The food was absolutely delicious and the leisure facilities were a highlight the swimming pool and spa area were incredibly relaxing. It is a nice, clean and quiet hotel with lots of amenities. Breakfast is great. Staff are accommodating. No air condition but a fan is provided which is sufficient. Highly recommended for value of money. I will definitely stay here if come back to Ireland.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From checkin right through to checkout. We were upgraded to an executive room. Fabulous. The weather was brilliant so we enjoyed our drinks outside in the sun. Dinner was fabulous as was breakfast. We went home stuffed!!!! Spent a little time in the Spa, but wanted to enjoy more of the grounds in the sun. Certainly recommend the hotel and will definately return. Many thanks for a wonderful break. X

The hotel is lovely have stayed many times couldn’t get room 412 cause it wasn’t available. We had a executive twin which was lovely two large double beds room 404. The fountain is outside the window and but if there is a wedding in the function room down stairs or the quests were outside it could be noisy. Lovely dressing gown and slippers in a grey colour are great. Having a fridge in the room was handy, and fan was great. Breakfast was brilliant nice that everything was brought to your table and no one touching the food. Staff are so helpful . Xx

I had an average overall experience l. The hotel interior is great, the customer service was pleasant but just ok and my room was a disappointment as it had the wirr of the kitchen fans going for the bulk of my stay and no view at all. If booking through a third party it seems to be a norm you could have a room experience like mine. If you want a great room ensure you pay for the view.

The dinner is very expensive because they do not serve only a few of the items on the menu. If you order 2 items from the different classes on the menu They charge for the complete dinner. We were very tired when we arrived and only ordered 4 items from the complete dinner, 1 appetizer 2 bowls of soup and one sweet potato cost over 90 GBP. We were not informed how the pricing worked. The cost came as a bit of a shock because we explained we only wanted something lighter. They also never change the menu, That said, the restaurant was beautiful, the service was excellent and the food was of good quality.
The breakfast menu is lovely and beautifully served and the food was excellent.
The cost of a light dinner is a bit of a shock. Nothing a la carte in the main dining room.
However the pub was totally a la carte, just down a long flight of stairs and a limited menu. The service there was lovely just a limited menu that also doesn't change.
The Manor House is 15 minutes to the city center and if you take cabs it is about 15 GBP per trip, no credit cards only cash. The drivers are very friendly, the cabs are clean and dependable. We were very comfortable staying there and the people running the hotel were superb!

Having stayed last year in a luxury premier suite we decided to return but this time for 2 nights in a junior suite. On arrival we were able to upgrade to a luxury premier suite, room 202. Superb suite with everything you could want and with fantastic views. Breakfast and dinner excellent in the Rockfield restaurant. A very relaxing experience at the Spa and enjoyed drinks in both the Cellar and Watergate bars. Look forward to returning.

To begin, the staff and property itself were fantastic. Unfortunately though there were a lot of negatives about our stay. We booked this particular hotel for the restaurant menu to find out on arrival at check in that the restaurant was closed for renovation. The website had said that renovations would be happening on dates next month. The 'garden view' was the carpark and fountain at the front of the property. The lake we'd admired in the pictures was all private property so we didn't get down to the waterside. Another reason we'd booked on a Monday night in winter was that we thought the spa would be calm and relaxing but it was unfortunately more like a local leisure centre than a spa. Then during the night, we turned the heating off in our room but it was so hot during the night that we had to open the windows completely and barely slept. I think for the cost for a one night stay, there were a few too many things that didn't seem to match the descriptions or expectations unfortunately.

Our rwo night stay at The Manor was refreshing. I particularly enjoyed a swim morning and evening.
There was a problem though with shower gel/hand soap and shampoo dispensers in bith the pool area and ensuite. It was almost impossible to obtain more than one drop at each push.
We found nail clippings on our bedroom carpet.
Also, the bathroom mirror was in an alcove and too distant to be of and use when required for shaving or dental hygiene.
Also the shower trim was quite green and dirty.
It wasn't all negative however, we had a lovely meal in the bar.
I wouldn't have mentioned these things but that i have been asked for a review.

Fabulous experience. The hotel is stunning. Such a beautiful building and surroundings set overlooking Lough Erne. The staff were warm and welcoming so we felt immediately at home. Breakfast was lovely, both the food and the location looking out to the view. Our stay was a real treat and we could not recommend the hotel and it’s lovely staff more highly.

The manager was helpful after Expedia contacted them after we complained about the standard of the room we were given after two rooms were not up to standard.The first one was noisy from a outside air con dripping water when we didn’t even have air con in our room The 2nd room was musty + dusty with torn wallpaper no fridge frayed carpet in a four star hotel all rooms shld be fresh the standard rooms need updated we were given a suite which was like being in a different hotel this shld not be the case all rooms shld be off a good standard it shldnt be that you have to book the more expensive room to enjoy your stay at a hotel

Sunshine at the Manor
We stayed one night for my husband’s birthday. It was our first ever visit, and we will certainly come back!
The hotel is old and grand, and in excellent condition. We sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed tea and scones. We then moved to the spa and the outdoor jacuzzi and watched the sun set, before heading to dinner in the Cellar Bar. The food was lovely, service was great, and we had a gorgeous breakfast before heading on into enniskillen for a boat cruise along the Lough.
