From start to finish, the hotel was excellent! The staff at reception were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was booked out but was very quiet and no late night interruptions with people coming in late.

Breakfast was gorgeous, fresh, not greasy and the choice was fabulous, definitely would cater to all needs. Again, the staff were incredible. I will definitely be back!

This was booked to allow attendance at the enniskillen taste tour. I stayed in a standard double room in the motel part.
The positives were that the bed was comfy, fridge in apartment was handy and the location was fantastic.
The negatives were that the room was small the windows wouldn't close so noisy and the noise from other rooms was crazy could hear every word.
Overall though the staff were fantastic so helpful and the positives outweighed the negatives for what I needed it for

I don't think I've ever experienced such friendly and helpful staff. It wasn't that everyone was going out of their way to be friendly, it was that they just were... it came naturally and easily. If we were looking for a recommendation for anything in the area, not a problem. It was given with a smile.
The breakfast was also second-to-none. The best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time. And, again, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. When we checked in to the hotel we were asked if we had any dietary requirements such as being vegetarian. Usually I don't mention it because breakfasts tend to be the easiest meals to navigate if you are. This time, because I was asked, I said that I was vegetarian. And the next morning at breakfast, I was advised that there were vegetarian sausages in the oven for me (and they came along with cooked tomato, I suspect to replace the bacon).
I would stay here again without hesitation. I only wish more hotels were this good.

I had a very comfortable stay overall. The breakfast was great, and I personally really liked the shampoo and conditioner provided as well.
It was a little disappointing that there was some hair left in the drain and the water didn’t drain very well, but apart from that, the stay was excellent and I really enjoyed it.

Room was good but a lot of road noise could be heard. We paid full price for an upgrade to a superior room but was then asked to pay a further £30 for breakfast even though all the superior room are breakfast included on the website.
We didn’t complain but just pointed it out that if we’d booked a superior room initially, we would’ve had our breakfast included in the price.
All in all the staff were friendly but under the circumstances, I think they could’ve done more to accommodate us with breakfast since we’d paid exactly the same anyway and have 2 happy returning guests.

All staff that we came into contact with were extremely helpful and friendly, knowledgeable to the local area. Infomative with regards the breakfast buffet and timings.
The room was clean, with fridge and chilled water, tea/coffee making facilities, with Nspresso machine, comfortable beds, en suite and toiletries supplied.
Parking was easy, adequate space.
Overall a pleasant experience, would recommend to others and have no hesitation to stay again.

We stayed in the Belmore Court to celebrate my partner and I’s anniversary. We always like to meet a certain standard for accommodation on any trip and while normally the goal is to feel as special as possible on any given trip, I would go as far as saying that I felt like the most valued and special guest during our stay here this past week!

Prior to arriving, I emailed the hotel a few questions and my emails were picked up by Shane. He was so immensely helpful from the start and was so patient in answering my questions. Before we even got to the hotel, I already felt so welcome and it really just added to the anticipation of our arrival.

On arrival, we discovered that we had been assigned an Executive Suite on the corner of the hotel with a balcony and view. I simply can’t thank Shane enough for making sure that our trip was enjoyable.

This hotel truly is a gem. The reception staff were impeccable from check-in to check-out, any questions we had they answered. A tip for your stay – do not go home without trying breakfast. It is great and truly gets you ready for the day.

I can’t say enough about the hotels location either. We walked everywhere, and felt as central as you could want.

The hotel TV was fabulous, and the best part was, we had a TV in our bedroom and one in the lounge area of our suite!

The room we were in was so spacious, and the décor was so crisp and clean which I loved. Our lounge area was comfortable with lots of storage space and a wardrob
