view

The hotel was good, facilities were excellent, the restaurant was very good, the pool was great.

The sea is very close, but there is no beach, just rocks. Had to take a bus to Mondello for a proper sandy beach.

Good hotel and location

The hotel is very conveniently located for easy access to Palermo and Mondello beach in quiet area with a rocky beach. The hotel, its bedroom and public area are nicely kept and there is secure parking in basement available at a reasonable cost.
This is conference centre as well and has associated apartments too.
There is no hotel restaurant but one that is part of the complex next door that served good food and plenty of options, the breakfasts, which are extra were fairly disappointing with no fresh fruit or indeed timed fruit on offer but nice rolls and the usual cheese and cold meat available, once again they seemed unable to make a good cup of tea.

Too far from the beach

Travelling to and from the beach was frustrating and buses were not going frequently enough and cabs were too expensive, it is advertised that the hotel is in mondello, in fact it is not so we've had to spend much more money that planned because if the inconvenient location. Overall the hotel was nice, however it was very difficult to communicate with the staff who didn't speak good English.

Nice hotel, with a lovely pool. Hotel staff all very nice, hotel restaurant good, but only small choice of dishes. Breakfast, 4 euros, was the usual european hotel fare, ie adequate and reasonable value. Room facilities good, nice clean bathroom, good shower and cleaned daily. Hotel pool, delightful, well managed. Where the locals swim at Mondella, you cannot park for love or money!

A bit of a drive from Palermo. Room quite small and ordered a pool room view. Pool was empty during our stay (end of May) which is pretty ordinary. Breakfast was poor hardly any selection. Dinner in their restaurant was just ok a little expensive though. Beach across the road is below a small cliff not really good for swimming or bathing. I would stay elsewhere if I ever return to Palermo.

Pretty hotel, great pool, v relaxing

A great hotel. Quite hard to find but worth it. A great pool and private pebbley beach out the front of the hospital. Pool as an eternity aspect to it on one side.
Mondello also has a lovely beach where you can rent out sunchairs/umbrellas or even hire beach huts for families. lots of restaurants there but dont leave it too long or you have trouble getting a bus back as they only run hourly.

Clean hotel; nice staff; nice swimming pool, but closed after 18:00; can buy breakfast for 3 euro pp; waitress in hotel restaurant don't speak English and menu is only in Italian; location not great but bus transport available; for the beach we needed to go about 2 km; quite noisy at night (our room was in front of the hotel, above the restaurant and we were with child ). I would recommend this hotel.
We rented a car by the airport from sicilybycar, just to let you know - they wanted £1.500 deposit

Positives Friendly staff in the hotel, well placed for the bus to Mondello beach and Palermo Town centre, Bed comfortable, plenty of hot water and shower pressure.

Nice quiet springtime hide away

We arrived at 1am , the receptionist was very helpful, lending us some change to use the drinks machine,( the only minus point for this hotel was the lack of a kettle in the room),The room was spotless ,with comfortable beds( firm mattress) and plenty of storage.The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful on a number of occasions. Breakfast was typically continental with cakes,croisants and fruit with a choice of hot drinks for 3 euro.In the summer there is a large swimming pool available but unfortunately not open in spring.There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the hotel as well as secure parking for a fee. there is a very small beach and rocky area opposite the complex but the main beach is at Montabello 2km away either walk or the bus stops outside the hotel.Overall we were very happy with the accommodation and staff, though we only use hotels as a base and spend most of our time away exploring.One last thing there is a computer in the reception which has a free internet access point, wi-fi in the hotel is advertised at 5 euro per day( although we weren't charged),this was very useful when using online booking of flight boarding passes.

Good enough for the price. Great service!

The best of this hotel is their service at the reception. They go beyond to excel for the customer and their needs, really world class. Ramona was exceptional and helped me find a place to do my nails, despite most places being fully booked that week, always with a smile and going the extra mile (Grazie Ramona!). Everyone at the reception was fantastic. The apartment needs love, outdated but ok. The bed is just like sleeping on concrete (the hardest bed I have ever slept on). The breakfast was rich on sweets but poor on healthy alternatives. The pool was really great and the restaurant was also quite ok. If you have back problems don’t stay here, the bed killed both mine and my boyfriend’s back.
Avoid the breakfast, not worth it.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con formula appartamento. Camera piccola ma vivibile, grande terrazzo vista mare e un grande bagno. In cucina, fornelli, frigo, persino un microonde. Molto bella la terrazza comune e l'area piscina. Personale gentilissimo. Vicinissima al centro di Palermo e a due minuti da Mondello. Consigliatissimo.

Første værelse lugtede kraftigt af røg, men vi fik tildelt et nyt.
Man måtte ryge over alt også ved områder hvor man sidder og spiser samt ved poolen. Badehætte og badehåndklæde skal betales for, hvis man vil benytte poolen.
Receptionisterne var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Begrænset udvalg ved morgenbuffeten og ringe service.

