Our best hotel on this tour of Ireland. Very handy for the town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and we ate in the hotel one evening and had a good meal. Only downside was that the shower was over a narrow bath and we did not feel comfortable using it.

The hotel is very handy to town centre and shopping centre 20 min walk 5 min drive. Didnt use bar/restaurant apart from breakfast which is all good apart from the pancakes they were dreadful about an inch think and stodgy really not good i left them and seen other people did too i did say and was offered alternative but i declined everything else was good. Porridge amazing

Staff great, car parking very good, common areas nice, breakfast decent, bedroom a good size. Main issue was a damp and mould patch on the bathroom ceiling, the thermostats hanging off the radiator in the bathroom. I would have expected a 4 star hotel to have corrected those problems.

This is a good hotel in Enniskillen, good parking, easy to find, walking distance of town centre, Rooms were very good and the cleaning staff do a brilliant job at this hotel, food, dinner was served in the bar area, my beef starter did not taste of beef, potato was the taste, my 10oz steak was cooked as ordered, and served well, i would have loved some background music, the history lecture from another table did not add to my enjoyment. But we left as fast as possible after paying £103. For dinners and drinks for two

- they put us in a accessible room. Fairly large, had a safe but no fridge. The button for the toilet was jiggly and the back fell off but they put it back on. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Would only give it a 7.5. Food in restaurant was excellent

Our stay at Westville has been the best of our stays in Ireland to date. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff helped us book our activities, breakfast and meals available on site or walking distance to shops. The staff were also interested in us as visitors and keen to know how we were going with our planned activities. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Reception staff very friendly and had a great breakfast served by Gary , nice decor in dining room. The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best.

Good friendly hotel in convenient location.

This hotel is very well situated within close walking distance of Enniskillen town and Lough Erne. There is a car park for use of residents. My room was large, well furnished and equipped and clean. The public areas were modern and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes.
As a town centre hotel, the view from the room was of the rear yard of the hotel and adjacent light industrial unit and there was some background noise, although I did not find this intrusive. The front of the hotel is on a quiet road but close to a major road so some road noise might be expected. Additional facilities are limited but anything you might want would be available in the town. The hotel bar is very comfortable with a good atmosphere. The evening menu was limited but with sufficient choice. An excellent choice for visiting Enniskillen and for touring the Fermanagh lakes and the Geopark.

The staff were excellent, went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. Lovely to get a welcome cake plate in room in arrival. Breakfast was very good, except sauce had split on the eggs benedict, leaving it not very nice, however we had a side order of bacon and were able to save the poached eggs, had these with toast instead and was lovely. Staff were all very pleasant and consistently asking if there was anything we needed. Room was spacious and comfortable.

LOVELY CONVENIENT BOUTIQUE HOTEL

We were welcomed so well by the girls at Reception. They were pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We had al most everything we needed. Spotless. Excellent black out curtains.
Tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided. Good breakfast and Jacqui, who is in charge, is amazing - SO helpful and friendly.
4 small negative points:

1. The window was completely opaque - not pleasant☹️
We presume the view must have been undesirable but we would still have preferred transparent glass.
2. No body wash convenient to the bath!!
3. There were quite a few stains on the underside of the duvet cover - not good.
4. Food in the Bar area in the evening was mediocre. I had a fish cake and I would have needed a magnifying glass to find any fish supposedly pink trout???

Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. One guy didn’t know the answer to a basic question. But the sheets were dirty, as were the cutlery and coffee cup at breakfast. Also, the shampoo and shower gel were empty when I arrived and wanted a shower. Nobody on reception so I had to go looking for a staff member to find shower products. Shame these wee things let down what is otherwise a good hotel with good staff

The staff were v nice and accommodating.
However dinner in restaurant on First Nice was sub standard, fish was poor quality bland in taste and texture and thin batter that was tough, chips were tasteless nd minimal.upon telling staff and manager all that was offered was a dessert or coffee but no discount or a free dinner on 2nd night.After waiting for more than 15 minutes to speak to manager all that was offered was the full bill amount.
Also upon returm to room at 5pm on saturday had to ring staff and request heating on as room was freezing.
Also upon return to hotel at 1pm and rang number on front door we had to wait 15 minutes outside until nught porter let us in.

The location and staff are very good, unfortunately that is the only positive i can say. The hotel is very very tired and desperately needs updating. The beds and pillows are terrible, the room smelled of old carpet, the furniture is chipped and worn. The cooked breakfast is aweful. Definitely not 4 star, more premier inn but worse. I am sorry to write this as the staff are great.

Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel. However check out is at 11, it cost 10 euro extra to check out 12 instead.which is the standard time for most hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westville Hotel, the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast we had on two mornings were just perfect very tasty indeed, Jackie who greeted us and took care of us each morning was very professional, friendly and a wealth of knowledge of where to go and what to do in Enniskillen. The only reason I gave 4 for condition was because the toilet was cracked in two places, a couple of tiles were cracked with grout missing ( this is not a criticism just an observation and in no way affected our stay ).
In the welcome pack in our room it states that the Westville Hotel is a family run hotel, Jackie and staff make you feel not just a guest but part of the family.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Westville Hotel.

The hotel was very warm and welcoming on a cold frosty evening, the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very tastefully decorated for Christmas and made us feel very festive 🎄
Our room was extremely clean and comfortable and the en-suite was spotless. The staff left a little personalised treat in the room for my husband as it was his 60th birthday which was a lovely surprise and gesture.
We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant, it was very busy and with the quality of the food I understand why it was a popular place.
We will definitely be back and I would really recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed many times and left good reviews. This however, was not one of those times.

Batroom was not clean in room, room stank and seemed like a blocked pipe.

I had a note telling me due to these unprecedented times and distance control the rooms wouldn't be serviced with a bottle of prosecco as a complimnent to aknowledge that, yet there was none of that in either the bar or restaurant and it was a free for all. Just tell people you are short staffed.

I went for breakfast and was directed to a table covered in wine. I asked for it to be cleaned and was told there was a wine tasitng the night before. The lady threw the night team under a bus instead of taking responsibility for not checking hereself.

Hotel was extremly warm which sole poeple will be ok with.

Not the worst stay ever but the worst by far ive experienced.
