They should stop providing breakfast it is horrible and quality went bad day by day. Host does her own thing and doesn’t listen. Checkout time was 11.00 we were kicked out at 10.30.
If you are going to run a bed an breakfast in city like Rome learn some ver basic English to communicate its not that hard

Traditional stay in a quieter area of Rome

We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed our stay. We primarily came for the European Athletics Championships at the Stadio Olimpico and it took us about a 25 minute walk although there are lots of buses from here too and to the city centre. So good transport nearby. The accommodation was traditional and elegant. The breakfast was adequate but basic but hot drinks available self service in the breakfast room. The rooms are double glazed and have air conditioning so not noisy as our fellow guests were considerate. The area is residential and mainly quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the leafy courtyard. We had a bathroom plumbing issue that was resolved quickly.

This is a very basic and typical Italian hotel.
The area around it doesn't have much around it, although there is a taxi stand across the street which makes it easy to get around Rome. It is a nice quiet safe area.

Plusses: The apartment is quiet, breakfast is great and brought to your room. The rooms are spacious and the shower is hot with a lot of water pressure.
Drawbacks: They clean your room inconsistently. I was there for a week and they only made my bed twice. The walls are paper thin.
Checkout time is inconsistent. On New Years Day they made us check out at 10:30 instead of 12 which I thought was rude considering it was a holiday. The heaters in the room aren't great and the beds are super hard.

I definitely recommend this hotel. The room is clean, simple and cute- it reminded me of staying at my grandmothers house. It was very quiet, and breakfast is brought to your room promptly each morning (you select from the menu and select the time). It is a roughly a ten-minute walk to the Lepanto Metro station, additionally, a taxi stand is directly out front. I returned from Italy with a large box, so I took a taxi to the Termini station and an express train to the airport. The taxi from the hotel was less than 10 euros, and another 14 for the train.

It was a 20 minute walk to the National Etruscan Museum, but I used the metro to visit the “big ticket” items, such as the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. My Googlemaps app put those at a one hour walk from the hotel, or you can use the metro and get off at the Colosseum, roughly a 15-20 minute journey in total.

Oddly enough, there is no front desk at this place, so you have to phone ahead and make arrangements to check-in the day before. I had an Italian speaking friend call for me, and it turned out well. Lisa, with whom I interacted, speaks fair but limited English. The hotel is close to a grocery store, but there are not many restaurants close by.

I would stay there again.

Pleasant Stay

At first we were a bit confused because we arrived at a gated block of flats but very quickly after some WhatsApp communication Lisa the housekeeper came down and showed us in. Lisa doesn't speak much English but thankfully I have some Italian so that was helpful. we had heavy cases and the B&B was on the first floor so that was initially a little drawback. Lisa welcomed us warmly and settled us into our room which was overlooking the Courtyard. It was very comfortable and Lisa brought us our breakfast to our room and she also accommodated a small vegan breakfast for me. The area has plenty of shops and cafes and is within easy reach of all the main attractions. I would definitely go back there again but with lighter suitcases!!!

Disappointing experience. This was one of several BB we stayed. The room is small, no dresser, hot water took forever to get hot, shower pressure poor. Bathroom supply at minimum. Skip breakfast, there are very good and cheap places around.

A great B&B which is not too close to the cut and thrust of the tourist centre and not too far away that you feel like you're missing things. Super location and a super B&B at a great price for central Rome. We loved the charm of the room - the block - the area. One of the best B&Bs we've stayed in and would throughly recommend it A+++

Great B&B close to everything in Rome

We, two couples, stayed at Residenza Cavour at the beginning of September. The location was great, in walking distance from Vatican and from other beautiful places in Rome. The metro station was near by. Walking just one block, you are in the middle of bars, restaurants, high end shops and most important in a very safe area. Residenza Cavour is a lovely B&B in one of the beautiful traditional buildings of the area, very well maintained, with air conditioning, modern equipped amenities, and everything you need after a long day visiting Rome. Breakfast was very good and plenty to start your day. Free coffee or tea, with fruits and cookies, was a plus. Christian is a great host and very pleasant to communicate with. He made everything easy for us with a map, detailed information and recommendations. Even he let us use one of the rooms on the last day, because our flight was late night! I highly recommend this location as great place to stay when visiting Rome!!!

The only negative point we could raise is that the house keeping lady confuses the breakfast request with other rooms - first day the list of food and the second day the serving time while it is within the limit of acceptance ;) for other things are just perfect.

Owner and his wife very kind and accommodating. Beautiful courtyard and excellent breakfast served promptly at the time we requested. Excellent location - only about a mile from Vatican and 2 or 3 miles from Ancient Rome. Cafe next door called Club Kave served the best pastry we've ever had! Rooms were on second floor but there was an elevator for baggage. Great view of courtyard from our room. Some rooms have balconies.

Great stay in Rome

We received an email prior to our arrival notifying us that we had been upgraded to stay at Residenza Cavour. This hotel was a short walk from our booked hotel but ended up being in a very convenient location.

Our experience at this hotel was perfect. The location was close to the Metro but also walking distance to all of the main sites. The suburb was very safe with plenty of shops and cafes.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the recommendations for sites to visit and eating out were spot on!

We would stay here again!

Ideal location for visiting Rome

Very pleasant hotel. An easy 15 min walk to Vatican. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Despite being later than we expected due to having to wait at airport, the proprietor was welcoming. Nice breakfast in room on marble table.
We fell in love with Rome and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Puzza di varechina insopportabile sia in camera che nelle parti comuni (risciaquo insufficiente), Asciugamani con grosse macchie marroni. Casa anni 30 con arredo quasi tutto coevo. Rumore fortissimo del traffico (1 piano basso). Frigo in camera rumoroso. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza con le principali mete turistiche per il resto la struttura non vale la metà della cifra che viene richiesta.

Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera era spaziosa e pulita, l'accoglienza è stata gentilissima (malgrado il nostro treno avesse avuto un'ora di ritardo), la colazione abbondante viene servita in camera all'orario richiesto (fra le 8 e le 10).
La posizione è ottima, si va a piedi in Vaticano e in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono metro e numerosi tram e autobus (attenzione ai borseggiatori ... ma questo non è colpa del B&B).
Il B&B è al primo piano, c'è l'ascensore ma alcuni gradini sono da fare

Wir haben uns in den mit Liebe eingerichteten Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ihana huoneisto kelpo sijainnilla. Sänky oli melko kova ja huoneen seinät ohuet, mutta muuta negatiivista sanottavaa kohteesta ei ole. Aamupala tuotiin huoneeseen, sillä ruokailutilaa ei ollut. Ihanaa tuoretta croisanttia, jogurttia, kahvia, mehua ja leipää. Todella hyvä palvelu.

Veldig hyggelig sted, romantisk og hjemmekoselig. Varm velkomst, selv om vi kom 2timer før innsjekkingstid. Stille område, med en nydelig bakgård.Frokost servert på rommet. Det eneste negative. Er at sengen var VELDIG hard og ukomfortabel. Ellers et fantastisk opphold! :-)

Goed B&B, van alle gemakken voorzien

Met ons gezin bestaande uit 4 volwassenen hadden wij 2 kamers geboekt. We kregen 1 kamer welke aan de weg lag. Dat maakte de nachten wat onrustig door verkeer en de glasbak die midden in de nacht werden geleegd. Deze kamer had een comfortabel bed maar een kleine warm-koud douche waar geen druk achter de waterstroom zat. Niet onoverkomelijk natuurlijk en dan ook het enige minpuntje.

De andere kamer lag aan de kant van het binnenplein, deze is beduidend rustiger en een ruimere badkamer. Bedden prima, douche warm-koud maar goede straal.
Ontbijt is goed verzorgd waarbij je een dag vantevoren via een keuze formulier aangeeft wat je de volgende morgen wilt ontbijten en hoe laat. 's Morgens wordt het in je kamer gebracht. Luxe!
Het is superschoon en een mooie accommodatie, op zo'n 800 meter gelegen van het metrostation. Via de B&B was een shuttle bus van en naar het vliegveld geregeld, wat ook top was.
Wij vonden het heerlijk dat de B&B net een beetje buiten het centrum lag. Een oase in alle drukte en moois van Rome!
Let op: toeristentax wordt achteraf berekend (3,50 p.p.p.n) zodat je niet voor verrassingen komt te staan.

C'est un bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont modernes, l'accueil de qualité, le pb c'est l'insonorisation (pb rencontré dans d'autres hôtels en Italie) la résidence est bien desservie notamment la ligne de Bus 280 (de mémoire) qui balaye la ville en passant par St pierre, jusqu'à la gare qui relie l'aéroport de Fiumicino.

Trotz upgrade, super Aufenthalt

Nach einem Zimmerschaden wurden wir kurzer Hand in ein anderes B&B Hotel upgegradet. Das war die Residenza Cavour. Auch hier waren wir mit der Residenza sehr zufrieden. Christian, unser Gastgeber, war äußerst zuvorkommend und bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir können das Haus Residenza Mazzini sowie die Residenza Cavour jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

美丽的街区，可爱的公寓，有家的感觉，很自在

性价比较高的公寓，所处街区很漂亮，离药店、饭店都很近，地铁也方便，房间比较大，设施齐全，wifi很好，有冰箱，保险箱等等，舒适度比我们在米兰的四星级酒店更好，服务也不错，cristian很友好，对客人绝对的信任，住在那里觉得很自在，没有别人打扰，有家的感觉。早餐味道不错，直接送到房间里来，早餐是8~10点的，如果7:30有早餐就好了。

Godt lille værelse ud mod offentlig vej. Højt til loftet med aircondition. Godt lille badeværelse med godt tryk på vandet. God sengekomfort i dobbeltseng med dobbelt dyne og to gode puder. Stedets ejer Cristian var utroligt venlig og forstående og talte godt engelsk. Vi ankom meget sent hvilket ikke var noget problem. Det kostede 17 euro i taxi fra Termini togstation og til hotelværelset. Morgenmad blev serveret på værelset. Stedet kan anbefales.

Sehr schönes und kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Rom

Wir haben schon einige Hotels in Rom kennengelernt, aber dieses war eines der Besten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Zimmerausstattung ist zufrieden stellend.
Der Service ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, Frühstück ans Bett ohne Aufschlag.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar etwas versteckt, aber trotzdem im Zentrum der Stadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn die Füsse ein nicht mehr tragen können, die Metro-Station Lepanto ist unweit vom Hotel entfernt.
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Rom fahren, dieses Hotel ist klarer Favorit.

Obwohl wir unsere Ankunft mindestens einen Tag vorher per E-Mail mit genauer Abschätzung unserer Ankunftszeit angekündigt hatten und wir zusätzlich, wie vereinbart, aus dem Taxi heraus nochmal eine SMS zur Bestätigung dieser Zeit geschrieben haben (die auch vom B & B bestätigt wurde) saßen wir über eine Stunde bis nach 23:00 Uhr im B & B und haben auf unseren Zimmerschlüssel gewartet. Dabei hatten wir Glück, dass uns ein anderer Gast die Tür geöffnet hat, sonst hätten wir im Freien gestanden. Auf Telefonanrufe wurde nicht reagiert.
Als Personal schließlich kam, wurde auf den Vorfall nicht eingegangen und es erfolgte keine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung.