Een wat oud hotel met weinig vertier in de directe omgeving. Voor restaurant moet je echt de bus of de auto nemen naar Mondelo-beach. Dit is niet te lopen. Het zwembad en de kamers waren redelijk ok, maar het ontbijt was dramatisch. Heel weinig keuze en belabberd personeel. Nu waren er hygiëne-maatregelen die het ontbijt inperkte, maar we hadden al 2 weken andere hotels gezien die het stukken beter deden. Een ander minpunt waren de harde bedden. Onze keuze valt de volgende keer op een ander hotel.

The beds are without a top mattress, so extremely hard. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows are just the same, hard and very used.
The breakfast is chocolate croissant, creme croissant and croissant with sugar. 3 different cakes and cookies - nothing els to choose from!
Besides that, they use plastic for everything and they don’t clean between guests at breakfast.
Now to the swimming pool, yes it’s clean, but it’s closed from 1pm.-3pm. and you have to buy a bathing hat, or els you’re not allowed in the pool.
They’s a lot of noise in the evening and night.

The beach near by, is packed with people and there are rocks.
Definitely not a 3 star, more like 2!!

Is you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, don’t go here!

Siamo arrivati nella struttura alle 11:30 e abbiamo atteso più di 1 ora per l'assegnazione della camera. Sono stati accettati due cani di piccola taglia. Buono l'impianto della piscina e la posizione. Il parcheggio sotto l'hotel dove si appoggiano la maggior parte dei clienti è molto disconnesso. Il ristorante dell'hotel è molto buono ma caro.

Hotel consigliato per una vacanza di coppia

Hotel di fronte a un mare pulito con scogli e comunque vicino alla spiaggia di mondello servito da fermata autobus proprio di fronte, peccato che gli autobus passano quando vogliono. Hotel pulito e confortevole, personale gentile e carino capace di risolvere ogni problema. Colazione troppo standard se avessero proposto qualcosa di tipico sarebbero stati il top. The hotel is located away from the beach, it takes 20-30 minutes to go to the nearest beach. when you were in the room there was no toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel 30gr for 4 days-it's not funny. In the room, the electric tile works badly. to boil water for half a day. breakfast was very bad, it was a cold omelet, a couple of old croissants. coffee should be ordered, and wait a long time. opposite the hotel has a beautiful sea view.

Detta är ett trevligt mindre hotell. En enkel frukost serveras dagligen och i år har de en restaurang som har öppet till lunch, 13-15, och middag start kl 20. Jag hade turen och fick en nyrenoverad studio med stor balkong. Poolen är ren och området tas hand om under hela dagen. Personalen var mycket serviceinriktade. Har bott på detta hotell minst 5-6 ggr! Prisvärt!

hotellet ligger litt avsides i forhold til strand. bademulighetene nedenfor hotellet er bare steiner og klipper. måtte bytte hotellrom da vi fikk et som var som en badstue og airconditionen virket ikke samt at det var revet en vegg på rommet.
lite entusiastisk personale. bassengområdet stenges hver dag kl 13-15!
prøvde frokost på hotellet første dagen, men det var bare kjeks og syltetøy. anbefaler å kjøpe mat i butikk i nærheten.
wifi virket bare innimellom, håpløst å jobbe med denne.

soggiorno a breve durata,personale molto attento,la mia camera vicinissima alla piscina e comoda da una parte pero molto rumorosa e l orario della piscina non mi ha soddistatto per niente ,trovato assurdo chiusura piscina dalle 12 fino alle 3 pomeridiane perlomeno agevolazioni con il lido che si trovava di fronte e al mare ..alla mattina non puoi fare in bagno in piscina sino alle 11 alle 12 chiusura fino le 3 pm.mi ha asciataun po' perplessa.

Camera spaziosa è tutto sommato bella la posizione. In realtà gli arredi sono datati, gli infissi non chiudono in modo ermetico quindi la notte si sentono troppi rumori esterni. Anche gli spifferi che entrano dalle finestre non sono piacevoli. Personale disponibile e cortese. Ma si tratta di una struttura ormai troppo vissuta che sicuramente necessita di rinnovo. Anche il letto non è risultato comodo con due materassi singoli che durante la notte si sono allontanati creando un fosso al centro del letto! Mancano le prese in prossimità dei comodini per ricaricare i cellulari. Insomma la mia personale esperienza non è stata positiva.

Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen! Die ausgewiesenen Leistungen wurden nicht erbracht. Entgegen der Beschreibung hatte das Zimmer keinen einen Balkon. Ein Bademantel stand nicht zur Verfügung. Die Minibar (\"Essen und Trinken\") bestand aus zwei Flaschen Wasser. Es war mir eine täglich Freude an der Rezeption um Haarshampoo zu bitten. Die Armaturen und Wände der Dusche / Wanne waren völlig verkalkt; die Türklinke im Bad klebte.
Der Pool war eingezäunt und stand von 9–13 und 15–19 Uhr nur kostenpflichtig zur Verfügung.
Das Hotel befindet sich am äußeren Rand Stadtrand von Mondello. 20 Minuten Fußweg zu den Privatstränden, 30 Minuten zu den öffentlichen Stränden, 45 Minuten zum Standkern / Altstadt.
Sowohl die Lage, als auch der Service werden dem Preis-Leistungs-Angbot nicht gerecht.

