Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

Very spacious apartment.
Receptionist was very nice.
Bed very hard for us.
Althrough the bathroom was large the shower was good, but a Shower Curtain is just not hygienic,also it was just jammed between the entry to shower, therefore the flooring would get extremely wet as it flapped about.
Our apartment was \" Deluxe L\"
The pictures on site are over staged.
Aircon units on the balcony! Filthy!
Floor layers of ground dust.
Light bulbs missing.
Door Shutter to block out sun in the early morning wasn't working, didn't know if it was even \"there\".
TV well eventually gave up as to how it works.
No English instructors for anything in apartment, or for recycling. Which was all over flowing in the streets. Just so sad no-one seems to have pride in the surrounding area.
Supermarket close by, train station, can be seen from apartment, on 9th floor. Again no information regarding time tables for transport at reception. We did ask the gentleman. Its just too far away for tourists without a car.

Regarding the surrounding area there were a lot of workers/ men hanging around the outside entrance, dirty papers and worst of all dog mess(poo). I believe the description of this accommodation is very far fetched, like others we have encountered. We would not recommend anyone going out

部屋は綺麗でエリアも良かったですが、到着したら駐車場はなく、朝食もついていませんでした。エアコンからは水が漏れ、レザーの本カヴァ-にダメージを受けました。スタッフの方は丁寧の謝ってくれましたが、かといってそれに対するサービスはありませんでした。

Large, quiet, comfortable apartment.

Large, quiet, comfortable apartment with good amenities and a huge private balcony. The staff was super friendly and let us check in early and held our cases for us on the last day after check out. It is slightly out of town but considering how noisy Palermo can be this is a blessing if you're a light sleeper. It is, however, very close to a train station that goes to the airport and Palermo Central (though not on Sundays). Highly recommended if you want some peace a quiet when you come back from a day exploring the city.

I really liked this property because it was like a mix of a hotel and an apartment. It has a stove in the bedroom which was perfect for me because I had to quarantine here, but it has a great cleaning service and desk services just like a normal hotel. There is a luggage storage, and the staff were so friendly helping me out with printing, booking taxis, storage, answering all my questions, etc. The room is really spacious and private and comfortable. It is quite a walk from the centre of Palermo but there are plenty of amenities around the hotel, and a nice pizzeria. I would really recommend staying here.

Had an amazing stay in their deluxe apartment. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Our sleeps were very comfortable. Check in and check out was perfect with the staff at reception being extremely professional. Special mention to Matthio who helped us with our check out when our plans were delayed due to the rain. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good urban base for a holiday.

We were given a large semi-basement flat which was modern and clean with a good bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with a basic set of utensils. We found this very comfortable and satisfactory. Be aware that rooms 6 to 9 overlook the ramp to the underground garage. We left the window open at night and there was a lot of banging and crashing going on (refuse colllection etc) from about 4am; this didn't bother us but it might some. Come prepared for night-time visits from mosquitoes! It wasn't really practical to self-cater due to the very limited range of kitched equipment and the lack of a dining table: this wasn't a problem for us as we weren't planning to anyway.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is in a residential area with a good range of local shops and restaurants. Ten minutes away are the bus stops with frequent services 101 (city) and 806 (Marbello Beach recommended). You'll need to buy bus tickets in advance from tobacconists (only). There is a local train station but it's not much use, with services to the city main station every half hour.

We found this a very convenient base for our holiday in this lovely city.

The room was spacious with a large balcony , the overall cleaniness was good except we found one blanket was dirty on the inside , we love the full size fridge , the staff were friendly and helpful , the location was in a local area not touristy so if you want to live like a local is good , love the supermarket and the orient express restaurant next to it .

Good facilities, but lack of mirrors

The apartment was spacious with good facilities & comfortable beds. However, there was only a mirror in the bathroom, would be very useful, & there was definitely sufficient space, to have a mirror in the bedroom or even in the very spacious wardrobes.

The hotel staff were very helpful & knowledgeable.

If you choose the Marbella Residence be prepared for a half hour walk to the centre or you can get on the fairly frequent bus into town (bus stop 15 minute walk away). Although the buses do stop quite early in the evening, by 10.30 pm.

Good value for money.

Very modern apartment with sliding doors which create a division between the kitchen/dinning area and the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Well kept and very clean. Wi-fi connection is weak in apartment but works well in lobby area.

We stayed at spacious two-bedroom, 4-bed apartment with bathroom, kitchen, and two balconies. Staff was extremely friendly and let us check out late. Secured parking was in front of the residence. One minute walk to a supermarket and walkable distance to the city center with shops, gelato places and restaurants.

Appartamento in una posizione ottima. Parcheggi esterni non ha pagamento sempre disponibili. Camere molto pulite. Tutti i giorni cambio asciugamani e pulizia camere.
Personale simpatico molto accogliente e gentilissimo. Cucina con tutyo l'indispensabile e molto funzionale.
Consiglio veramente questa struttura.
Ottimo qualita'prezzo e servizi.

Reservamos dos unidades. Una de ellas estuvo muy bien, (22) y la otra estuvo deficiente (15) Tebia mal olor, algunas paredes muy sucias, sobre todo en el baño, la unidad en general necesita una remodelación, algunas cortinas protectoras no se podían abrir.

Lätt att checka in. Stor lägenhet med bra utrustat kök. Lägenheten var ren men om jag skulle använda köksredskap då skulle jag behöva diska dem först. AC fungerade inte (kom rumstemperaturs luft, inte kallt) och eftersom den andra natten checkade vi ut redan klockan fyra på morgonen så brydde vi oss inte om det. Lägenheten var på första våningen med en balkong och en stor terass vilket var obehagligt för vi va rädda att sova med öppna fönster. Sängarna var hårda. Frukosten var dålig, inget ägg och inte tillräckligt med croissant men det fanns flera sorter frukt. Servitrisen låtsades att gå hämta ägg sen kom tillbaka och berättade att äggen var slut men egentligen det fanns inga ägg på frukost befeen från början. Parkeringen var bra och närområdet också bra.

Hôtel sympathique mais éloigné du centre

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 9nuits.
En cas d'arrivée tardive (après 22h30), un supplément de 20euros est demandé...

Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une cuisine (sauf 2). On a nous a attribué une chambre sans cuisine. Après réclamation, on nous a mis au RDC dans une chambre sans terrasse...assez moyen! L'hôtel nous a très gentillement surclassé (dans un T2) afin que nous puissions avoir une chambre correcte (cuisine + terrasse)
Les chambres sont spacieuses, climatisée avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle et séparée.
Si vous avez de la chance, votre terrasse donne sur le port de Palerme et Monte Pellegrino.
Il y a un WiFi gratuit et le ménage est fait quotidiennement.
L'hôtel est à côté d'une gare mais pas d'inquiétude, très peu de trains y passe !

Le hic est que l'hotel est assez éloigné du centre: 30 à 35min à pied (en marchant vite). Le premier arrêt de bus est à 10min à pied (le 101 ou le 102 sur la via libertà). Il y a des bars et des supérettes juste à côté de l'hotel.
