Can’t beat St.Pete… best beach ever year after year. Beach house cozy… no wild craziness… free beach chairs and umbrellas… FABIAN… is incredible…. Beach cabana simple menus burgers and sandwiches… bar solid drinks … rooms awesome sunset views … resort is right on beach direct access to the gulf … 200 yards and your in the gulf…. Rooms are excellent and service is solid. This is our go to place year after year.

The room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. My daughter has Celiac, so we brought our own cookware to make sure she would not get sick. Our cookware would not work with their stovetop so they got us a new pan that would work with their stove. We really appreciated that!

We stayed here for a quick getaway (two nights) and it was exactly the reset we needed. The apartment was incredibly spacious, and having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning was the perfect ritual.
The beach access is awesome—having the private beach with chairs and umbrellas ready to go made our days so seamless. We also loved the heated pools and hot tub. I really appreciated that the suites are much more low-key and quiet than the main hotel. We'll definitely be back, and I’d love to bring my kids here next time.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Also great to have a kitchen area and washer and dryer for longer stays. We will definitely stay here again!!

Room was much smaller than anticipated. The stove did not work properly and only one pan. The beach was wonderful and the gentlemen who set up the chairs and umbrellas were fantastic. It was nice to have the shuttle to take us to restaurants. The bartender Tasha was great. There were a few unruly guests who ruined part of our stay.

The overall facilities are fantastic. The towel situation at pool wasn’t great when we stayed as they kept running out of towels. Also, very limited on-site food options unless you order room service from main hotel which we did and the Cuban Sandwich was very disappointing after having ate at the main hotel previously.

Understandable the property is going through some renovations due to storms. However, they did their best to keep it very clean and comfortable for us. Great staff you can go back-and-forth between the Don Cesar and this property and they provide a free shuttle for that which is awesome.

Beach House suites one of the nices places to stay on St Pete Beach. Rooms are clean and all have a beautiful view of the beach and the pool. All rooms have a great balcony to sit out on.
Prices of the rooms have almost double in the last few years. Resort fees are 45 dollars including taxes per day. Parking is 30 dollars a day including taxes.
One day the bar and the beach was closed do heavy rain all day. There was no refund for the fees.

Fabulous 4th at the beach!
Fabulous 4th of July weekend stay at the Beach House Suites! Property has been upgraded since we stayed 2 years ago. Loved having complimentary umbrella & lounge chairs set up on the beach. Donnie was great at check in & helped get us a blender to use in our suite. Mgr Anthony was very polite & helpful. Chris was wonderful at the beach bar. Loved taking shuttle to the Don CeSar. It was wonderful!

Overall was a good trip. Pool was nice, rooms were big and spacious, bed was a little hard, and fridge was one of the smaller personal ones. Staff was excellent, both accommodating and professional along with great attitudes. Just be aware, after paying through expedia, you still owe daily resort charges and tax to the hotel at the end of your stay. And if you drive there, you have a daily parking charge as well. This amounted to between $60-$70 a day that we had to pay on checkout.

My only drawback was that I know that the room was available sooner but the representative at the front desk refused to let us go back until 4 PM when the schedule check-in is knowing that we had been there The entire afternoon waiting she could've let us go back a little bit sooner.

Every individual who assisted us was amazing. I enjoyed my morning talks with the front desk personnel while waiting on coffee. The decor in the rooms were perfect and fitting for a family suite. The only thing to be aware of is that the refrigerators are very small especially when you have children with you. A gallon of milk does not fit. Buy two half gallons if needed. A very small item for how perfect everything else was!

We stayed one night this weekend at the Don CeSar Beach Suites, and it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with access to all the amenities of the main hotel. The suite was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a quick getaway. We loved the peaceful vibe and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely return for a longer stay next time!

Stay was ok. But the property needs some love and updating. Our room wasn’t clean. Looked like they just freshened the sheets and put clean towels out. The floors were dirty. Everything needed wiped off. Thankfully I bring Clorox wipes to clean everything. There were visible stains on couch. Bed and sleeping pillows were not comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit didn’t even wash correctly. There was something gummy in the dryer so it left stains on our clothes. The only thing that stood out as five stars was Alex which was apart of the beach staff. He was great with getting us our beach chairs and umbrellas!

