The room was clean and well-equipped. I liked the safety of the location. There is a 24-hour doorman and I felt totally at ease going in and out. The location was perfect! 10 minutes walk one way and you were in the historical center. 10 minutes walk the other way and you were in the luxury shopping area.

The Biondi room was nicely appointed, but had only one small window. There was also a smell of cigarettes and trash coming from the window when we opened it.

This hotel is very cool. One experiences what is was like to go back in time and live in this very old city when you enter the property and then you are greeted with very modern conveniences. The balconies are great over looking beautiful architecture and the location is near a piazza with great night life.

Lovely, inviting space once in the B&B. Could have used better directions in finding the entrance (street number is hard to find and name of B&B is on the inside of the building). And interior of building looks a bit “tired” compared to the high quality of the B&B space itself.

Great location. Danielle was incredibly helpful from time we arrived to airport and drove to apartment, he was texting us to make sure we arrived at the correct area and had valet ready for us. His english was perfect so was able to explain everything about room and keys perfectly. The ONLY bad thing that happened is their was no warm water. Seems that the boiler had problems so after a long trip, we could not shower. It was very upsetting, we were sweating and dirty and really needed a shower to freshen up before hitting the town. Besides that, everything was good.

The property was easy to miss, but thankfully there was a nice man just inside the building who helped us. We had a big issue with the AC. The room temperature was near 78 degrees and we couldn't get the unit to work. We spoke to the night manager who we had thought fixed it but alas, it remained a sauna all night. Thankfully we brought 2 small fans for our cruise and used those to get air moving. We also had an issue with the mini fridge. Again the night guy sort of fixed it but the contents were only tepid. This caused an issue with my insulin.
Being out of towners, we were grateful for the city map. I would like to have had a list of places to eat with perhaps an English menu as we tried Googling places and it was difficult.
I would probably stay again but with the hot temps and lack of coolness, I'm not sure.

Friendly staff! Great location. The staff here are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure your stay is satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. You are a five minute walk to take the Airport Shuttle Bus, as well as Via Libertà which houses such great fashion houses as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabanna, etc. I have stayed here twice with one more stay and will definitely return when I con back to Palermo.

The property is on the first floor of an old building. The building entrance would need an upgrade. The staff is very professional. The rooms would need soundproofing as you hear when other guest arrive or take a shower. Location is excellent between the old city and the modern city. The breakfast is at a bar on the street. Great B&B 2 blocks away from the Main Street and center of old Palermo. The location is perfect, just off the main action to sleep well and also right next to shops, restaurants and all. Super comfortable place and modern. Very good air conditioning, quiet, comfortable beds. We had an amazing time. The owner Alessia was also really helpful in making our stay very pleasant and making sure everything was at our satisfaction.

There is 2 different buildings!! Make sure to specify if you are more than 2 booking rooms. Me and my friend were separate which was not convenient. The 2 buildings are about 5 min walk away. They are on pedestrian street and the parking is about 5 min away also. There was no breakfast but I nice little shared kitchen with a microwave, oven and all the essential if you wanted to cook in our building. It was in a gated building with a 24hr security guard. Also another surprise for us was the price of the parking. We were told it was 25$ per car per day but we paid 30$ because we apparently had “big” cars (Audi Q2 and Mercedes E220d). But otherwise the place was nice and clean, the staff was super kind and well located!

10 am check out time is very inconvenient. Our room was average for Palermo standards but our friends were in a room that was located in another building and that room was dark and gloomy. The staff was helpful especially Lucia but we will not stay here again. The location was central and walkable. It is improtant to note that this facility is not a hotel but more like Airbnb.

Not for light sleepers, alot of noise depending
I stayed here for two days. One thing that is not mentioned is that the superior room with the balcony is located right by the entrance where you can hear everyone come in and out and even someones phone ringing thats how light the walls are. Another thing was that there was construction going on in a neighboring store and when I went to go take a nap I could not because of the machine that was drilling through the floor - with that being said if you are not a light sleeper none of this will affect you. But if you are, stay away. The staff nonetheless were very kind.

Great help from Danile, could get to my holiday as unable to get into London because of fault failure outside Euston, made me over two hours late going on taxis and other train lines, got to Airport, their security system failed! But Daniele kept in touch from his side, I had to cancel as was exhausted and couldn’t get flight till the next day but will be booking again soon, so disappointed but B&B in centro tried to help me from Sicily, that’s service for you !

We stayed for 7 nights at B&B Incentro in Palermo. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival, one of the staff members even texted us to guide us from the airport to the accommodation, which was a thoughtful gesture. Once we arrived, we were informed that our breakfast would be served at a bar just 50 meters away from the accommodation. Having breakfast at a bar is not unusual in Sicily, but what surprised us was that we were allowed to have only one sweet pastry with a drink. While this might be acceptable for many people, we found it challenging, and we mostly skipped the breakfast, opting for just a tea or coffee instead. For those seeking a more \"conventional\" breakfast with eggs, fruits and savory options, we would not recommend booking the accommodation with breakfast included.
Aside from the breakfast situation, we were very pleased with the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent with adjustable settings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at B&B Incentro in Palermo.

Little disappointing
The reception isn’t open all the time and you need to schedule your arrival. The room is right off the reception area and you clearly hear other people coming and going so it doesn’t feel very private. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean but the shower leaked and you cannot flush toilet paper. Parking was a little confusing. It’s not as central as it’s described but it is quiet.