Hôtel très décevant et cher

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cet hôtel qui semblait pourtant de bonne gamme, à proximité de la plage : notre chambre était dans un état très vétuste (meubles et tapisseries décrépies, traces jaunes au plafond, literie mauvaise, porte-fenêtre qui ne fermait pas, ...). Je ne parle pas de la propreté: des poils en tous genres sur le sol de la sdb. Mais le pire est l'environnement: les chambres ayant effectivement vue mer ont aussi la chance de donner sur le parking situé juste en dessous, puis la route (passante) et enfin les camping-car stationnés le long de la fameuse plage... qui, dit en passant, n'est que du rocher. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et avons atterri dans une chambre un peu plus en retrait de la route, avec un peu de végétation pour nous cacher du parking... Bref, pas terrible du tout!! et certainement pas envie de farnienter sur le balcon! Alors, et la belle piscine?! oui, elle est belle, mais ce n'est pas compris, il faut payer plus de 11€ à deux pour la demie journée, c'est de l'escroquerie. le parking en sous-sol est lui aussi payant, nous avons donc laissé notre voiture à l'extérieur. Nous avons également testé le petit-déjeuner: sans intérêt, permet juste de ne pas partir le ventre vide. Enfin l'hôtel n'est pas très proche du centre-ville de Mondello: il faut nécessairement prendre la voiture, et payer les 'gardiens' dans la rue. Nous déconseillons doncvivement cet hôtel à ceux qui veulent passer des vacances agréables dans un bel endroit.

Hotel mit Meerblick

Das Hotel wurde gebucht für eine Woche im Mai 2015 für eine Städtetour Palermo und diverse Ausflüge über die Insel mit dem Mietwagen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück kann für 5 Euro/p.P. und Tag dazu gebucht werden. Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, aber bei dem Preis absolut ok, mit Schinken, Käse, Croissants, Jogurt, Cornflakes, Kaffee und Tee.
Das Hotel ist innen wie aussen dingend renovierungsbedürftig. Da ein Teil der Hotelgebäude schon eingerüstet war, scheint das Thema aber schon in Arbeit zu sein. Kostenloser (unbefestigter) Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Bei der angespannten Parplatzsituation in Palermo und auch Mondello ein echter Pluspunkt. Das kostenlose WLAN funktionierte problemlos.

buona solo la posizione

hotel situato con bella vista sul mare, ma tutto qui.
Volevo sottolineare che secondo me bisogna avvisare la clientela quando si è in ristrutturazione.
Oltretutto la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, doccia malfunzionante, veranda sporca e priva di una sedia o di un tavolino.
Tv malfunzionante.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passés 4 jours seulement et nous avions pu faire tout ce qu'on avait prévu de faire. (Farniente au bord de la piscine, repos, visite de Palerme en bus, journée plage.)
En face de l’hôtel c'est une plage de rocher, il faut prendre un bus gratuit pour se rendre à la belle plage de sable de Mondello. (5-10 min de bus)
Pour aller à Palerme, il y a un bus toutes les 30 minutes et les tickets de bus sont vendu 1,40€ à l'accueil de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet à volonté à 4€ par pers. (Excessif quant aux produits proposés)

Carino e vicino a Mondello

L'hotel si trova proprio di fronte il mare, zona scogli ma comunque attrezzati con scalette per poter fare il bagno. Le camere dell'hotel sono carine e con ogni comfort, aria condizionata, tv, e cambio di asciugamani ogni giorno. Le rifiniture sono un po' da ristrutturare, tipo la doccia si vedeva che era abbastanza vecchia, e le stanze non sono molto insonorizzate, tanto che si sentiva qualsiasi persona che passava fuori nel corridoio. La cosa più bella della struttura era la piscina, poco frequentata anche se l'hotel era completamente pieno. Una piscina spaziosa godibile senza affluenza e casino, davvero tranquilla. I lettini abbastanza vecchi anche quelli, sarebbero da cambiare, ma nel complesso tutto ok.
Non ho avuto modo di provare la loro colazione ed altri pasti all'interno dell'hotel. Personale cortese e disponibile alle richieste.

Hotel un po' vecchiotto, ma in corso di modernizzazione, camera spaziosa, bella piscina. Colazione non un granché, ma dal costo ridotto.

Viaggiando per lavoro non ho molto interesse per dove dormo, usando poco la stanza. La struttura ho di buono la piscina, ma nel complesso e' da ristrutturare.