Toilet paper was the cheap sandpaper stuff. For a 4 star hotel they can do better. No hand soap in bathrooms.had to use the face soap bars they provided. Beach service kids were great. Friendly attentive. Umbrellas were old and tattered. Served their purpose. Bartender at beach bar little rude. Said something that should not have been said to a guest. Views were great . I loved the location of this property. Its amazing. We had a grand luxury suite-3rd floor oceantfront view❤️ Fabian on the beach was amazing. He really makes this property infinitely better! You dont find employees like that everywhere. This is a quieter hotel with less amenities, than the palace probably has (which im fine with!) It was more private and quiet and thats exactly what we wanted. There was no beach service ( i feel for the price, probably should be). And they pull the towels and umbrellas at 5pm (which feels a little too early in my opinion) The beach was the beautiful white sand. We saw dolphins swimming in the mornings, beautiful sunsets over the water. The room was clean and pretty, the bed was comfy, and the balcony was amazing! The burgers at sanddollar bills at bonaires a couple hotels down were amazing. So much within walking distance! Publix, walgreems, restaurants, etc. But raymond and the shuttle service was amazing as well! Snappers and 1200 chophouse both delicious! Parking is very very limited and its $28/day for parking plus $40/per day for \"amenities\"- 3 beach chairs (that kind of need updating) and towels. Beats bringing my own though. Im not sure i feel the value matches the price of the room but again, the beach and the views and the quieter location cant be beat and I would definitely stay there again and again! Overall we loved it!

Our room was awesome with a great view of the beach. We loved our balcony, easy access to the beach and use of the pool. We loved being able to reserve chairs and an umbrella with Fabian down on the beach. We loved that the staff doesn't allow people to reserve the lounge chairs around the pool thus allowing people actually at the pool to use them. This was especially appreciated by the folks that had small kids. Chris at the bar was great and served up the best drinks. Publix, Walgreens, CVS, and great restaurants are all close by. We walked along the beach to eat dinner at Crabby Bill's which was delicious and then walked back to our suite while collecting some great seashells. The water was very clear and we saw lots of fish every day. Our suite was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The king bed was very comfortable and it was nice having the pull out sofa bed in the living room. Water pressure in the showers were great. Yes...showers...our room had 2 bathrooms which made it especially convenient when family came to visit us. Parking was never an issue. There was parking in the shade underneath the building as well as uncovered parking. We didn't realize parking was extra so expect to pay $28/night for that. We had such a great time during our 5 night stay that we plan to come back to BHS later this year!

Our room was wonderful! Super clean and comfortable. Charming with full kitchen, living area and balcony that overlooked the ocean. Separate bedroom for us - with comfortable pullout for kids. Loved the convenience of the washer / dryer in the room. It’s bright and light and loved the happy wall art. The beach guys with chair set up were really good - fun and professional. We utilized the little store in the lobby a lot for quick snacks. Pool area with bar and was good too. The bartenders were nice. The only drawbacks (and I think it was because we were there a week before Spring Break really kicked off) - was we were told several times wait staff would be on the beach to take drink orders but there was never any food or drink service out there. But the bar was close by - next to the pool - don’t was ok. Also - there is no restaurant at the hotel other than burgers at the pool bar. But it was fine because there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Bonus - free shuttle and little buses to take you around the area to shop or dine. Overall a really great hotel.

We have stayed here numerous times. Saint Pete Beach has been a vacation home since 1977. Property in very good shape considering last year‘s two hurricanes back to back. Extremely happy to see Patrick still at this property. He does an amazing job every day. His passion dedication And overall positive outlook every day is contagious. Fabian at the beach with your free beach chairs and an umbrella. Never fails to provide unbelievable service. These chairs/umbrellas were not free several years ago and it is a great benefit now. Updated rooms/renovations were clean well done well maintained. Overall, location is second to none. property is right on the beach literally 100 yards right into the Gulf of America. We will continue to patronize this location one of the best on the beach.
